Obsidian katana held high ,glistened with an azure glow.

Streams of lightning mixed with azure flames spread outwards from its tip,painting all beneath in an azure Illuniscent glow.

Then it happened.

It's destination, the heads of the collosal creatures.

It tore through the air ,the very void screaming in pain.

Then,it landed on their heads.

Kailen stared at the screen , a smile tugging at his lips.

He was now in first place.

But the gap between him and second person , had to be widened further.

Else ,who knew what would happen.

What if he relaxed too much and someone claimed the first spot.

Ignoring the gazes of Cimeris and Sanguine ,alongside several examinees ,who thought they had concealed themselves well from him, he muttered .

" It's those two again. They escaped the last time because Jackson decided to spare them. I will deal with them later"

If there was one thing that Kailen was ,it was that he was vengeful. Those who crossed him, experienced a brutal end ,always.

His gaze snapped back to the volcanic ocean that loomed beneath him.

His elemental mirroring operated at full throttle .

He saw it all. The outline of the creatures ,lurking beneath the depths of the ocean.

"Rank 1 intermediate stage ascendant level diabolic beasts . If I kill several of them , it will be enough to secure my place at the top of the ranking"

Then his figure vanished.

His destination , the sea of magma's depths.

Cataclysmic booms associated with the screams of diabolic beasts erupted from beneath the ocean depths ,ripping the air apart.

Esimo stared at the ranking list in disbelief.

"Impossible"

Esimo was someone who had always been at the top.

He was utterly convinced that in this entrance exams ,he would come out on top.

In the current younger generation of the Astral Empire , he was the only person who had firstly awakened a tier two elemental dormant physique.

There were others of the younger generation in the galaxy ,few and far between who had awakened an elemental dormant physique.

Yet, none of them had awakened even a tier two version,not in a very long time in the galaxy .

He was not being proud. This was just how rare those with elemental dormant physiques were.

They were few and far between. And those with a tier two physique , rarer . As for those with a tier three , perhaps in the other empires,they existed ,but not in the Astral Empire, not that he knew of ,or anyone did.

Besides ,who would possess an elemental dormant physique and keep it hidden?

It was absurd.

Did this guy have a tier two elemental dormant physique or something.

" No, this Kailen Darkhaven only has a tier one elemental dormant physique. I read about him.

He had the strength to go toe to toe against stronger opponents though. But I didn't know how far. But I'm a titan ,blessed with physical strength from birth, aside from my elemental mirroring energies that boost my elemental prowess to leagues above me, aiding me to defeat opponents three sub ranks above my level. So how is someone ,a human, with just a tier one Physique so powerful than me?. How is this possible?"

Esimo kept staring at the screen flickering over and over again.

Kailen's points kept increasing by the second ,widening the gap between him-the second place and Kailen-the first place with each passing second.

" Ho.. You thought the titan race was gonna take the first place in the entrance exams this time huh"

A feminine figure , replied , her voice laced with mockery.

Obviously she was a human, relishing in the feeling of a human prodigy having crushed opponents from different races in an overwhelming manner, and most importantly the exams in an extremely incredilous manner.

The humans had gleeful expressions on their faces.

Ever since several years ago where a certain human from the Darkhaven clan,alongside a young lady had claimed the first place in the entrance exams , the human race had been utterly sidelined in the entrance exams.
