Chapter 29 – Double, Trouble?
“Well then, I look forward to our next trade.” Alan saw me off with a pleased grin as I left the Slave Traders, Roxanne walked along slightly behind me.
Roxanne is holding a large case with both hands; it looks like she actually had some belongings. I thought that slaves only had what the dealer allowed them.
I can’t help but frequently glance at Roxanne, though I feel strangely embarrassed when I do. She looks even more beautiful when I see her under direct sunlight, her snow-white skin seems to shine.
“Isn’t that heavy?” I point at the case when I ask her, it feels a little uncomfortable watching her struggle slightly.
“Y-Yes, Master. But it’s fine.”
“Let me see it for a bit.”
“Y-Yes, Master. Here.” She passes it to me.
It wasn’t really that heavy.
“I can store items, would you mind if I store your luggage?” I was going to do it casually, but she might want to carry it; what I considered polite on Earth may be considered rude in another culture--let alone another world.
“Whatever Master wants.” She speaks politely, but I can see a small smile tugging at her lips.
I quickly store her luggage in my Ring.
“For now, let’s get going. We will be lodging at the Vale Pavilion. Follow me.”
“Yes Master.”
She follows along behind me, one step to my left, and three steps behind--without the massive trunk carried in front of her, I can’t help but notice the slight jiggle of her abundant chest; and the gentle sway of her well-shaped hips.
Her tail also sways from side to side.
“M-Master?” Roxanne looks at me with a look of curiousity, her pale cheeks now tinted light pink--she really is beautiful.
I cleared my throat, “Sorry, it’s nothing.”
Looking away, I asked, “By the way, can you read?”
“Yes, Master. I can.” There was a slight note of pride in her voice.
“Cool. Good job.” I turned and smiled at her.
She looked down with a blush and a smile, she was pleased with the praise--I had to quickly look away before I did something like stroke her hair and play with her ears…I need her permission before doing that.
“Unfortunately…I can only read a little, Master--because you made it in the 10 days, like you promised; I didn’t get the chance to learn much.” She looked a little upset.
“Hmm? You studied at the Trading Company?”
“Yes Master.”
I saw a familiar building in front of me, “Ahh, here it is, we are at the Vale Pavilion.”
When we enter the Pavilion, I approach the receptionist, “Can I transfer to a double room?”
“Certainly.”
“And Dinner for two, please.”
“A double room is 380 copper. With dinner, ermm…Since you’ve stayed here for quite a while, it is 378 copper.”
It seems that the 10% Discount applied.
“Alright, here you go, 378 copper.” I have too many copper coins, so I use only copper, instead of 3 silver and 78 copper; it seems that the concept of money exchangers don’t exist here.
He rolls his eyes as his female form takes the money and helps him with the counting. They are soon done, and the female goes back into the dining room, “Alright, both of you, show me your Intelligence Cards.”
I extend my arm, “Roxanne, you too.”
“Y-Yes, Master.” For some reason, she looked befuddled.
“The double room is on the 5th floor. I will guide you to your new room.”
He takes out two keys as he guides us up the stairs, Roxanne and I follow him.
“First, please take all your belongings from your previous room?”
He unlocks room 311.
Since there isn’t anything for me to collect, since I have everything stored in my Ring, I go in for a few seconds and then leave, “That’s everything.”
Roxanne had stood in the doorway, watching me with curiousity.
The receptionist nods, locking 311 and leading the way further up the stairs, from the 3rd floor to the 5th .
“Double rooms are only on the 5th floor, and you are the only double room customer.” He stops at a door and unlocks it, “This is the room.”
I enter the room.
There was one big bed, and a desk. I wonder if there were two chairs because it’s a double room.
“The bottom shelf of the closet is the only one that locks, and is for storing valuables.” The receptionist opens the sliding door, which I only noticed then, and reveals a closet space.
It was larger than the closet in Room 311; after this, he repeats the same words as when I entered Room 311, and hands me the key--before leaving.
I take the luggage from my ring, putting it on the desk, before sitting on the only bed.
Looking around, I see that Roxanne is standing by the door and looking slightly lost; her ears are pressed down against her hair, and her tail is hanging limp for some reason.
“Come in, feel free to sit on the chair.”
“Y-Yes, Master…” She sounds strangely nervous as she walks past me and sits down politely; she crosses her long legs, her soft thighs pressing tightly against each other.
More than nervous, she sounds a bit frightened.
“What’s wrong?” I ask her.
“Nothing, Master,” She lowers her head.
