The Pink Nightmare and the ineffective Jedi Knight had already been retracted by Li Xiu, leaving only the Demigod Shana fighting another Gate Guardian Beast in the ocean of blood-red light spots.

Li Xiu held the sword with both hands, calmly awaiting the next attack from the Gate Guardian Beast. Even though he couldn't hear or see anything, he could feel the other Gate Guardian Beast always staring at him, ready to strike.

Suddenly, waves rippled across the ocean of red light spots in the sky. Li Xiu's gaze focused; he suddenly stepped forward and fiercely slashed with the Fire Lotus Sword in his hand.

The Gate Guardian Beast, which hadn't leaped out from the blood-red light spots yet, was directly cleaved in half by Li Xiu.

But after its body fell, it reassembled into a complete Guardian Beast once again.

With the White Lotus above his head, Li Xiu charged forward. The red light spots around him were instantly burned to ashes, and the newly formed Guardian Beast once again lost its head to Li Xiu's sword.

The body of the Guardian Beast once again transformed into numerous blood-red light spots gathering in one place. Li Xiu took down the White Lotus from above his head and threw it into the gathering blood-red light spots.

The light flame on the White Lotus flared up as if ignited by gasoline, roaring into the sky, crackling intensely in the flames.

A moment later, all those blood-red light spots were burned into ashes; the Guardian Beast did not reappear, only a glowing object fell out, which Li Xiu caught directly.

Li Xiu was overjoyed, grabbed the White Lotus, and rushed towards Demigod Shana. The Gate Guardian Beast locked by Demigod Shana was relentlessly pursued.

However, even Demigod Shana's power couldn't completely kill it, as it continuously resurrected in the ocean of blood-red light spots.

Li Xiu rushed over, seized the opportunity, and threw the White Lotus into the gathering blood-red light spots. With another burst of crackling, the Guardian Beast was also burned to ashes by the White Lotus. Similarly, another item fell and was collected by Li Xiu.

With the death of the two Gate Guardian Beasts, the blood-red light spots in the air became less active, as if losing vitality, suspended in the air, while the red glow slowly faded.

"Chu Jun, lucky to have you and this White Lotus…" Li Xiu used the White Lotus to burn the red light spots in the air into ashes, returning to Chu Jun's side.

Chu Jun was still by the wall, leaning against it.

Li Xiu saw his appearance clearly, and his expression changed immediately. Chu Jun's eyes were blood-red, emitting an eerie blood glow, with blood vessels bulging on his body, coiling like small snakes emitting red light beneath his skin.

"Why didn't you call me?" Li Xiu was filled with regret; he shouldn't have taken the White Lotus away from Chu Jun.

"I've never been separated from the White Lotus before, how was I supposed to know this damn thing could happen." The blood glow in Chu Jun's eyes deepened, his expression becoming more ferocious, seemingly losing control of his emotions, baring his teeth like a beast.

Red light spots continuously seeped from the corners of his mouth.

"Li Xiu, it seems I'm not going to make it. Our dreams can only be entrusted to you alone, never give up, no matter what…" Chu Jun said, his expression growing more sinister, blood vessels glowing blood-red spread beneath his skin, his face covered with the eerie blood patterns.

His gaze towards Li Xiu had changed, panting heavily, baring his teeth, ready to pounce at Li Xiu's throat at any moment.

The light flame on the White Lotus crackled, burning the blood-red light spots emanating from Chu Jun's body, but the flame grew weaker and weaker.

Li Xiu's mind raced, thinking of any possible way to save Chu Jun.

The Jedi Knight and Demigod Shana were not affected, but the Pink Nightmare was. This indicated they had something in them that could be immune to these viral spirits.
