Chapter 35- Sky Mist Clone Art

On top the magic ship, Grey saw his surroundings blur in an instant as a faint white light surrounded the whole ship and prevented the whooshing sounds and sharp winds from touching them. Captain stood at the bow with a calm expression on his face, but other than that, everything was quiet.

Luo looked around for a couple of seconds before she sat down cross-legged and began to circulate her spirit energy.

Ange was also curious but suppressed her curiosity as she also sat down near Luo to replenish her reserves if spirit energy.

As much as Grey wanted to study the ship, there was no time. So he sat down and began to meditate. He wanted to be at his peak condition before fighting.

By the time it takes for a candle to burn out, the ship slowly came to a stop over a mountain range. Grey opened his eyes and took a peak outside the ship and saw by the side of a mountain, the shadow sect.

"What do we do now?" Ange asked as they had reached their destination.

"Simple, we barge in." The Captain said calmly while at the same time, the bow spirit of the ship suddenly let out a bright golden light.

As the bright light appeared, the Captain pointed and steered the ship towards the gate of the Shadow sect.

With his hand pointing directly at the gate, the bright light continued to glow brighter.

While on the deck, Grey, Ange and Luo all had pale faces as sweat rolled down their faces.

'This is...' Grey started.

"Divinity!" Luo shouted as the light continued to get brighter. Dark clouds began to gather as the atmosphere grew tense.

The shadow sect below was in chaos as the light continued to grow until it suddenly exploded. The gate of the Shadow blew open and the surroundings were grounded into dust.

The Captain fell back by two steps as he coughed out a mouthful of blood. His face was pale but he did not falter.

Instead, he let out a roar.

"Advance!"

At this time, Luo suddenly jumped from the ship with the speed of a cat. She also landed like one too. She burst in through the rubble as the members of the Shadow sect were still in shock.

Grey shook his head slightly as he also jumped down. He flicked his wrist and several black pills fell from the sky. With a wave of his hands, the pills turned into powder and spread to all parts of the sect.

Ange brought out a couple of medicinal pills and swallowed before she followed suit. A brown cauldron of about three meters suddenly appeared and fell down with a loud bang.

The surrounding members of the Shadow sect let out cries as they coughed out mouthfuls of blood while some directly died.

After the initial chaos, a loud bang could be heard coming out from the three story palace that stood high above the mountain. Sаmplе frоm Мy Virtuаl Librаry Еmpirе—rеаd mоrе оn М&VLЕМРY&R.

A figure in black robes flew out. The spirit fluctuations he gave off told everyone he was in the perfected level of Qi accumulation.

This was one of the elders of the Shadow sect. Not long after the first one arrived, four more elders in black arrived and a figure in grey robes suddenly came out.

He was the sect master of the Shadow sect. His eyes were red in anger but he gritted his teeth and spoke through his anger calmly.

"Dear fellow Daoist, why do you suddenly attack us." He looked towards the magic ship up the sky calmly, his face despite showing worry was very calm.

After a few seconds, the Captain's figure appeared. The sect master was about to bow his head and speak when he looked up in shock. He suddenly lunged to the side as a bright light landed on his previous position.

The sect elder on his right let out muffled groans under the the bright light and burst into blood the next instant.

The expression of the sect master changed to shock, and then anger. And finally fear.

"You..." He pointed but the Captain said calmly instead.

"Noisy"

"You're not in the Foundation Establishment realm!" The sect master said loudly and the other sect elders looked up in shock.

The Captain was still looking down at them with an uninterested expression as he flicked his sleeve and the ship disappeared into his storage bag.

The remaining three sect elders then rushed out to meet him as he was falling. Although Qi accumulation cultivators could not fly, they were using flight talismans which gave them the ability to.

The Captain did not have a flight talisman, but his expression did not seem to shift as he fell down. Right as the sect elder was about to hit him with full force, his hair suddenly turned white and his eyes turned cold.

His lips curled up in disdain as he raised his hand and slashed down with an ice sword that had materialized out of nowhere.

The sect elder's expression changed but he could not bring himself to slow down in time. His hands moved rapidly as he performed hand seals.

He then pointed down and a hand made out of earth appeared from the ground and grabbed him. The sect elder landed on the hand as he continued to perform various hand seals.

Then several rocks floated from the ground and were hurled towards the Captain. The sect elder also spat down and blood came out of his mouth, before turning into a malicious ghost with dense corrosive substance coming out of it.

The ghost laughed wickedly and rushed out to meet the Captain. All this seemed like it took a long time but only a couple breaths had passed.

The Captain who was now standing a block of ice with a nonchalant expression spat out sourly.

"Pitiful techniques." He then raised his hand and the blue sword in his hand released blue mist. This mist went out to meet the approaching malicious ghost.

The Captain also swiped his sword two times horizontally and vertically. Two sword lights fifteen meters long suddenly appeared in the sky and let out bone chilling cold aura.

The sword lights slashed at the incoming boulders that were coming at him and destroyed them into pieces.

The sect elder's expression changed several times. The blue mist the Captain released had already swallowed his black mist and was rushing at him. While the two sword slashes were still coming at him with the same speed.

"Help me!" The sect elder cried out when he saw that the mist and sword slashes would hit him anytime.

The other sect elders snapped out of their stupor and turned to help him, when the Captain snorted and did some hand seals of his own.

His body then seemed to be fazing out as three copies of himself walked out from his body. These three copies each held a blue sword and had white hair. Their faces were indifferent and mixed with disdain.

The three copies then went out to meet the two sect elder's and the sect master.

"You... This is the Sky Mist Clone art. It can only create a single clone, but you created three. Who are you!?" The sect master shouted but the Captain did not bother to say anything. His expression was still nonchalant as he watched his clones rush out to battle the sect elders and the sect master.
