Hokage Teacher: With Dimensional Teacter System

Chapter 52: Chapter 53: Reciprocity Among Friends

On Thursday noon, Tsukimura Toshihiro approached Mu Yue.

"Yubing-sensei, the students in Class 1A are really out of hand. They are disrupting my classes to the point where I can't teach properly," Tsukimura Toshihiro complained.

He admitted that he had underestimated Class 1A's students when he previously said he didn't mind.

Yesterday, after an entire afternoon of teaching, he was exhausted, just hoping the school day would end as soon as possible.

Thursday was a day without Class 1A for him, but he had them again on Friday morning.

To avoid another miserable experience like the one he had on Wednesday afternoon, Tsukimura Toshihiro decided to approach Mu Yue early, hoping to use Mu Yue's influence with the students to help him out.

"Sigh, these kids had promised me," Mu Yue sighed, sympathizing with Tsukimura Toshihiro.

"Don't worry, Tsukimura-sensei, I'll talk to them this afternoon and tell them not to make things difficult for you."

Hearing Mu Yue's words, Tsukimura Toshihiro felt slightly relieved, but he was still a bit uneasy and said, "Yubing-sensei, could you possibly come by when I'm teaching on Friday? I'm afraid they won't listen to you otherwise."

If the entire year in Class 1A continued like Wednesday, he didn't know how he would survive until his bonus came.

It's bearable if only one or two students reject him, but when the whole class does it, it's a bit too much to handle.

"No problem," Mu Yue nodded in agreement.

"With your guarantee, I feel much better," Tsukimura Toshihiro said with a grateful smile.

After the discussion, Tsukimura Toshihiro turned and returned to his office.

Mu Yue watched his departing figure, thinking to himself that Tsukimura Toshihiro had wasted three years if he couldn't even understand his students' mindset.

By having Mu Yue pressure the students, they wouldn't dislike Mu Yue but would instead grow to dislike Tsukimura Toshihiro even more.

From the students' perspective, Mu Yue was just helping a colleague who was struggling, and they would consider it quite thoughtful of him.

On the other hand, Tsukimura Toshihiro was unaware of his shortcomings, and instead of improving, he tried to use the class leader to suppress the students.

Mu Yue paused to think for a moment, then realized he might have misunderstood Tsukimura Toshihiro.

After all, this was a ninja school, and the situation here was very different from his previous life. If Class 1A's grades hadn't been so good, Tsukimura Toshihiro wouldn't have ended up in this situation.

Shaking his head, Mu Yue decided not to dwell on unimportant matters and headed back to his office.

Since this was Tsukimura Toshihiro's request, what else could he do? Refuse and be called petty? No, of course, he would agree and do it because he was the universally acknowledged perfect colleague, Yubing Mu Yue.

Back in his office, Mu Yue continued practicing calligraphy.

"Hey, Mu Yue-sensei, you've changed pens," Ueda Aya noticed that Mu Yue was holding a different pen than before.

"Yeah, one of the students gave it to me," Mu Yue smiled and nodded.

"That's so nice. I've been teaching for years and never received a gift from a student," Ueda Aya said enviously.

Hearing this, Ike Takeshi saw his chance and said, "Ueda, don't you realize how popular Mu Yue-sensei is among the students? You're not even in the same league as him."

Ueda Aya was speechless; lies didn't hurt, but the truth was like a sharp knife.

Seeing Ueda Aya's frustrated expression, Ike Takeshi felt a sense of satisfaction.

"Maybe Ueda-sensei's students are just more introverted, they want to give something but are too shy," Mu Yue said.

"You're such a smooth talker, Mu Yue-sensei," Ueda Aya smiled, even though she knew he was just comforting her, everyone likes to hear kind words.

Kimura Shinjin watched this scene and thought to himself that there was a reason Ike Takeshi had always been single.

As it neared class time, Mu Yue left his office and headed to the classroom.

Instead of starting class immediately, he first took care of the matter Tsukimura Toshihiro had asked him about.

"I've told you before, don't speak ill of Tsukimura-sensei in front of others, and don't disrupt his class," Mu Yue said with a pained expression.

"Mu Yue-sensei, did the taijutsu teacher complain about us?" Kanetsu Tetsu asked helplessly. This was the first time he had heard of a teacher reporting students, especially when it was exaggerated like this.

"We didn't disturb him during his lessons, it was only after he stopped that we gave him some advice," Kamizuki Izumi felt they had been wronged.

They didn't disturb his class at all. Although Tsukimura Toshihiro wasn't the best teacher, no one spoke up to criticize him while he was teaching. Everyone had been quietly watching and learning, and when it came to training, they were all serious and eager to improve for the final exam.

"You definitely can't interrupt Tsukimura-sensei's class or speak ill of him," Mu Yue emphasized, without directly answering Kanetsu Tetsu's question.

His goal was to ensure that although he didn't explicitly say Tsukimura Toshihiro had complained, everyone would understand that it was the reason Mu Yue had to step in.

"We understand," the students nodded in unison, though they didn't know what they would do about it later.

Mu Yue nodded, smiled, and then began the lesson.

After school, Mu Yue continued to train his disciples and returned home to the main city area in the evening.

This time, it wasn't Mu Yue getting invited for a free meal; it was his turn to visit the Minato family for dinner.

"We've eaten at your place so many times, it feels a bit awkward. Today, Mu Yue, you just relax and try our cooking," Minato said, leading Mu Yue to his home.

Minato and Kushina both pitched in, each preparing two dishes.

Minato and Kushina asked Mu Yue to try the food first. Mu Yue had originally intended to say they should all eat together, but when he saw the eager expressions on their faces, he knew exactly what to do.

First, he tried a piece of the grilled fish that Minato had made.

To be honest, this grilled fish was nothing like what Mu Yue had in mind. It wasn't even a whole fish; it was just a piece of fish meat, marinated and sprinkled with salt before being grilled.

"It really preserves the original flavor of the food. It's very delicious," Mu Yue complimented.

However, Mu Yue didn't just offer praise without constructive criticism. He also pointed out a few areas for improvement, such as not controlling the cooking time properly.

For the next few dishes, Mu Yue gave similar feedback—some dishes earned more compliments, while others received more criticism.

"Hehe, our cooking isn't bad, right?" Kushina said with a happy smile.

Kushina was thrilled to receive Mu Yue's approval, especially since she had personally prepared the dishes.

"Minato and I have also been practicing making braised pork. You must come and try it when we're done," Kushina said.

Mu Yue smiled and nodded, joking that he would definitely come to check on the two students' cooking progress.

They continued to eat while chatting.

Minato also mentioned that he had heard some discussions about Mu Yue from other jounin, where the children were complaining that Mu Yue's teaching wasn't as good as the middle-ranking teachers at the school.

At this point, Kushina expressed her appreciation for Mu Yue's teaching ability. While she hadn't seen him teach at the ninja school, she had witnessed him explaining how to cook.

When it was Mu Yue's turn, he didn't overdo the modesty but instead praised Minato, saying that if he ever became a teacher, he would certainly be a popular one. As for Kushina...

In this pleasant atmosphere, everyone enjoyed the meal, achieving their respective goals.
