Chapter 5: New World Order

In the state of Vallhala, the normally clear morning sky now feels gloomy in front of Ravish Daneen. The gentle wind blowing his robe felt colder than usual. He sat at a long dining table decorated with gold carvings and majestic marble pillars, enjoying the lunch that his servants had prepared. However, the calm did not last long.

Suddenly, the room felt shaking. A wisp of black clouds appeared right above the table, swirling around like a whirlwind before slowly forming the silhouette of a dark-robed man with red glowing eyes.

"Good afternoon, Mr. Ravish," the man's voice was deep and calm, yet had a piercing sharpness. "I hope I didn't interrupt your meal this time. I'm sorry I came in here without permission, but I have an offer of cooperation that might be of interest to you."

Ravish raised one eyebrow. Rarely would anyone dare to infiltrate his dining room, let alone into his subconscious. He put down his spoon slowly, looking at the man with watchful eyes.

"You... who? How dare you come before me uninvited?"his voice sounded flat, yet his terrifying aura felt so strong, enough to make ordinary soldiers kneel in fear.

The man smiled faintly. "Is my apology not enough, Sir? Let me introduce myself, I am The Great Cogaku. I come from the Valley of Syan, a place you may never have stepped foot in, but which has a darker history than you can imagine."

Suddenly, the plume of black clouds hovering around Coguku changed shape, forming a huge screen that glowed in the air. The scene displayed on the screen made Ravish's eyes widen.

"Look," my Coggy whispered, " This is your favorite daughter, isn't it?"

Ravish did not answer. His jaw hardened, his right hand clenched tightly until his knuckles turned white.

"Shazmeen Daneena," my Coguku continued in a fishing tone, " the beloved daughter of Ravish Daneen, one of the direct blood successors. But look who's with him. Don't you feel betrayed? Isn't your blood boiling? Aren't you a wonderful father who would do anything for his son?"

"Kael..."Ravish said the name in a low voice, yet filled with deep anger.

"That's right, "my Coguku nodded," Kael The Fugitive, The Rebel, the greatest threat to the world we've built. And now, he's beside your daughter, littering your bloodline with his presence. Are you gonna let this continue?"

The room became quiet. The Aura emanating from Ravish's body grew darker, a chill enveloped the entire hall. The servants who were in the vicinity immediately retreated in fear.

My Coguku grinned at that reaction. "I offer you cooperation, Mr. Ravish. I need Kael, and you can get your daughter back. We have the same interests. I only ask for one thing—attack the village on Hikani Island. It's called Yeilheim. Take a hundred thousand of your best men and destroy them there. If they resist, destroy the island without a trace."

Ravish stared at the black screen that displayed Kael's face next to her daughter. Slowly, he stood up, his steps steady, full of firmness. His eyes shone sharply, not only anger, but also the decision that had been made.

"You know very well how to touch my weak points, Coguku," he said coldly. "If I agree, make sure you keep your promise. I will not forgive betrayal."

"I'm not a person who easily betrays an intelligent ally," my Coguku grinned, then his body turned into dark smoke and disappeared with the wind.

Looks like my Coguku's plan to incite the vallhala leader worked !

Ravish Daneen stood on the balcony of her palace, looking at the horizon with piercing eyes. Her mind is filled with anger after her encounter with Coguku, a mysterious man who enters her subconscious and offers her lucrative cooperation.

Now, one thing has been decided. the assault is about to begin.Ravish walked into the main meeting room, where his generals and advisers had been waiting. The magnificent hall was filled with influential figures from various elite vallhala forces.

With a heavy and authoritative voice, he spoke, " we are going to attack Yeilheim. Kael must be destroyed. My daughter has to go back. And I need you to make sure that happens."The generals exchanged glances before general Varok the strongest general of the Ragna clan, a veteran warrior with a sturdy body and war wounds on his face, spoke.

