NOVEL WEB Chapter 10: Ch-10 Nami!
"By the way… who's Buggy?" Zoro asked casually, lying back and relaxing.
"He's our pirate captain! Haven't you heard the name—'Buggy the Clown'?!" one of the men replied with a dead-serious face, sweat pouring down his forehead just from saying the name.
"He's a dangerous man who ate a Devil Fruit!"
"A Devil Fruit?" Zoro raised an eyebrow, slightly intrigued.
"Buggy the Clown, huh…" Lucen closed his eyes, as if trying to remember something buried deep in his memories.
"You know this guy?" Zoro asked, now more alert.
Lucen opened his eyes and slowly nodded, his expression deadly serious.
Zoro's brows furrowed. He couldn't remember a single moment since they met when Lucen looked this serious.He tensed up. Maybe this Buggy really is a big deal…
"I've heard…" Lucen began with a grave tone,"…that he's the most dangerous being alive. Everyone fears him."
Zoro's eyes widened.
"WHAT?"
Lucen continued,"He's unpredictable. His strength isn't in raw power, but in his mind. His crazy mindset…"He paused, a haunted look in his eyes he thought.'Even Batman was played like a fool by him.'
Zoro became more tense.
Lucen continued his ridiculous thought.
'Not just Batman. Even the strongest people—superhumans, billionaires, literal gods—have been led around by him.'
Lucen didn't realize that this world's Buggy… wasn't that Clown.
Zoro's heart pounded. This was too much.They might not even fight this guy, he thought, but if Luffy's involved… I just know he'll drag us into it.
Meanwhile, the three Buggy pirates blinked blankly.
They glanced at each other in confusion.They were scared of Buggy, sure, but not to this level.
Were they too weak to understand how powerful their captain truly was?Hearing the handsome boy speak so seriously made them question everything.
They now believed their captain was way more terrifying than they originally thought.
What they didn't know was…
Lucen didn't know a damn thing about Buggy.He was just projecting his inner image of what a "clown" is—a villain who always wins with chaos.

Meanwhile… in Orange Town
A girl with short orange hair and sharp brown eyes dashed through the streets, clutching a rolled-up map tightly in her hands.
Behind her, several furious pirates were chasing at full speed.
"Finally!" Nami grinned, breathless but thrilled."I got it! The navigation chart to the Grand Line. With this, I'm one step closer to my dream!"
"DAMN IT!" a pirate screamed."Catch her, or we're all dead!"
Those words lit a fire under the rest. Fear boosted their speed like no motivation ever could.
Meanwhile, in a tall building overlooking the town...
Buggy the Clown sat on a makeshift throne, an angry scowl on his painted face.
"Someone actually dared to steal my treasure..." he muttered, clenching a wine glass so hard it cracked.
Suddenly—
"Reporting in, Captain Buggy!" a pirate with a telescope shouted from the top deck."There's an unidentified flying object in the sky!"
"Then what are you waiting for? SHOOT IT DOWN!" Buggy barked, smashing the wine glass completely."USE THE CANNONS!"

AUTHOR NOTE
I know the chapter is small but I am busy even won't be updating chapter for next two days because of exam.
But after that I will probably be more free.
In this chapter Lucen seem too stupid which might be confusing because he seem not as stupid as Luffy but you have to understand that this is Lucen image of Clown.
Like few children or even adult that are afraid of it. It's not that he is trumatised rather his knowlege came from DC comic and what he heard from other's.
So it's not that I am forcing it but Lucen is not complete fool but more of a Kid.
You will get to know more about it as we progress.
Now by I wrote this plot...personaly I think of Luffy, Usopp and Chopper along with Lucen when they have this misunderstanding of Buggy. And Buggy with his lucky create miracles just how funny it would be.
Why not whole Straw hats pirates that's because they are smart and bit more normal.
