With Hu Feng still assessing her capabilities, Luo Pupu raised the Budou Ryuhou, unleashing a series of shots aimed squarely at his face. Even in her Kamen Rider armor, she felt the wind batter her. The attack power of the whirlwind must be immense, surpassing Ryugen's current defense capabilities. If it connected, she would be injured, if not defeated outright.

Almost instinctively, Luo Pupu reached for her soul ring, ready to fight like a Soul Master, but quickly stopped herself. She was Kamen Rider Ryugen now. To grow as a Kamen Rider, she couldn't rely on her powers as a Soul Master.

With that thought, she focused on evading the attack. The whirlwind, a product of Hu Feng's soul skill, relentlessly pursued her. Sparks flew as the axes carved into the ground. Luo Pupu narrowly avoided the whirling blades, destroying others with the Budou Ryuhou in her hand. But these maneuvers slowed her down. The Black Ax Whirlwind caught up and engulfed her.

"Ugh!" Luo Pupu cried out in pain. The clang of the ax blades striking her armor rang out. The whirlwind raged for what felt like an eternity before slowly dissipating, sending Luo Pupu flying. Her armor was scorched black, and sparks continued to erupt from the damaged metal.

"That hurt. So that's how much it hurts when wearing armor. Big brother fought in this state..." Luo Pupu struggled to rise from the ground. Before she could regain her balance, a flying ax struck her chest, sending her crashing into a wooden crate by the side of the street. The Budou Ryuhou was thrown from her hand.

The residents, who had been peeking from their windows, recoiled in fear. While they were curious about the Kamen Rider who had suddenly appeared, they had hoped he would defeat the Ax Gang. When they saw Ji Yu being knocked into the air, they nearly cheered. Now, as he lay defeated, no one dared to speak. They would be happy if someone took down the Ax Gang, but they weren't willing to put themselves in harm's way.

Hu Feng approached Luo Pupu, his axes held high.

"I'm going to avenge my elder brother!"

Just then, a surge of soul power washed over the street. Before he could react, the weeds that had been growing along the street began to rapidly grow, moving in unison toward Hu Feng. They swarmed him, attempting to bind him. The weeds were weak and easily cut apart by Hu Feng's axes, but the distraction bought time for his target.

He saw Kamen Rider being supported by two children, running away.

"Don't think you can escape!" Hu Feng bellowed, raising his ax and giving chase. He caught up in seconds.

"I'm coming after you!"

"Miss Wu, take her and go first, and I will stay behind!"

"No, we have to go together!"

"I'm the one who suggested coming here. I can't implicate you!"

"That's what I voluntarily implicated!"

The conversation between the children infuriated Hu Feng. "None of you will escape! Die!"

He hurled his axes, aiming for Xiao San and Tang Wu.

"Damn it!"

Xiao San turned, his eyes glowing blue. He was about to unleash his Blue Silver Grass to block the axes when his body suddenly went light. He was lifted into the air. At the same time, the two axes that had been hurtling toward them were knocked aside by two small objects, one blue and one green. They slammed into the wall, startling the residents in the nearby houses.

Xiao San looked closer and saw strange-looking green locusts and blue octopuses. He looked up and saw a strange-looking red metal bird holding his collar, leading him away from the scene, closer to Tang Wu.
