The heavy rain continued for three more days before it finally stopped. Then, they waited for another two days before the water completely subsided.

They only stayed in the building for many days, and the others just concentrated on their own training.

Luciel doesn't want to stay in such a place for a longer time because it still lacked a lot of things.

The electricity was also cut off afterwards, so the place looked gloomy and dark.

Fortunately, he still had a lot of power banks to charge his tablet and phones he was using.

He also told Treyton to master his lightning powers so that he could use them for charging later.

After two days of practice, Treyton was finally able to use his ability for charging. As soon as Treyton mastered it, Luciel immediately handed him the power banks he emptied for him to refill.

But even when Treyton mastered his ability to use it on objects, they could only use it for charging. They still couldn't use it to light up the place where they were because it wasn't practical.

The place they were at was still dark because there's no electricity and because of the bad weather, so he really didn't want to stay at it for a longer time.

In his last life, he had stayed in such places many times; those places were even 10 times darker and gloomier.

However, he had no choice but to stay in them because they were the only places to hide for a while or only the places that were available to stay at. That's why he doesn't like staying in such places any longer.

Fortunately, as soon as the water around them subsided, Treyton decided that they would travel immediately.

"We are finally going out! Being stuck in one place and unable to go out really sucks!" Nathan said while happily going to their car.

Theo put their cars in his space, so when he let all of it out, the others immediately checked all their cars to see if there wasn't any damage to the engine.

After carefully checking them, they were all happy that their cars were all fine except for a few cars that suffered some minor problems, which they easily repaired.

It was really good that they found out Theo's space power early, which was why they were able to put their cars into his space; if not, the others might be forced to walk until they find usable cars.

Luceil could still expect that the cars of Treyton might still survive even though it was submerged in the flood for many days because of how durable they were.

However, the cars of the others weren't as durable as the cars of Treyton, so if they were all submerged in water, the problems they would have would certainly be a lot, and it wouldn't be enough to repair them for just a few hours.

Luciel saw that everyone was all happy that they could finally start traveling again. It seemed that everyone was fed up being cooped in one place because of the weather.

So, even though they knew that they would face zombies again and other problems that might even be life-threatening, they were still happy to leave the place they stayed at for many days.

Luceil also got in the car after looking around for a bit.

The place they were at was littered with a lot of things, unlike a few days ago. A lot of tree branches, home decorations, and other items were all around. They were obviously things that were left around after the flood subsided.

"Zam, drive already," Treyton said after sitting beside him.

"Ok," Zam said and started driving out. The others also quickly followed them.

"It's good that we are finally back on the road again," Luceil said while opening his bag to take out his tab.

"Yes, we were delayed for a long time already because of the heavy rain.

We are already taking a lot of detours, so I expected that we would arrive in the north for at least a month, but because of the heavy rain, we were delayed again.

I hope there won't be another heavy rain again while we are still on the road."

According to the route they drew when they, Luceil, saw that they were avoiding going near the big cities and the main roads that might be blocked so they would surely have a longer travel time going north.

In normal time, they could reach the place Treyton mentioned in just 2 hours by plane, but now that planes aren't working anymore, they needed to travel by car.

A month would surely not be enough to reach their destination because of the delays they had encountered and would be encountering.

"Then you should pray for good weather every day," Luciel said teasingly because he knew that the weather was still extremely unstable.
