Marvel: I Started by Containing SCPs

Chapter 447: Chapter 447

"Then I'll leave it to you guys."

After Goku finished speaking, he turned to Gohan.

"Gohan, are you ready? Eh? Your hairstyle?"

Goku noticed that Gohan's hair had turned into a mushroom cut.

"How's it look? Pretty good, right? Since it's my first time going into space, I have to dress up nicely to leave a good impression."

Chi-Chi spoke proudly, clearly the one who had cut his hair.

This made Gohan look like a well-behaved little boy.

"But Goku, do you really have to take Gohan with you?"

Chi-Chi, a little reluctant, couldn't help but grab Goku's shoulder.

"Mom, no matter what, I have to go!"

Gohan's gaze was unwavering as he looked at Chi-Chi.

"Uncle Krillin got taken by the Xenomorphs to protect me. I have to repay that debt."

Gohan's eyes were filled with determination.

"You heard him, Chi-Chi. Gohan's not the crybaby he used to be. He's already a fine young man."

Goku felt proud seeing his son's resolve.

"Well, I can't help it… But you'd better remember to do your homework and finish those worksheets!"

Of course, Chi-Chi's priorities hadn't changed.

Then, she shot Piccolo a hostile glare.

This immediately made Piccolo feel uneasy.

Chi-Chi then leaned close to Goku and whispered:

"Goku, don't let Gohan spend too much time with Piccolo. I don't want him to pick up any bad habits."

Though she spoke softly, Piccolo's sharp hearing caught every word.

He frowned, but he didn't want to argue with this unreasonable woman.

"Ah… alright…"

Goku could only shake his head helplessly.

"Alright, now that everything's been said, it's time for us to leave!"

Just then, Bulma, dressed in a space suit, emerged from the spaceship and called out.

Goku, Gohan, and Piccolo boarded the spaceship together.

"Still, Piccolo, I didn't expect you'd want to visit your home planet."

Goku seemed surprised that Piccolo would come along.

"Don't get me wrong. I'm just a little curious, that's all."

Piccolo replied coolly.

"Hey, Goku, you'd better protect me, alright?"

If this trip only included Bulma and Piccolo, she would've never agreed to go.

Having Goku there made it tolerable.

Goku nodded in reassurance.

"By the way, is that Shy Ghost still around?"

Goku suddenly remembered the Shy Ghost.

"Yeah, it's still in that special containment room. Like you guys said, we can't let anyone see it, so the security is extremely tight."

Bulma answered before running off to start the spaceship.

As everyone waved them off, the spaceship soared into the sky.

What they didn't know was that every move they made was being watched by a tiny bee-shaped drone.

Somewhere in an underground laboratory...

Dr. Gero watched the screen coldly.

"Hmph, so Goku has gone to space? Perfect. With that nuisance gone, I can focus on my research."

He sneered, then walked over to a lab table—where several Xenomorphs lay.

These Xenomorphs were all severely wounded, barely breathing.

They were shackled by chains made of top-grade materials.

"Incredible creatures… So these are extraterrestrial lifeforms? If I use them as materials to create androids, they'll surely surpass 17 and 18!"

Instead of being afraid of the Xenomorphs, Dr. Gero was ecstatic.

To him, anything was acceptable—as long as it could help him defeat Goku.

"Besides, the Xenomorph cells could be used to enhance Cell's development… That would make Cell even stronger."

He tapped the keyboard, switching the screen to display an embryo suspended in nutrient fluid.

"Heh… At that point, 17 and 18 will just be food for Cell. Once I have a new generation of androids, I won't need those disobedient pests."

Dr. Gero's eyes glinted darkly as he glanced at the two pods containing a man and a woman.

"But the one that intrigues me most… is that thing."

He clicked again, switching the screen to show a video clip—of the Shy Ghost's back.

Back then, when the Shy Ghost's existence leaked online, Bulma had spent a fortune to have the videos scrubbed and prevent its image from spreading.

"This creature seems powerful… It might be worth figuring out a way to make contact."

A calculating light flashed in Dr. Gero's eyes.

Marvel Universe

On this day, Tony Stark invited Banner and Cain to a specially-designed room—one that wouldn't be affected by Cain's unique properties—for a discussion on a major project.

"You guys get the gist of my Ultron Project, right?"

After an exhaustive explanation of his grand plan, Tony looked at the two of them.

"Tony, are you serious? You want to build a robot army to protect Earth? I thought you already had a deal with the military to supply them with robots and armor?"

Banner asked, a bit puzzled.

"Those? They're outdated models, built with ordinary titanium alloy. The slightly better ones are made with Moon God Metal."

Tony waved it off, unconcerned.

Just today, using the power of the Void Engine, he had replicated several Kamen Rider Psyga armors and created a batch of robots.

He sold them all to the military, raking in a tidy profit.

He had also been sly—selling the mass-produced ones made of titanium, while hyping up the few made of Moon God Metal as ultra-rare, making rival factions bid high prices for them.

It was a scheme that earned him a fortune.

But in truth, if Tony wanted to, he could easily mass-produce thousands of robots made from Moon God Metal.

The reason he didn't was simple: he didn't trust politicians or the arrogant military brass.

That's why he deliberately played it this way.

Besides, for Tony, the real top-tier materials were Vibranium—and the energy seed robots, which held the true potential for sentient life.

That was his trump card.

Compared to that, the robots and armors he sold were mere trinkets.

"I get it. Your plan makes sense. Your world's military is pretty weak. They can only handle containment entities like Crying Wooden Idol. But when it comes to really absurd cases, I'm afraid they won't stand a chance—unless those aliens and sorcerers from last time help out."

Cain agreed wholeheartedly with Tony's proposal.

Seeing someone understand him, Tony flashed a satisfied smile.

"Wait a second… Are you sure this won't go wrong? Won't it end up like in the movies, where the robots turn on humanity?"

Bruce Banner voiced a different concern.
