If in the past they had found it absurd for the kid to catch up to them ,simply wanting to eliminate him because they didn't want to take any risks of having any potential vengeful threats to deal with in the future , now they couldn't be more certain.

A figure with lightning flickering on his obsidian figure and blue flames blazing on his form shot out of the magma ocean.

Two ginormous monstrosities quickly followed after him, towering like mountains .

One was akin to a Godzilla, a behemoth leaving trails of fire heavily scorching the air with each breath.

The other was megamomammoth, an ancient elephantine looking creature boasting terrifying levels of strength.

Inasmuch as they were at the rank 5 beginner stage Ascendant level, each one of these monstrosities had strength far above their levels .

Their physical defenses , off the charts.

Would this young man survive ?

Those who wanted him dead,rejoiced.

Those with unwavering trust in him and loved him prayed for his safety.

Yet- the sight the spectators and several examinees , Cimeris and Sanguine included-coincidentally in the vicinity, witnessed next , left them in shock,their jaws hanging widely open.

Kailen's form blazed with lightning intensity.

He was done using his fists. It was time to end this quickly.

Elemental energy lightning fused with elemental affinity lightning.

The infinity alchemy flame.

A long shadow katana gleamed, stirring to life as the energies swam towards its obsidian blade.

The beasts launched their attacks.

The mammoth, apocalyptic flames.

The Godzilla , a beam of strange energy.

Their roars rippled the void.

Announcing their attacks.

A moment of profound silence.

The attacks shot towards Kailen-akin to an ant ,floating in their epicentre ,the air bending and tearing like sheets of paper in their wake.

So fast .

Seeing Kailen stood still,nany thought Kailen had surrendered in the face of unmatched power.

But he stood firm .

" Let's let these attacks test my physique "

He muttered,his katana held firmly in hand.

He stood unmoving.Relishing in the chaos as the beam of strange energy and the flames ,that could level regions into dust ,finally clashed into him.

Nothing could be seen, only the replendant chaotic storm of the two attacks clashing into him..

" Interesting. Time to end this"

Then as the chaotic storm brewed , Kailen willingly stepped out of it,unharmed .

The attacks imploded on themselves before spreading outwards , destroying mountains and tearing through the air, causing waves of the magma ocean several kilometers apart to rise.

Then Kailen muttered, under the shocked spectacle of those who wanted him dead, and the relief and proud grins of his loved ones,and those who had placed bets on him..

Ragnarok ....
