Marvel Transmigration: I Possessed Iron Man

He had no time to waste. Piloting the Hellfire Armor, Aetheris shot into the sky, streaking above the heart of New York City.

Every passing second without locating Pepper meant another moment of danger for her.

Aetheris couldn't count on the unhinged Norman Osborn to hold back like he had in the original storyline.

"Paul, pull up all surveillance footage across New York. Search for Pepper!"

"Searching now."

"Ding. Miss Pepper was last seen at... Osborn Industries."

"Full throttle!"

Whoosh.

Aetheris rocketed toward Osborn Industries at supersonic speed.

"Whoa! That Iron Man guy is flying over New York again!"

"Quick, grab your phone! Get a video!"

"So cool!"

New Yorkers gasped, marveling at what looked like a real-life comic book hero streaking through the sky.

"I swear he just flew out of Stark Industries!"

"Is that one of their new weapons?"

In that instant, the military, government agencies, and countless corporations keeping an eye on Stark Industries leapt into action.

"I want every piece of intel on that suit!" barked General Ross, straightening up at the report.

"Natasha, infiltrate Stark Industries immediately. I want to know who's piloting that armor," Nick Fury ordered, his single eye gleaming with urgency.

It took Aetheris less than five minutes to cross half of New York.

By then, lightning flashed across the sky, thunder rumbled, and rain was on the verge of pouring down.

Staring at the looming tower of Osborn Industries ahead, Aetheris didn't hesitate—he crashed straight through a window.

It was well past midnight. The entire building was deathly silent, completely abandoned.

"Not even a single night guard?" Aetheris strode through the deserted hallway, the heavy clank of his armor echoing with each step.

"Paul, scan the entire Osborn facility. I want to know where they're hiding."

"Yes, master. Initiating scan."

A glowing blue 3D schematic appeared instantly before Aetheris.

"Underground? No wonder I couldn't find them." He cursed under his breath, kicked open the elevator doors, and blasted downward.

Bang!

The elevator door exploded open with a single strike.

What he saw next made his eyes go wide with fury.

Pepper was trapped inside a transparent glass chamber, her body surrounded by swirling green gas.

"What did you do to her?" Aetheris's voice turned frigid. The rage behind it was unmistakable.

"Well, well—look who decided to show up."

Norman Osborn stepped out, unafraid, and stood before Aetheris.

"Iron Man, is it? Did Stark send you?"

Aetheris opened his helmet, his face twisted with fury.

"It's you? Stark?! You're Iron Man?!"

Osborn's eyes widened, then realization struck.

"I should've known. You are Iron Man! Of course! No one else but you, Tony Stark, could've built something so refined and powerful!"

A flash of greed lit up Norman's eyes. This suit was miles ahead of his human enhancement formula and without side effects.

If he could get the secret to building this armor, his company would become the top arms supplier in America—no, in the world.

Under his rule, Osborn Industries would rise again and bask in unparalleled glory.

And he would be remembered as a legendary scientific genius.

"What are you spacing out for? I asked you, what did you do to Pepper?" Aetheris could hardly contain his anger. Every cell in his body screamed to knock Osborn's head clean off.

He didn't know whether Pepper had been injected with a toxin. If he killed Osborn now, would that mean losing her too?

"Haha, so her name's Pepper? Fiery name," Osborn licked the corner of his mouth.

"Spicy name... even spicier woman."

"You care about her that much?" He glanced at Pepper, restrained on a metal platform.

"That's none of your business. Let her go, and I'll spare your miserable life," Aetheris said coldly.

"Spare me? Who the hell do you think you are?" Norman's face twisted with disdain.

"You Stark types always act so damn high and mighty. Why? Because you had a rich, talented daddy? You're nothing but a spoiled playboy. And you still think you're better than me?"

He pointed at himself. "I had a company to inherit too! You think I'm any less than you? No way I'm letting her go. What are you gonna do about it?"

Aetheris's expression darkened. Since entering this world, no one had insulted him like this and with such vulgarity.

"You're asking for it."

"Screw you! You're the one asking for it!" Norman yelled, yanking out a remote.

"One press, and your little lover goes straight to hell! What are you gonna do—bite me?!"

"What do you want?" Aetheris growled, tense, trying to gauge how serious Osborn was.

"What do I want? I want you! I'm sick of you—walking around with that smug face like you own the world. And you stole my girl! Remember that hot flight attendant on the plane? She was mine!"

Osborn was clearly unhinged. He waved the remote erratically, sending Aetheris's nerves into high alert.

"Calm down. I'll apologize," Aetheris said quickly.

"Hmph? Apologize? How?"

"I want you to kneel!" Osborn shouted, eyes bloodshot.

"Not just kneel—crawl to me like a dog and lick my toes!"

As he spoke, he kicked off his leather shoes, revealing a pair of filthy black cotton socks riddled with holes. Foul green vapors rose visibly from them.

Even from several meters away, Aetheris gagged. The stench was like rotting tofu left in a dumpster for days.

"You ever heard of hygiene?" Aetheris quickly lowered his faceplate and activated the armor's filtration system.

"That's exactly the point! I want them to stink! Now get over here and lick them clean!"

Ding. Host has encountered a dilemma. Activating God-Level Choice System.
