Chapter 65: : The Godforged Mech
📘 Chapter 65
🏛️ Scene 1: The Awakening of Vault Skyreach
The floating ruins of Skyreach now rest quietly upon the earth—its fall softened by Zeron's intervention.
Deep beneath the shattered city, in the heart of the hidden vault, a glowing chamber hums to life.
The walls are etched with ancient codes, unreadable by modern systems—except for one figure.
Kairen: "This script… it's pre-Krono Era. Even the archives never mentioned something this ancient."
A massive coffin-shaped capsule begins to open.
Inside lies the Deus Krono Mech—an obsidian-black behemoth, lined with shifting violet lines that pulse like veins.
It has no interface. No entry hatch. No visible weapon.
Only a faint echo, whispering one name through the Krono network:
"Zeron…"
👦 Scene 2: Zake's Fractured Time
Meanwhile, Zake, Zeron's younger brother, begins behaving strangely.
He wakes up disoriented, recalling conversations that haven't happened yet.
Zake: "Sis, didn't we already eat breakfast? You made noodles. Twice…"
Zui (concerned): "No, we didn't. We just woke up."
Zake blinks—and suddenly, he's standing on the roof.
Then he blinks again, and he's back in the kitchen.
Zake: "Something's wrong. I think… I'm stuck between moments."
Kairen suspects something dire:
Kairen: "He's generating Parallel Krono Flux. If we don't stabilize him, he might start living in all timelines… simultaneously."
🔒 Scene 3: Message from the Past
Kairen hacks into the ancient terminal of the Vault. After decrypting hundreds of encrypted layers, she uncovers a video message.
A man appears—calm, proud, and oddly familiar.
Zeron's Father.
"If you're watching this… then Zeron has begun to awaken the Purple Krono. I knew it couldn't be sealed forever."
"This mech—'Deus Krono'—was not built. It was summoned. Born from the will of a dying civilization from the first Krono war."
"Only a being who carries the will of balance and chaos in equal measure can wield it."
"Zeron… my son. Don't let them take it."
The feed cuts.
Kairen stares at Zeron, stunned.
Kairen: "Your father… he was one of the Vault's founders. He knew all of this. And he hid it from the world."
🌒 Scene 4: Eclipse of Krono
The sky begins to darken—not from clouds, but from an artificial eclipse.
Five artificial moons suddenly orbit the earth, emitting anti-Krono frequencies that cripple all active mechas.
City-wide Emergency Broadcast:
"WARNING: Krono disruption detected. Mechas will not respond. Take shelter immediately."
Entire cities begin to lose power.
Battalions fall as their machines shut down mid-flight.
And then… a message appears in the sky, as if etched in lightning:
"YOU HAVE TAKEN WHAT IS OURS. RETURN THE CORE."
The invaders have found out.
And they're furious.
🧬 Scene 5: Deus Krono's Choice
Zeron stares at the massive mech.
It does not move.
But when he steps forward, every wall in the chamber ignites with purple light.
The mech kneels.
And a voice—calm, mechanical, ancient—speaks from within:
Deus Krono:
"Command-code authenticated: Zeron Arven. Core compatibility: 99.9%. Initiating… partial synchronization."
Zeron steps into the light.
He does not enter a cockpit.
Instead, the mech wraps around his Krono signature, becoming a second skin—a colossal, sentient armor of legend.
And the entire chamber begins to shake.
Kairen: "Zeron! You're bonding directly with a Godforged machine—your brain will fry!"
But Zeron doesn't respond.
His eyes are glowing violet.
His skin surges with plasma lines.
His voice—distorted yet serene:
Zeron: "I'm not piloting it. I am it."
⚔️ Scene 6: The Eclipse Battle Begins
Above, in the city of Vastra, the invaders arrive—cloaked, four-armed aliens wielding tech that fractures buildings at a molecular level.
No mechas can stop them—except one.
Deus Krono, now fused with Zeron, blasts into the sky, shattering the Krono-disrupting field with a single blow.
He doesn't use missiles or lasers.
He warps space.
His fist crushes time around the target.
Invader Captain: "This is not a machine. This is a... god."
