Injustice Superman in Marvel

Chapter 131: The Charm of Contrast

With a heart full of pain, Tony patted the child's shoulder, then let go, intending to continue rescuing others. But just then, he suddenly felt the air around him subtly vibrate.

As the air trembled, both he and the child heard Heisenberg's voice.

"Hey, hello, everyone should be able to hear me, right?"

It turned out Heisenberg was using his bio-force field to vibrate the air within its range, transmitting his words into everyone's ears. Since it was the first time he'd used this trick, he couldn't resist testing the mic.

As his voice faded, he used his super vision to see everyone's astonished expressions, then nodded in satisfaction.

"Okay, first, good evening to everyone.

I'm Heisenberg, yes, that Heisenberg causing a stir in New York.

I've already wiped out all the alien creatures within a 30-kilometer radius of Oklahoma, but I need to reinforce other cities. I don't have time to stay here and ensure this land isn't invaded by more aliens.

So, before all that happens, find a place you think is safe and hide!"

With that, Heisenberg cut off the force field and flew to Iron Man's side.

Thud!

Heisenberg's signature heavy landing cracked the ground slightly. In his mind, if takeoff and landing didn't have special effects, wouldn't it lack even a shred of style?

As the child beside him stared with a mix of fear and awe, Heisenberg patted Tony's shoulder.

"You stay here and organize the remaining Oklahoma troops and police for rescue efforts. I'm heading elsewhere!"

"OK!"

Tony nodded blankly.

Just minutes ago, he'd still felt a bit resentful toward Heisenberg. After all, he thought Heisenberg could have stopped the alien fleet outside Earth entirely. But now, truly experiencing this city-destroying power, he was grateful that Earth still had such a wildcard like Heisenberg!

Meanwhile, as Heisenberg soared into the sky, heading toward Lincoln City, another portal appeared in the clouds ahead!

Ancient One, you truly understand me!

In a flash, Heisenberg passed through the portal, arriving at the New York Sanctum where the Ancient One stood. Nearby, another portal loomed. Heisenberg blinked and rushed into the second portal, instantly appearing above Lincoln City.

From the other side of the portal he'd just crossed, the Ancient One's voice suddenly echoed.

"Once you're done, hurry to Asgard and learn to control the Bifröst!"

"Er…"

Heisenberg nodded speechlessly, then rushed into Lincoln, unleashing his force field as usual.

In less than two minutes, Heisenberg circled Denver, sweeping through nearby cities like Oklahoma, Lincoln, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, and more. His boundless audacity left the world's governments, already overwhelmed, utterly speechless.

At the UN, representatives sat in stunned silence, exchanging glances. Even the representatives from Japan and South Korea stopped bickering. General Ross, the US military representative, stared at the satellite projection of the formidable Heisenberg and swallowed hard.

After a moment, he murmured,

"If this Heisenberg flew around Earth a few times with that terrifying force field…"

"You're right!"

The British representative nodded, finishing Ross's unspoken thought.

"He'd only need a few laps to wipe out all life on the planet!"

The Russian representative shook his head.

"You're both wrong. Earth and humanity aren't as troublesome to him as you think.

He can withstand the extreme heat of most of the sun's regions and has heat vision powerful enough to pierce any obstacle.

Whether it's him personally or using his abilities, if he pierces the Earth's core…"

"Damn it!" The French representative cursed. "Now I'm only wondering: if he intends to rule Earth, will we even have time to surrender?"

"Hmph…"

Listening to the French representative's centuries-old surrender theory, the Chinese representative scoffed.

"Boosting others' morale while diminishing your own!"

He clapped his hands.

"With a superhero intervening, the alien threat will likely end soon.

We probably won't need to send more troops for the US's rescue request.

After this, consider learning from us: view superhumans with inclusivity and harmony, and strive to create a society where ordinary people and superhumans coexist.

Thanks to this policy, China never fears any threat. Even if we can't defeat an opponent, we can protect ourselves.

As for why, you all know.

We have the Spear of God, and the masses!!!"

Leaving aside the bickering at the UN, after massacring over 2.6 million Chitauri, Heisenberg finally arrived through a portal at the Chitauri's most concentrated city: Denver.

Gazing at the ruins from above, Heisenberg clicked his tongue. Poor Nuggets fans—they wouldn't see their team shine again anytime soon. After all, even Denver was nearly obliterated.

