Transmigrated into Another Apocalyptic World (BL)

Chapter 37: Next Stop

After they finished their discussion, all of them went to collect a lot of supplies from the supermarket and loaded them in their cars.

Of course, they were selecting all the supplies that they really needed because they couldn't fit all of them in their cars for the time being. But Luciel had snacks that he wanted to try.

They also got another car from the supermarket for the additional 5 people they had who had squeezed in with the other 2 cars a while ago.

He and Treyton were the last people to leave the supermarket because they put a lot of the things in the supermarket in their space and only left some for other people who might also stop by the supermarket.

Afterwards, they continued going near the city center, which they deviated from to go to the hotel Myla mentioned.

"We just finished eating lunch a while ago, and now you are eating chips again," Treyton said.

"I already said that meals and snacks are different. It's nice to eat something while watching a movie," Luciel said while still eating potato chips.

"But look, you are influencing Ashlee in a bad way," Treyton said while pointing at Ashlee.

Luciel looked back and also saw Ashlee eating chocolate while watching cartoons.

"How is it bad? She's still young, so she should enjoy eating a lot of things," Luciel said in defense.

Luciel really thought that Ashlee eating a lot of things was good because they didn't know if the things they were eating now would still be available in the future. So, Ashlee should really enjoy a lot of things while they were still available. It was also the same with him; he wanted to enjoy those things while they were still available.

"Ok, ok, but what about practicing instead of watching movies?" Treyton said.

Treyton, Yang, and Zam were all practicing their powers while they were traveling. So, Treyton was trying to persuade him again to practice. He appreciates Treyton's good intentions, but he really doesn't need to stop watching to practice. He was already practicing while watching movies.

"I don't want to, you will protect me anyway, right?" Luciel said while smiling brightly at Treyton.

"Of course I will, but it is still better for you to practice for your own good," Treyton said while kissing his cheeks lightly.

"I know, I'll practice later on," Luciel said nonchalantly.

Afterwards, all the people in the car continued what they were doing until they were near their destination.

Fortunately, the hotel Myla mentioned wasn't really at the center of the city but near the edge; that's why they still found a road that was easier to pass through. And even though the numbers of zombies increased, it was not to the point where they would be surrounded by them as soon as they stopped driving.

They stopped at the front of the hotel. Treyton and the others cleaned up the zombies and put some barriers around their cars and the hotel entrance so that it wouldn't be surrounded by zombies again afterwards.

"Ciel, come down," Treyton said while opening the car door after they cleaned up the surrounding zombies.

Treyton decided that all of them needed to go together for the others to train, and of course because they weren't sure how long they were going to search for Myla's sister in the hotel and something might happen if they just left them in the car.

"Ok, let's go, Ashlee," Luciel said and went down with Ashlee. Yang and the others already went down a while ago to help in cleaning up the zombies. She and Ashlee were the only ones left in the car a while ago.

After they got down, Zam was at the forefront, leading everyone. Luciel, Ashlee, and Nina were at the very center, protected by everyone while they carefully moved around the hotel.

Yang, Calvin, Nathan, and the other 5 still had pale faces and were obviously nervous, but they still fought zombies properly using the iron rod they found near the supermarket and their powers.

They aren't very efficient in dealing with zombies like Treyton and his bodyguards, but at least they were still able to deal with zombies even though they needed to hit them a lot of times before the zombies would really die.

They were all very focused on dealing with the zombies on their way while they were looking for signs of people. Nina by their side was also very nervous because of all the zombies that were attacking them. On the contrary, Ashlee was only looking around curiously, and she wasn't even afraid of the zombies that were attacking him and even asked questions.

"Brother, is the zombie in front of dad harder to fall?"

"Why do you think so?" Luceil asked back.

"Because dad hit it more times before it fell, unlike the zombie in front of Uncle Nathan," Ashlee said seriously.

"The iron rod they were holding is the same. Your uncle Nathan just knows where to hit the zombies properly; that's why they fall easily. You should watch them properly, then you will learn how to defeat the zombies easily," Luciel explained to Ashlee.

"Ok. Uncle Nathan is more powerful than dad?" Ashlee asked again.

"Do you think so?" Luciel asked back again.

"Yes, Uncle Nathan can burn zombies with fire, while dad can only splash them with water," Ashlee pointed out.

"It's not that your is less powerful; he just lacks imagination to make his ability more powerful."

"Look, fire is more powerful than water; how can you also make water powerful?" Ashlee asked again while looking at Yang and Nathan.

"Your dad needs to figure it out. Your dad can already make the water very thin, so he just needs to let it rotate many times before releasing it. It will surely be sharper than a knife. All abilities can be powerful as long as you know how to use them."

"That's great! My dad can also be powerful!" Ashlee said happily.
