Naruto: Uchiha to a new world!

Chapter 2: Chapter 2 A new world

Feeling my chakra sapped out of me I fell to my knees and tried to recover. Sasuke fell out of my hands and rolled on the floor, still knocked out but I didn't mind him and just tried to control my breathing.

I knew traveling to another world would have a high cost especially because of the number of people I brought but this was still way too much. I literally thought I died for a second there.

"Touma!" Shinji shouted out as he ran over.

"Are you okay and what is this place? No matter where I look I can't recognize anything even the fauna is completely different than the land of fire" He exclaimed while looking around.

The other clan members also shared his confusion and stared at the forest surrounding them with warry gazes. It made sense for them to be like this. None of them knew that I had awakened my mangekyo nor did they know what I had planned.

"Just give me a moment," I said while lifting my hand in a tired manner. Shinji nodded in reply and listened but the others weren't exactly patient.

"Who was that man with Itachi?"

"What is this place?"

"How did we get here?"

Haro, Denki, and Tatsumi were the ones who asked these questions. All three were jonins in the police force and were most likely its only surviving members. With them being home during the massacre.

"Don't ignore us Touma we demand answers" The leader Denki came over and grabbed me by the shoulder but instantly stopped when I glared at him with my Mangekyo.

Earlier they might have felt like they deserved answers as they were older than I was in their late 20s and were elite Jonins. In the Uchiha hierarchy that clearly made them my superiors but there's one thing Uchihas value above all else and that's strength.

"Mangekyo…" The three instantly became silent and no longer pushed the subject but it looks like my eyes caused discussion among the survivors. "At such a young age… didn't he just become 17 this spring?"

"My god aren't those the same eyes as Madara!"

"If that is so then can't we go back and take our rightful place? Not even the village can stop a mangekyo user"

Hearing their noisy talk I couldn't help but think of them as fools. It's those exact ideas that almost cost the clan everything in the first place. Just hearing it almost soured my mood until I noticed a girl come up to me. In her hands were soldier pills and a bottle of water.

So you survived too. "Thank you, Izumi" Taking the items from her hands I quickly chugged them and released a sigh of relief. The side effects of space travel were still there but at least I didn't feel like fainting anymore.

"It's not a problem Touma but…" Clearly, she wanted to ask something like the others but was hesitant.

Considering she was the only one who took my condition into consideration I decided to answer her questions first.

"You can ask Izumi I don't mind plus I'm starting to feel much better"

Her expression slightly brightened up after hearing this as she said what was bothering her. "Do you know why Itachi did this"

Right, she was in love with him, and he her. From what I can tell that seemed to still be the case despite everything that happened.

"It's because of the village. They ordered him to wipe us out"

"What!? How dare they after everything we've done for them" Tatsumi shouted out with anger. Everyone else seemed to be listening in on our conversation as well and also shouted out harsh remarks.

"That still doesn't answer my question. I know Itachi and he was kinder than anyone. There's no way he would just obey orders like that without reason."

"You're right normally he wouldn't obey such a horrible command but he did it for the sake of the village. After the nine-tails attack the treatment of our clan became worse and worse. It rose to the point where civil war could break out any day and from attending the clan meetings you should know that war truly was imminent. At that point, Itachi made a choice. He believed that our clan would fail in the end and even if we somehow succeeded it would still fall due to the invasion of other villages."

"Up to this point, I have no disagreement with Itachi's mindset and completely agree with the future he predicted. However, destroying the clan was not a better option. In the end, all I can say is that he was a fool"

Izumi silently closed her eyes as tears slipped out. "Excuse me" Saying this she left to an older woman who silently embraced her.

"I don't understand… If you and Itachi worked together couldn't we have won with little bloodshed?" Shinji asked hesitantly.

"No, I didn't awaken these eyes till tonight by that point things were already too late" After this everyone accepted what had happened.

"What now Touma?" At this, the crowd looked at me with heavy eyes. They were all relying on me. Most of our fighting power was gone with us only having 18 active Shinobi. All the rest were children, women, and elderly. Our clan leader was also gone meaning that everyone would follow the strongest member of the clan which was me.

"Now we secure our position here and make sure we're in a safe location. My eyes power sent us to a different world so not even I know what to expect"

"A different world? You're joking right?" Shinji asked with a light chuckle but my silence was all he needed to see that I was dead serious.

This newfound revelation heightened everyone's caution and drove them to all work as a unit without question. Checking our surroundings, setting up a camp, and making sure everyone was all right.

While everyone did this I remained seated on the floor and decided to rest. My strength was currently the highest in the clan and if I wanted to keep everyone safe then I needed to be in my best condition or at least as close as I could get to it.

Back in Konoha, the news of the Uchihas massacre sent shockwaves through the ninja world. Hardly anyone in the village could believe what had happened but the wiser clans immediately shut themselves off. They weren't fools and realized the village had a hand in this causing them to be on guard. Wondering if they were possibly next.

In the Hokage tower, Hiruzen sat in his chair with a worried expression. He had received a full report from Itachi and the news was far from ideal.

An entire group of Uchiha survivors along with a new mangekyo with space-related abilities. This was a dangerous combo…

Not wanting to fail the village and cause it harm, Hiruzen began making his moves. He recalled Jiraiya from his adventure and ordered that Tsunade be forcibly brought back. If she refused then she'd be marked down as a rogue shinobi. He knew this was extreme but there was nothing more dangerous than a rogue mangekyo user. Surely Tsunade as a Senju would recognize this danger.

Itachi on the other hand informed him that he would be joining a group called the Akatsuki and would also be searching for the missing clan members. Hiruzen didn't feel comfortable letting go of Itachi in these circumstances but having an eye out in the ninja world was necessary.

Hidden beneath the village Danzo was in a fit of rage as he kicked down various machines and scared his scientists. Three pairs of Sharingan! That is all he was able to recover. Every other body had their eyes gouged out.

"Itachi… so you even go this far just to hinder me. I promise I'll destroy you and the rest of your evil clan."

Back in the new world, the Uchiha clan found themselves in. A woman with fox ears and tail, watched curiously in the distance. For a moment she thought she felt a strange fluctuation of chakra. It was brief enough to make her question if it was real.

"Momma, what are you looking at?"

"Oh nothing my sweet Kunou just thought I saw a shooting star" Yasake replied as she ruffled her daughter's fluffy hair.

"Really! Then we should make a wish"

Yasaka couldn't help but smile fondly at her daughter's child-like response.

"You're right we should. What do you think we should wish for?"

Kunou looked to be in deep thought after hearing this question and took plenty of time to make a decision but in the end, there was only one thing she wanted. Being a princess of sorts she didn't have many friends and she always noticed her mom sitting by herself with few friends of her own. She didn't fully understand why this was but if there was a way to fix this then maybe a shooting star would be capable.

"For me and mommy to have new friends"

"Oh for me as well? What a kind daughter I have" After this the two continued to sit outside in peace but Yasakas gaze never left the direction where she felt the shift in Chakra.