Heisenberg's arrival caught the attention of many legion commanders monitoring the battlefield. Under Hela's lead, the remaining 1.1 million Chitauri in Denver were being encircled and annihilated by the Asgardian forces. For Asgard, the battle was essentially won.

Most commanders looked skyward, raising their weapons in one hand—not to fight, but to show respect. It was an Asgardian gesture of reverence.

Noticing the commanders' obedience and respect, Heisenberg nodded in satisfaction. Even the stubborn Sif raised her sword hesitantly, her submission particularly pleasing to him.

Heisenberg raised his right hand, and Gungnir, still embedded in distant New York, instantly shot toward him. No one knew how fast the divine weapon traveled, but within a second, it was in his hand.

Boom!!!

A fierce burning sound erupted as Heisenberg's body ignited with dazzling flames. The light was so intense that most in Denver closed their eyes in shock.

Unfamiliar Asgardian soldiers, while beheading Chitauri, glanced at Heisenberg.

"It's the light of the late Prince Balder!"

"No, it feels stronger. Could he have returned even more powerful?"

"No, it's not him. I saw Balder's face before he died—this is someone else!"

"Who is he? His style resembles Tyr, going shirtless?"

"Those pants are Midgardian. Does Midgard have its own god of light?"

"Maybe they call him a sun god?"

Hearing the soldiers' confused chatter, a clever commander quickly explained Heisenberg's story. As for the brainless or stubborn ones, they lacked the courage to express dissatisfaction, even if they weren't ready to obey.

This bizarre atmosphere infuriated Hela, who looked up from the battlefield.

Glaring at the radiant figure in the sky, she grabbed a nearby Asgardian soldier.

"Who is that?!"

"Don't know, never seen him!"

"Damn it! He's holding Gungnir—his identity is obvious!

Even so, you're covering for him?! You don't want him to die by my hand?!"

Hela roared, then hurled the soldier away. Without waiting for answers, she soared into the sky, hovering opposite Heisenberg.

Swoosh!!!

Thousands of hiltless longswords materialized behind her, their tips aimed at the unconcerned Heisenberg.

"Heisenberg!!!"

Hela screamed.

"You made your soldiers hide your identity from me, but Loki already told me your name!

Now I'm here, Odin's daughter, right in front of you.

Don't you even have the courage to admit who you are…"

"Stop!"

Heisenberg raised his hand, cutting off her nonsensical rant. Holding Gungnir casually, he approached Hela.

"An hour ago, when Odin died by my hand, he mentioned you—his imprisoned daughter, Hela, right?"

"An hour ago?! He just died?

Of course, if he weren't dead, I wouldn't be free.

So you've only just become the All-Father?"

"Otherwise, what the hell did Loki tell you? Hmph…"

Heisenberg scoffed, then pointed Gungnir at Hela.

"I know you want to fight. For Odin's sake, I'll spare you later.

But first, I'll deal with these Chitauri pests!"

Hearing this, even knowing Loki's logic had tripped her up, Hela couldn't control her temper. She swung her sword at Heisenberg, but her attack was blocked by Gungnir, manipulated by his force field.

As Heisenberg used the force field to deflect her attack, his expression turned serious.

Thud!!!

The impact of over 1.1 million Chitauri slamming into the ground caused the entire Denver ruins to collapse. The already battered city couldn't bear the strain. Heisenberg delivered the final blow.

Hundreds of skyscrapers near the Chitauri stronghold crumbled, sending countless survivors plummeting to their deaths.

Witnessing the devastation, Heisenberg frowned and raised his right hand.

"Rise!"

The force field shifted, neutralizing gravity within its range. Asgardians floated in confusion, while collapsing buildings and falling citizens were suspended in midair by Heisenberg's power.

The vast city of Denver, with countless humans and rubble, seemed to float in space, colliding aimlessly. Even a movie couldn't capture such grandeur and horror.

Heisenberg's awe-inspiring power snapped Hela out of her rage. She blinked her fierce eyes, first at Gungnir, then at Heisenberg's face… his face… Wait, no more looking!

She bit her lip, glancing uncontrollably at his upper body.

"Ugh…"

She turned away, focusing on the miraculous scene around her.

After a moment, she tilted her head in adorable confusion, asking Heisenberg,

"Are you sure you're not a Celestial?"
