Void Cultivation

Chapter 39- The entire sect's death.

In a dash, Luo landed on the deck of the ship as she gnashed her teeth and asked.

"Who are you!?"

But the slender lady did not answer her as her eyes were set on the bloodied and battered figure of the the Captain. In her hands, the Captain let out a comfortable sigh in his sleep. This made the slender lady's shoulders tremble a bit.

She bit a lip and continued to look at the Captain, appearing not to have noticed Luo at all. Luo stood there and gritted her teeth, but she didn't say anything. The spirit energy fluctuations coming from this slender lady's body was something to be frightful of. It was even more terrifying than when the Shadow sect ancestor unleashed his balls of spirit fire.

But despite the overwhelming aura, the slender lady's eyes was calm as she looked at the Captain with softness.

She then sat down on the floor with the Captain in her laps as she continued to look at his face. At first Luo was angry, then surprised. And finally stunned.

With the way the slender lady was holding the Captain, it was like she had been reunited with her long lost...

Down below, Grey and Ange saw the Captain falling out of the Sky, but when the slender figure caught him and landed on top a magic ship, he was then alarmed. Where did a magic ship suddenly come from!? And who was that woman?

Luo hopped on top the magic ship a few moments later but Grey did not hear the sound of fighting, so he knew everything was alright. He then focused his gaze on the remaining Shadow sect members who were frozen stiff.

They had lost the will to fight back. Even their sect master was sitting down on the floor in shock. Grey did not hesitate and beheaded him the next moment.

After the death of their sect master, they finally woke out from their shock induced coma. But they didn't have the will to live, much less to fight.

After witnessing the Captain who was in the Qi accumulation realm kill their ancestor in the Foundation Establishment realm. And he killed him such a manner that would leave the rest of them gaping in shock.

Throughout their lives, they had never seen cultivators above the Foundation Establishment realm. To them, their sect ancestor was a god. But he had been killed by the Captain with his domain and generating battle armor! Something they had only heard about in legends!

So who would want to fight when four Qi accumulation cultivators suddenly barged in and caused so much destruction to their sect. Just four people against a whole sect yet the sect had been beaten to such a degree!

Two kids barely in the later levels of Qi accumulation had killed their sect elders and sect master, who they thought to be very powerful.

Grey's actions were also very shocking. He was also a poison user. And his poison was so powerful that it could even kill their own poison user whom they thought was blessed by the heavens.

With all they had seen, why wouldn't they lose the will to fight. Everything they believed and was taught in their sect had been trampled upon by four people.

Four people!

No one knew who was the first to run, but when that person did, they all followed suit. Grey did not mind their running and continued to disperse pills that would explode into dark dust.

His expression was calm, but internally he was very frustrated. All through this battle, he had made the least impact! Or so he thought. Witnessing the Captain create miracle after miracle was enough to light a fire under him and push him to knew heights.

"I want to be stronger! I want to grow stronger! I want to be as strong as the Captain!" This thought ran gym laps in his head as his eyes turned red and he began his own killing spree.

With the sect elders and sect master dead, they were hardly any strong cultivators left. Grey did not hesitate to erupt in fury as he let his wrath be known.

Just as he was calming down, he felt shadows blocking the sunlight. When he looked up, he saw dark clouds had gathered over the sect.

He turned his face and saw the dead body of the Shadow sect ancestor by the side. A black mist was drifting out from his mouth, nose and ears and it converted into a strange Shadow beast with three heads and seven hands. This Shadow seemed to let out a roar at the skies, as if it had just been reborn.

"There's still more!?" Grey said with surprised expression.

The faces of the Shadow sect members turned pale as all of them fell down dead while coughing out blood. Small black mists also drifted from their noses and mouths and joined with the large Shadow creature. More black mist came out from the sect elder's mouth and sect master and together, they formed the full body of the Shadow creature.

With the additional black mist from the shadow sect members, the Shadow creature grew a fourth head which had the appearance of the Shadow sect ancestor.

This head had a ugly expression on its face as it cast a deep glance at the magic ship high above and suddenly leaped up at a speed which Grey's eyes couldn't follow.

A barrier made of green light suddenly enveloped the magic ship and stopped the Shadow creature from reaching them. As if fell back down, it saw Grey looking at it with a solemn expression and the Shadow creature shrieked loudly and lunged for him.

Grey expression contorted into a slight frown as he watched the Shadow creature cross several hundred feet in an instant. It would get in a moment.

A sharp gleam could be seen in Grey's eyes as he clutched his dagger and grinned. He finally found something that he could use to deal with his frustration. And without hesitation, Grey burst into a dash as the distance between them closed rapidly.

Then a loud bang could be heard after which dust flew up. From the dust, Grey flew like an arrow that had been let loose. From the clash with the Shadow creature, he had come out losing.

But he grimaced as he spat out blood and shouted. "Again!" And with that, he rushed out to meet the Shadow creature and it erupted into another resounding bang.

Up on the magic ship, the slender figure said as she looked at the dozing face of the Captain. Her gaze softened as she spoke.

"Wake up Ice Tide! Your exile is over! You have groomed some really terrifying monsters and have influenced them drastically. But you must watch what their doing."

At the same time, she casted her gaze to Ange who was cultivating inside her brown cauldron. Her expression was pensive as she closed her eyes and seemed to be in the middle of an enlightenment. Thischapter'struesourceisMyVirtualLibraryEmpire(M|V|LEMP-YR).

She then turned to look at Grey who was fighting the Shadow creature but still losing out each time. And with every mouthful of blood that he spat out, his expression became more pale. But the unwilling expression stuck to his face as he gritted his teeth in pain and shouted.

"Again!"

She then turned her gaze back to the Captain who was sleeping soundly on her lap. Tears fell on his face as the slender figure burst into a sob.

Luo looked on in shock. She was this person would at least be the Core formation realm, yet she was crying for the Captain.

She now asked the question...

'Who was this slender lady?'
