Chapter 64: : Gravityless Tomb

📘 Chapter 64

⚠️ Scene 1: When the Sky Began to Fall

The floating city of Skyreach, once a monument to mankind's technological marvels, begins… falling.

But not in the way one would expect.

Rather than crashing, its gravity begins to unravel.

Objects start to hover.

Streets twist upward.

People float mid-air in panic as their sense of up and down is devoured by an unseen force.

Skyreach Announcement System:

"⚠ GRAVITY FAILURE DETECTED. ENGAGE PERSONAL ANTI-FLOATATION DEVICES. REMAIN CALM. YOU ARE NOW A PARTICLE."

Yes, the system actually said that.

👧 Scene 2: Zui and the Secret Stream

Zui, sitting beside Viya with bandages still on her wrists, suddenly jolts upright. Her eyes burn with strange blue circuits—streaming Krono glyphs that resemble musical notes.

Viya (in shock): "She's… decoding the Krono stream like a song."

Zui starts humming—a soft, eerie tune.

And the lab's equipment begins floating too.

Viya: "The frequency she's generating—it's the same destabilizing code as Skyreach's collapse…"

Zui's voice whispers in a trance:

"Find the child who never blinks… or the tomb will crack open."

🚀 Scene 3: The Descent into the Sky

Zeron, now wearing his upgraded Skybreaker Armor, boards a reverse-thrusted jet mech called Spiral Nova.

Kairen: "I've reinforced its stabilizers with anti-floatation flux. But don't touch the ground, or you'll become part of it."

Zeron: "Part of it?"

Kairen: "Yeah, Skyreach is turning into a gravity-eating tomb. Anything grounded gets... absorbed."

Zeron launches into the sky—into a city where gravity has flipped sideways.

People are floating in terror.

Some scream, some pray.

Some… laugh madly, gravity having crushed their sanity.

🧒 Scene 4: The Child Who Never Blinks

In the city's core, a small boy stands on a levitating slab of metal.

His eyes are wide open.

He does not blink.

He does not breathe.

Floating around him are statues of people frozen mid-scream—turned into floating crystal gravestones.

Zeron approaches.

Zeron: "Hey… are you okay?"

The Child: "No one is okay in a broken axis."

Suddenly, the child blinks.

Everything explodes upward—including Zeron.

He spirals through infinite loops of architecture in the air, barely stabilizing with his jet-mech's thrusters.

Kairen (panicking on com): "That kid's a living singularity! He's folding dimensions like origami!"

⚔️ Scene 5: Mecha vs. Concept

Zeron is forced to summon Aetherion Omega mid-air and shift it into Aero-Phase—a state where the mech defies fixed direction.

He battles the child, who now flies with wings made of warped gravitational timefields.

Every punch Zeron throws is curved.

Every move is unpredictable.

Child (eerily calm): "I am the result of gravity's loneliness."

Zeron uses a move he never has before—Chrono Pulse Inversion—and slams the child with reversed kinetic energy.

Instead of harming the boy… the explosion traps them both in a pocket of non-gravity.

There, they float face to face.

Zeron stares into the child's eyes and sees a memory—

—of an experiment gone wrong in Skyreach's old labs.

Of the child being sacrificed… to contain gravity itself.

🥀 Scene 6: The Gentle Save

Zeron doesn't strike.

Instead, he speaks.

Zeron: "You didn't choose this. Let me fix what they broke."

He reaches out his hand.

The boy trembles… then closes his eyes for the first time in years.

And with that blink, gravity stabilizes.

The city begins gently descending.

Zeron lands on solid ground for the first time in hours.

People begin falling back to the floor—alive, shaken, but safe.

🔒 Scene 7: The True Tomb

But just before the city touches the earth, something rumbles.

A chamber opens beneath Skyreach.

Inside, ancient blueprints glow—mechas older than recorded time.

One blueprint is labeled only in faded text:

"Prototype-000: Deus Krono Mech — CLASS: GODFORGED"

Kairen scans it and gasps.

"Zeron… this wasn't a floating city. It was a vault. And we just unlocked it."

🔮 Preview – Chapter 65: The Godforged Mech

Zake begins to split timelines involuntarily, experiencing multiple outcomes at once. The ancient vault reacts to Zeron's presence—something awakens.A Mecha with no pilot is found. It speaks only one word: "Zeron."Kairen uncovers encrypted logs from Zeron's father. The next Harbinger sends an eclipse over five cities at once—and blocks all Krono.
