Soon Eunice left and so Vanessa decided it was finally the right time to put her cooking skills to a test.

Two hours later, she was fully dressed and ready to leave for the audition.

She entered her car with a satisfied smile as she drove off.

Her apartment wasn't far from her industry so in less than 30 minutes, she arrived.

Upon stepping out, all eyes were immediately fixed on her. She thought that after one week at least people would have calmed down about the whole incident.. but she was more than wrong.

A group of people almost gathered around her but thanks to the security she was able to escape.

Upon entering the big building, again she was met with numerous stares.

Sighing she was taken from her thoughts by the sound of Susan's voice, "Vanessa!"

Susan, a tall Italian looking lady with long brown hair and black eyes approached her.

Dressed in suits as always, Susan had a big file bag in her arms as she escorted Vanessa.

"Tell me what I need to know Susan," Vanessa said frantically.

"Well… concerning the recent reveal of Tara's identity, some of your fans are feeling hurt and disheartened on why you have kept her a secret for almost five years now… and so there have been some insults thrown at you on social media."

"What are they saying about me?"

"W-well some said you are ashamed of being a mother while some said you only see your fans as money making machine and not as family.. there a lot more but we have more important things ahead of us."

"Like what?"

"Well the whole incident has left a slight stain on your image and the director doesn't like it one bit. He has asked me to arrange a conference meeting for you and he has directly instructed you to apologize to your fans for keeping Tara a secret and also to give a valid reason on why you kept her a secret."

Susan Said as she handed over the audition's script to Vanessa as they got to Vanessa's own dressing room.

Looking at her wrist watch, Susan smiles slightly, "You have 25 more minutes before the audition.. I'll go get your conference meeting arrangements sorted out but I'll send Sam to get you your coffee."

"Alright.. thanks Susan, what would I do without you?" Vanessa said smiling. Truly Susan was one of her most trustful friends.

"Absolutely nothing because you are a complete mess.." smiling, Susan left.

With Susan gone, Vanessa then took a good look at he script.

She was going to be auditioning for the role of a villainess.

The name of the film was 'A villainess only way to survive '

It was a short film yet filled with so much plot twist and drama. It was basically about a villainess who is given a second chance to relive and make better choices also to get revenge on those who had hurt her.

It was a simple plot yet it succeeded in getting an award and even appearing on the top movie chart.

Even till now, it still amazed Vanessa. She must do all she can to get the role but when she realised that was the Vanessa Own, her heart stopped pounding slightly.

If there was one thing she could admit without feeling ashamed is that she was once a great actress and now she was getting to act again after so long.

Soon the time for the audition arrived and Susan accompanied Vanessa to a small stadium where the audition would take place.

Stepping in, she saw only a few people there and amongst them was Eunice. Upon seeing her, Eunice immediately plastered her face with a smile and walked towards Vanessa.

"Hay cousin, are you ready?"

"Hmm… Good Luck," Vanessa said as she left and went to take her seat.

Soon a woman came in and started to call each candidate by their role.

An hour passed and the last of them was Eunice and Vanessa.

Vanessa was acting in the role and villainess while Eunice was the initial female lead of the story.

Stepping towards them, the woman then addressed them both, "Now listen ladies. Since you are both playing one of the most important roles, the judges in order to save time have asked for you both to perform act 38. We are giving you both ten minutes to get ready and we'll see you there."

With that she left, leaving Eunice and Vanessa to just stare at themselves.

Act 38 was one of the most initial parts of the story where the villainess and female lead confronted each other.

"Well looks like we would be auditioning together, cousin, good luck." With that, Eunice turned around and left to go learn her script and Vanessa did the same.

Soon ten minutes passed and they were both called in.

Upon stepping on stage, Vanessa's eyes landed on the three judges who were seated just in front of them.

Though there were four chairs, only three people were present.

That was where all the excitement came from. Turns out the fourth judge who was missing was One of Graceland's most famous and brilliant movie producers. 'Andrew Jay' and unknown to them that he was the one who invested in the movie.

Vanessa remembered how shocked and regretful she felt in her past life but now she can make all her dreams come through and no one would stop her. No one.

Smiling, Stephen King said, "Welcome ladies. It's nice to have Miss Owen and Miss Mo here. I wish you both luck."

And with that, the spotlight was fixed on them both.

Without wasting even a single second, Vanessa switched immediately to her acting self and Eunice stood in front of her.

"How dare you!" Eunice started, "You took everything that's supposed to be mine. T-the crown prince, he was supposed to marry me… W-who are you to take away what's mine?!"

She shouted as her eyes were filled with intense pain and anger.

Calm and majestic, Vanessa then replied, "It was never yours in the first place. All I did was claim what was already mine. The crown, the man, the fame… it was all mine from the beginning but you… you tried to scheme your way through it and now you stand before me and speak such rubbish."

"I will make you suffer, this is just the beginning… I'll take everything that you stole from me one by one until you have nothing else but your name but by the time I'm done with you… you will tremble at the sentence of my name.. just you wait and see Aurora."

"I, Labyrinth von deus.. Will take what was once taken from me, in this life I would never let you win once more.."

And with that, the audition ended.
