Chapter 1465: He Can Cook
-----
While walking through the city towards the manor, we ended mistakenly walking through a slightly shady area of the city, a "redlight district" of sorts, and as it was getting darker, the night city life started to emerge.
There were plenty of interesting places, brothels and other things… which certainly weren't allowed in Stronghold, and that I had not seen in the Elven Cities either.
I suppose Dwarves know how to have their fun…
"Wow, what are these places?" Erika wondered. "There's lots of pretty ladies wearing very revealing clothes… D-Don't look Blake!"
"I'm not looking," I just looked at the front.
"I-I think we ended walking into a weird… place," Elizabeth felt flustered, as a holy maiden, I suppose that was a given. "Oh my… dwarves seem to enjoy quite the… sinful lives."
"Oh wait, you mean…?" Erika gasped. "So they're like…"
"Yeah…" Elizabeth already knew while Erika took a while to realize.
"Well, this just means this city accepts all kinds of people…" I smiled. "I don't particularly care either way. I would probably never visit a place like this, I have you girls after all."
"I-I suppose…?" Elizabeth wondered. "Aah, I don't know what to think…" She was as red as a tomato.
"Hehe, really?" Erika blushed while giggling coquettishly. "And what's that place over there? It said something about… Love Hotel? What's that for?"
"It's… I think that's where people go do… well, you know," I said.
"Oooh…" Erika nodded. "Wanna go to a Love Hotel? Let's have some fun before we regroup~!"
"W-Wait, what?! Erika no!" Elizabeth said. "We shouldn't step into such an unholy place… I am a holy woman!"
"Aaah, well, I mean sure but… you didn't look all that holy when you were licking Blake's thingy…" Erika looked at her with a teasing smile.
"D-Don't mention that out loud, gods!" Elizabeth grew even redder, covering her face. "What happens between me, and my husband has nothing to do with that!"
"That's enough Erika, let's get going," I sighed. "If you really want to, we have the night to have fun too. We'll have our own rooms in the manor, don't worry."
"Oooh? Heheh~ I bet you want to do lewd stuff too, right Blake?" Erika giggled, teasing me. "Right~?"
I could have never imagined that Erika would end up being such a perverted girl deep down…
"Enough I said…" I patted her head. "Aren't you hungry? Let's go have dinner. I'll cook anything you want."
"Oh really?! Nice! Let's goooo!" Erika celebrated, her mind quickly changing from "lewd mode" to "yummy food mode" instantly.
We reached the manor, where we met with everyone else. There weren't any problems today, and well, the only one not back yet was Cattalina, who was still at the Magician Guild Tower.
It was a tower of around twenty floors at the center of this coastal city, where Magicians gathered, forming a special guild.
They were not that different to Adventurer Guilds, as they did a variety of tasks that were given to them by citizens, and paid for them, things that only magicians can do.
"Looks like everyone had fun on their dates?" I asked.
"Yeah it was really fun, we went to the beach with Eric!" Alberta smiled.
"Y-Yeah, it was nice…" Eric muttered.
"We participated in an all you can eat competition that was going close to the plaza," explained Patricia.
"We won second and third place, the guy that won first place was an absolute monster… I'll never underestimate dwarves for being small, their stomachs are certainly gigantic compared to their size," Erdrich muttered.
"Hey mine isn't that big…" Alberta said.
"Ugh… I hated it! That stupid fox wouldn't stop dragging me along everywhere…" Elfriedden said, rolling his eyes. "Blake if there's nothing for me to do here shouldn't I just go back home?"
"Come on, don't be such a prick! You still enjoyed it, didn't you?!" Chris asked angrily.
"Waan, waan!" meanwhile, the Fire Fox Spirit of Chris barked cutely, she seemed happy.
"Alright then," I said. "Shall we have some dinner? I was thinking on cooking myself, for a change."
"You can cook?" Alberta wondered.
"Of course I can, let me show you my skills," I nodded.
We walked inside the manor, finding the nobles and Hellburn sharing some liquor while talking, seems like they had all mellowed down after a few drinks with the King's brother.
"Ah, you guys are back! How was your day in the city? It's pretty nice, right? All things considered, it is a great touristic spot!" Hellburn laughed.
"Yeah," I nodded. "I was thinking on cooking dinner."
"T-The Summoner can cook?"
"Wait, he is going to cook?!"
"Huh?!"
The nobles were a little confused, although some laughed it off and kept drinking, Alberta got slightly angered at that though.
"Ugh, why are you drinking so much so early?! Uncle remember that we came here to save dad and everyone else, not to get drunk…!" Alberta said angrily.
"I know, I know…" Hellburn said. "Hic… I just wanted to take it easy… you know…"
"Leave him be, Alberta, nothing we can do," Eric shrugged, patting her shoulders gently.
"Hmph…" Alberta groaned, sighing. "Whatever… let's have dinner then. Let me help Blake!"
"Me too then," Eric nodded.
"Alright."
In thirty minutes, we ended cooking quite the feast, combining human, elven, and dwarven cuisine, and when we were about to eat, Cattalina arrived just in time, coming along with a friend of hers, a dwarf woman with long purple hair, sleepy red eyes, and pale white skin, as pale as snow.
She wore a big black and purple robe, and an even larger black and purple witch hat with star-like decorations, while carrying a wooden staff embedded with red, purple, and blue jewels twice her own size, which looked a little funny.
"Hello everyone, sorry for being late! I brought along a friend, I hope you don't mind her," she said, introducing us to the person by her side. "Her name is Helene; she's a friend I made in the Magus Academy years ago."
