Villain's Valor: A Noble Fantasy Resurrection

Chapter 283Three days

The sweet aroma of coffee filled the entire place. Surprisingly, in this world, coffee did exist, but in a somewhat different way. Normally, coffee beans sprout from plants, red as blood and some light green. This type of coffee grows in warm, jungle-like environments. Once you have the coffee beans in your hands, the usual process is to roast them over an open flame, with wood and embers.

Of course, you have to keep stirring them constantly so they don't burn completely. As time passes, the beans turn black as night, and finally, the last step is to grind them into a fine black powder. The fragrance and essence of this coffee are much purer than factory-made coffee, which is why they say that mana-made coffee is much better than machine-made.

Contrary to this world, coffee beans come from a dry black fruit that grows on trees. Mana plays an important role in this process; the beans are not ordinary, as they contain a small amount of mana, which greatly enhances their fragrance and essence. Thus, it is a drink of the high society, or nobility, and is therefore an expensive product.

Breathing deeply, the rich aroma filled my lungs, and I nodded in satisfaction. Having the opportunity to smell this fragrance with a beauty right in front of me should be considered a divine revelation, especially with the gentle melody playing in my ears, spreading throughout the café and creating a romantic ambiance perfect for first dates.

With a smile on my lips, I said, "You look very beautiful today, my dear." Looking at the extravagant beauty of Lysandra, I couldn't be happier. Having her with me was like winning the lottery. When you go out with your girlfriend, the first thing you should do is compliment her beauty, as they take the time to get ready for you. This is a detail I read in a book...

Putting my thoughts aside, I looked into Lysandra's deep eyes filled with love and affection, but in a matter of seconds, they turned cold and empty as she stared deeply at me. Her lips were tinted red, with light makeup on her cheeks and eyelashes, enhancing her beauty even more. Additionally, her lifeless gaze increased her charm significantly.

"Damn it," I cursed internally, trying to ignore her angry look. Glancing around with another smile, I said, "The place is perfect, the night is beautiful, today is definitely a great night, darling. It's perfect for the two of us." My words flowed from my lips, trying to ignore the cold and murderous look from my wife.

Seeing that she didn't react to my flattering words and that her cold gaze intensified, cold sweat ran down my back. Making one last attempt, I said, "The beauty you emanate tonight is incredibly impressive to my eyes." With those words, I looked directly into her eyes. She remained silent, staring deeply. "She is damn beautiful," I thought to myself. With a smile, I looked around.

Many boys' eyes were on her. Frowning fiercely, a murderous intent emanated from my body. A thin darkness filled the first floor of the café. Not wanting to cause trouble, I directed my murderous intent toward the bastards looking at my wife.

They sensed the anomaly and paled, lowering their heads in fear and quickly looking elsewhere. The darkness in the place disappeared as quickly as it had appeared. Looking back at Lysandra, she was still staring directly at me, ignoring the gazes she was receiving from others. Even some girls blushed upon looking at her.

Letting out a sigh, I said, "I'm sorry. Alright, it wasn't my intention to ignore you for three days." Finally, I said the words she was waiting for. Yes, she was very upset because I ignored her for three days. Three days might not seem like much to any other couple, but she wasn't an ordinary girl, and thus, neither was I. We were a pair of oddballs in the eyes of others.

In fact, I was starting to suspect that Charlotte was also changing her personality with me and exclusively with me. Not that it bothered me in the least; in fact, it was a very pleasant feeling.

Who wouldn't like the girl they loved to be obsessed with them? Anyone who says it's the worst must be out of their mind. It's the best feeling to have her eyes only on you. Seeing Lysandra still silent, a loving smile appeared on my face. I stood up, nodded, and approached her. My movements were swift and sharp, and in the blink of an eye, Lysandra was on my lap.

She let it happen because she could easily have rejected me, but I was confident she wouldn't. After all, she loved me with a deep and dark love that could even be considered sick and twisted, but I didn't care.

My hands moved over her soft skin, so delicate and fragrant. Her body scent combined with her unique aroma filled my nose, far more enchanting than the smell of coffee. Her curvaceous body, which was solely mine, was incredibly warm. My eyes filled with tremendous obsession as I looked directly into hers. She remained silent, staring, but her cold eyes warmed slightly.

With another charming smile, I said, "You know how Professor Athena is with training. She didn't let me go for the three days I ignored you until I showed significant progress." As I spoke, my head moved closer to her firm back, while her cheerful, soft, and spongy behind rested on my legs. It was an intoxicating scent.

"You know how I am, you know how I behave. I couldn't stand the idea of not seeing your beautiful face for those three days. Because of that, I decided that to make it up to my beloved wife, there's no better idea than to schedule a date at the best café in the academy." My hands continued to caress her waist, sometimes lowering to her lovely hips.

She remained silent for a few seconds and then sighed. "You're a fool," she said softly as she turned to hug me tightly. At the same time, I felt two mountains pressing against my chest.

"A big fool," she said as I hugged her tightly.
