Nearly every Trainee in the infirmary room was astonished by Xu Feng's statement.

Even Roy, who was prone to minding his business, was surprised to hear the person who conversed with him previously to be that gutsy.

As for Aera, she came to the realization that Xu Feng was the type of person who wasn't afraid of any repercussions.

Previously, he had slammed the door in front of her, and now he even got the nerve to declare he wouldn't get any warnings.

'There's always one of those Trainees in every batch.' Aera smirked coldly, completely unfazed by Xu Feng's outspoken mannerisms. There had been many past incidents involving "clever" trainees who thought they could stand out by being different from the rest.

However, the truth was that they couldn't be any more wrong. Such a behavior wouldn't garner attention or praise, but rather displeasure and annoyance.

Sure enough, Harvey's expression turned solemn, and glared at Xu Feng.

"Trainee Michael, right. You've said you won't receive any severe warnings, so here's my judgment. You are hereby granted three severe warnings." He declared, essentially sending Xu Feng to the inevitable demise.

Contrary to everyone's expectation that Xu Feng would end up regretting his action, he smiled and laughed.

He even extended his arms and said, "Sure, expel me or kill me. But by doing so, you just lost yourself a great Cleric who would do great merit for Battleship Lux."

"Oh, are you trying to bluff or dare me into retracting the statement just because you used Battleship Lux as leverage?" Amused, Harvey unleashed his pressure, clearly trying to put Xu Feng in his place.

Unfortunately for him though, Xu Feng withstood the pressure and kept his smile.

Blood might be seeping out from his mouth because of his attribute being restricted or how it was altered to a new low value, but that wasn't enough for him to cower in the face of a seemingly mighty tyrant.

"It wouldn't be bluffing or daring if you simply killed me here for the statement. After all, a dead person can't have a future, so if there's no future, how would I know anything?"

Time seemed to be frozen in place, but gradually, the pressure within the room lessened and Harvey crossed his arms. "You might be good with your words, but what happens if you don't show any merits or value to Battleship Lux?"

"One month." Xu Feng raised his hand and flashed one finger. "In one month's time, if I didn't show any value or accomplish any merits, then feel free to depose me or even use me as a lab experiment. But during that one month, I want a clearance level enough to let me prove my worth."

"The audacity!" Instantly, the assistants behind Harvey were about to pull the trigger on their laser guns aimed at Xu Feng.

To request a clearance level at such a state could only mean two possibilities in their mind. The first possibility was that Xu Feng was a spy sent to sabotage and destroy their battleship internally. Second, Xu Feng was a lunatic who should be eliminated as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, Harvey raised his hand to signal for his assistants to not act.

Afterward, he gestured his hand and asked calmly, "Let me see the syringe you used earlier."

Xu Feng didn't reply and merely placed the syringe on Harvey's hand.

'I've only had one of them, but the formula is provided. This meant that it was an essential item meant to be used in certain circumstances.' Xu Feng thought to himself.

From the very beginning, Xu Feng had been wondering where to use the paralyze syringe that was apparently developed by the original Michael.

The only problem with that was he only had one, and if he wanted materials to recreate more of them, then he needed a high clearance level. Therefore, the situation was designed for him to find a method to use the syringe to capitalize on Michael's value and to be placed in an important role.

Time was ticking down. Hence, there was no way they would let him truly simulate the roleplay of Michael to go through the entire process of a Trainee and slowly rise in the rankings.

As the tension in the infirmary continued to increase, with almost everyone's eyes staring at Harvey, the latter finally changed his expression.

"I didn't expect you to be capable of creating a new type of paralysis effect. Five types of different herbs: Stasis Lily, Voidcap Mushroom, Gravroot, Eclipsed Thorvine, and Plasma Fern. The last two are restricted and require clearance level to be accessed." Harvey smirked and returned the empty syringe to Xu Feng.

Once that was done, Harvey continued, "Now that I know the ingredients you used. What can you bargain for?"

Sure enough, an attempt to sway Harvey was immensely difficult, but Xu Feng had anticipated that response as well.

With his posture remaining upfront, Xu Feng smiled. "Yes, you might know the ingredient, but do you know the process? Almost everyone here knows that the Stasis Lily and Plasma Fern are incompatible. This is the same with Eclipsed Thorvine and Voidcap Mushroom."

"He's right… those four alone wouldn't work at all."

"Just how did this Trainee manage to construct a paralyze syringe with those?"

While some of the Trainees started muttering in gossip, Roy chimed in as well.

"That's not it," Roy commented and pointed at the aggressive Trainee. "Look at his body. Not only is he effectively paralyzed, but his body and immune system are incapable of resisting and recovering any defensive cells."

As soon as Roy revealed a major point of the effect, everyone, including Harvey was a bit surprised by the development.

He turned to one of his assistants, who promptly stepped forward and inspected the aggressive Trainee's condition.

When the assistant finished their inspection, a look of shock flashed through their eyes. "It's true… the Trainee is not just paralyzed but completely vulnerable to all sorts of attacks. A simple dose of poison is enough to kill the Trainee within 3 seconds."