Even if I have the urge, I wouldn’t suddenly push her down in the middle of the day. Well, there are only two people in this hotel room, and there is only one bed--I think I can understand where her fear is coming from…and why she seems to be subconsciously pressing her thighs together so tightly.
“You don’t have to worry. I won’t do anything you don’t want.” I smile reassuringly at her, unfortunately just that doesn’t reassure her.
I wonder why she agreed to being a sex slave? Maybe she didn’t know what it meant, or she is just nervous.
“Err, can I touch your ears?”
“Ah…Y-Yes master.” She jumps when she hears my voice, but when she understands my words, she nods.
“Then, come here.” I gesture to her.
If she’s frightened of being assaulted, I should convince her that I’m not scary.
Roxanne nods, getting up and walking over slowly, before sitting on the floor in front of me. She looks at me with upturned eyes, her ears twitch a little; she looks so cute, and helpless…
“You can sit up here if you want.” I smile at her, patting the bed next to me.
She stood up and cautiously sat down beside me, the bed denting a little under her weight. Her scent drifts over to me---she smells very good; she is also warmer than I expected.
I felt the urge to embrace her.
Moving slowly, carefully, I place my hand on Roxanne’s head; even when only viewed from the side, she is beautiful. Her hair is silky, smooth, soft and luxurious.
After stroking her hair for a bit, running my fingers through the soft strands. I touch her ears. They feel like a dog’s ears. Her ears poke up through her raven-black hair, the base of them really fluffy, merging hair with something like fur.
When I scratch the base of one of her ears, Roxanne accidentally lets out a few moans--before covering her mouth and looking embarrassed.
With a grin at the embarrassed girl, I scratch both ears, then run my fingers up the back; I can feel her heartbeat through the thin membrane, beating quickly and powerfully.
Roxanne seems to have lost to the pleasure, she is leaning her head on my shoulder, a grin of pure bliss on her face.
That expression--
She makes me want to push her down…I must ignore my hormones; she has only just started relaxing, I don’t want to scare her again.
I carefully stroke and scratch her ears for a while, getting distracted by the softness and pleasant feeling.
“Which reminds me, I wonder why there is only one bed?” I spoke while still playing with her ears.
“Eh?” She looks up at me with a curious expression--though her cheeks are loose, and her mouth slightly parted.
“What?”
I don’t know why she seems confused by my words.
“Well, it is what you asked for, Master.”
“Is that so?”
“Yes, master. You asked for a double room.”
“Oh.”
Indeed, I always forget: Double is one, double-sized bed--while twin-room has two beds…
“You didn’t know?”
“I knew, I just got the two confused.”
She giggles at my words, looking much more comfortable, before clearing her throat, “Sorry master, I shouldn’t have laughed.”
“It’s alright.” I smile, and vigorously scratch the base of her ears, in revenge--causing her to moan and twitch, and softly pant; her face goes red and she rubs her legs together.
“Haah, I-I’m sorry, master.” She looks up at me with dewy eyes.
I decide to forgive her, changing the movements of my hands back to alternating between slowly running my fingers through her fine hair, and gently rubbing her ears.
“Before anything else, there is something I have to tell you.”
At my words, Roxanne sits up and pays attention.
Author’s note: I don’t know if he should say it so specifically, or in bits and pieces. So--reader input would be appreciated.
“You must keep this a secret. That is an Order.”
Roxanne’s collar flashes at my words, and I know that if she tries to tell anyone, who I haven’t said she can, she won’t be able to speak--similar to a Mute spell, but the part of her brain that allows her to form words would be temporarily shut off; and I would be alerted.
“Yes, Master!” She nods with a serious expression.
“I am not from this world and I accidentally came here--” I pause and look closely at her face, “this is probably hard to believe, but it is also the reason I originally purchased you. I do not know how this world works, what is considered common sense…I need your help.”
“I will help you, Master.” She looks at me with an intrigued look in her eyes.
“Even if it’s normal for children to know something, I’ll be glad if you explain absolutely everything. And please, point it out when I make mistakes.”
She nods.
“Later, as you may have heard, but I will be taking you into the Dungeon with me. My intention is to slowly form a party, of slaves, and live a fun life of fighting in the Dungeon--and then seeing what happens…” I felt my cheeks heat up, and a bit of embarrassment, “I-I don’t really have a plan for the future, so I will just make it up as I go along.”
“Master, I will be useful in battle.” Roxanne nodded with a serious, determined expression; her eyes glinted with excitement--her tail began madly wagging.
