Legendary Shelter Survival Guide

Chapter 259: Pressure on the Healer woman

[You are in town Lilypud that resides inside the realm Tebbaoruta.]

[Your new identity's memory has already been transported to you directly.]

[The quest contains multiple missions, it is the user's will as to how long it will take to complete these missions.]

[The missions are progressive i.e. after one mission is completed, only then will the user gain the information for the next one.]

[All the stats of the user have a -50% drop in this realm.]

[The stats you gain here will not add on to your real self in the Plains of Amaeron. Only the memories and skills, insight, and knowledge will be able to leave with the user.]

[Failure to complete the quest: Forget everything you learn in this realm making the whole trip useless.]

[Mission: Go to the church for your appraisal. Choose a profession of your choice.]

=====

Lucas looked at the messages with worry.

"Forget everything? So failure is not an option at all… As for how much time I will give here…"

Lucas thought about this delicate topic deeply. He had the privilege of living a 100 years in this realm but that was not a good decision according to him.

When he goes back after 50 or 80 years, his mind would be much more mature but this would not be right at all.

Uncle John and Aunt Ella would not remain his superior in age anymore. He would still call them with honorifics but they will just be for show. He will be bigger than his parents in age.

Lucas did not like that thought. He wanted to go back normally.

'5 years… I will complete this quest in 5 years.'

It was an estimate, to say the least, the quest was giving him the reference of a 100 years, which meant it was truly a long mission.

To be honest, Lucas thought it was a good idea and it was viable too. 5 years would not make him too old and also mature enough to make better decisions.

It was like a cheat code, having 5 years of experience when in real life, it would only been 1 month.

Lucas felt a giggle come out of his mouth but he resisted, Zen had come back again.

"You ready to go?"

"Wait, Zenny~ You have to let me do a checkup one more time." Another silhouette came inside the room.

Lucas looked at her and was surprised to see a woman in her 30s. She was what some uncivilized people would call a 'Full package'.

Even her face showed next to no flaw, her jawline and eyes so sharp it felt like she was doing it on purpose as if it was a persona.

The woman came near Lucas and stood in front of him with a serious expression, unlike the playful one she had given Zen.

"UGH" Lucas got a sharp pain in his head again.

'Is this going to happen again and again??' he thought while holding his head, another memory was just airdropped by whatever fucker was playing with him.

It was the times he was rude to this beautiful lady, the prior Lucas Garde of this world was a real ass and only Zen was the one who truly cared for him even after his rudeness.

But he was so normal and average that even his arrogance was ignored.

The lady came near him, her face was frozen still and a green energy came out of her hand. She was still a few inches away from him.

The green gas-like energy went all around Lucas who could feel that this was life energy and not something bad. A perk of the mark of the damned.

"I knew it" The woman said with a frown.

"Only a person like you can get such an affinity out of nowhere." She continued without letting Lucas say anything.

"What are you talking about? He hasn't said any bad stuff to you at all today!" Zen snapped at the woman who just shrugged.

"He has the budding of Chaos affinity inside him." She said while looking at Zen and not even bothering to see Lucas now.

"You are good to go, I hope I have to see you less than you tend to come. Your Chaos energy stinks." She made a disgusted face and started to leave the room.

"Excuse me?"

The woman froze in one place, even her neck wouldn't move. The pressure in the room had increased in an instant. It was not just pressure but a little killing intent.

Lucas got up and did not stop looking at her.

With all the control he had over his aura, he just let it all go making the normal people feel some extreme pressure that one can only feel at times of the wars.

"I was not going to say anything to you, but there is a limit you cannot cross with me."

Lucas came in front of the woman and without looking at her went to the gate.

"Come on, Uncle Zen, we will be late," Lucas said with a genuine smile.

Zen who was also frozen saw the pressure decreasing until it was negligent yet still there.

He just nodded and followed Lucas out after giving a nod to the woman.

The woman just stayed there, frozen for some time, drops of sweat were moving down her back.

"... That was soo sexy... What happened to him?" She whispered with a face filled with ecstasy, it was an unexpected reaction.

From that point on, the woman seemed to have a goal in her mind. To meet Lucas again. It was the first time someone had talked so confidentially with her, there was no lust in Lucas's voice too. It made her want to explore the mystery some more.

As always, Lucas was oblivious to the fact that his unknowing rizz had rizzed up another girl.

He went outside the hospital and the building itself was made with such precision that it looked to be able to survive around a couple hundred years at least.

Unlike before, he was wearing his clothes again and he did not want to know who made him wear them.

'She was on about this Chaos energy too, was it a coincidence that the overseer mentioned it?'

Lucas thought and had the urge to talk about it with Zen who was walking beside him.
