She looked up at the twin moons in the sky.

Zeron stared at the symbol. It matched one he saw during the first surge of power inside Mythos Vortan.

"Was his name... Zarneth?"

Nira's eyes widened.

"How do you know that name?"

Zeron clenched his fists. "Because I think he's buried inside me."

Zake lay unconscious in the Archive ruins, but his mind was very much awake. Guided by the Beta Architect Protocol, he was now inside a data-stream memory realm, drifting across moments of a civilization long gone.

A mechanical voice whispered:

"Krono was never power. It was memory—the echo of the ancient Mecha Code from Universe 0."

Suddenly, he stood in a flashback—seeing beings made of light and code, building the first Mechas by weaving timelines.

Then came the Glitchfall—a corruption that devoured the fabric of their world.

He saw one of those light-beings morph into a human form.

A teenage boy.

"Is that... Zeron?"

"No," the voice said. "That's Zarneth—the Knight who tried to reverse time using Krono... and failed."

Zui flew in her upgraded Aether Zeal: Bloom Form over the northern district when her sensors detected movement underground.

An ancient mech emerged—rusted, but still operational. It was piloted by Mirelle Xao, a former top-tier pilot presumed dead for five years.

"You look like her," Mirelle said coldly. "Your mother."

Zui gritted her teeth. "You knew my mom?"

"She betrayed the project. She wanted Aether tech for healing... not war. We disagreed."

Mirelle's Mecha pulled out a bone-forged glaive. Her Mecha wasn't just old—it was possessed.

They fought mid-air, petals against rust, until Mirelle's corrupted AI tried to override Zui's mech.

But Zui had bonded with Aether Zeal too deeply. Instead of a hack, the AI was repelled and shattered.

"You didn't win," Mirelle hissed before her cockpit shut down.

"No," Zui whispered. "But I'm still here."

On Earth, across every screen, comms tower, and digital billboard—it appeared.

A face. But not human.

Glitched. Twisting. Speaking backwards.

People screamed. Systems crashed. AI assistants turned rogue.

Only those with strong Krono resisted the psychic virus.

At the Guild HQ, screens melted into glowing sigils. Commander Vell struck the alarm.

Zeron's hand trembled as he approached.

It opened.

On the chamber wall were scribbles written in a code only Zeron could understand.

It was his own handwriting.

"You are the loop. Break it."

Suddenly, Mythos Vortan glowed purple. Not faint. Not flickering. Alive.