"Yeilheim is no ordinary village, Your Majesty. They have strong defenses and difficult terrain. If we attack directly, we will have to bring in large numbers of troops."

"Then we will bring in more than just regular troops," Ravish replied. He raised his hand, and a messenger stepped forward, handing him a scroll containing the letter of the covenant.

"I have sent invitations to other great leaders. If they agree, we will not only attack with a hundred thousand Vallhala troops, but also with reinforcements from other kingdoms and alliances."

The next day, representatives from various major countries gathered in the vallhala negotiation room.Ravish opened the meeting with firmness.

"We all have one enemy in common. Kael is not only a threat to Vallhala, but to the balance of this world. I'm offering an alliance. Join me, and we'll make sure Yeilheim is reduced to ashes."

Emperor Ormund of the Vreinhardt nation squinted. "And if we refuse?"

Ravish looked at him intently. "Then when Kael rules the world, you will regret not standing by my side."

The atmosphere of the room is eerie. Queen Seraphine of the Zathyrians finally spoke up, her voice soft but piercing. "If we agree, what is the guarantee that Vallhala will not betray us after the victory?"

Ravish smiled faintly. "I am not a fool. I'm offering you a share of the winnings. The territory of Yeilheim and all the wealth in it will be divided according to the contribution of each kingdom. I'll make sure we all get a piece."

Duke Van Richter crossed his arms. "If that's the deal, then Skallhied will join. We always wanted a base in the southern region."

The Kurgan King nodded. "Jotunheim is coming along. We need a real war challenge."

Ravish looked at Emperor Ormund and Queen Seraphine. After a moment of silence, Ormund sighed. "All right. Vreinhardt participated in this war. I want exclusive access to the ancient ruins around Yeilheim."

Seraphine closed her eyes for a moment before finally opening her sparkling eyes. "Zathyria will send our war magicians. But I want the magical artifacts found during this war."

Ravish nodded in satisfaction. "Then we have a deal. In two weeks ' time, we'll move to Yeilheim and put an end to this."

At the Valhalla Academy, where the nobles and the young elite of Vallhala are studying, the atmosphere, which used to be full of laughter and discussion, has changed dramatically. The students gathered in the main hall, their faces filled with confusion and fear. The issue is so shocking-Shazmeen Daneena, the proud daughter of the country, has been kidnapped.

On the stage of the hall, a tall man in a purplish-black robe stood with a serious expression. He was rector Aldebrandt, an old man who was respected and had great influence in the Academy. In a deep voice, he spoke before his agitated disciples.

"Ladies and gentlemen, I know this is hard news to accept, but I have to tell you the truth. Princess Shazmeen Daneena has been kidnapped by a dangerous fugitive, a man named Kael."

Instantly the hall was filled with startled murmurs and shouts of protest.

Lirien Vael of the Vaelsy clan, Shazmeen's close friend and one of the best students in the Academy, stood with his eyes wide open. His long silver hair trembled as he clenched his fist.

"No way! Shazmeen is a strong fighter, he will not be easy to defeat! And who is Kael?! I've never heard his name before!"

On the other side of the Hall, Erik from the Jashin Clan, a young man with a piercing gaze and cold demeanor, folded his hands on his chest.

"If this is true, then we must find out who Kael really is. There's no way someone of our level can kidnap the country's princess without a very thorough plan."

Among the crowd, a deep black-haired girl with deep purple eyes lowered her head. Sylvaine of the Tsubaki clan, the daughter of the royal spy chief, had already heard whispers about Kael's figure from her father. He realized that this was no ordinary kidnapping.

"Kael..."the Whispering is slow. "The name is not foreign."

Meanwhile, Duncan of Clan Varro, the son of a famous general in the Royal Army, looked at Rector Aldebrandt with anger.

"Why didn't anyone tell us earlier?! If our country's princess was really in danger, we should've sent troops to save her!"

Rector Aldebrandt sighed heavily before continuing.

"You all need to stay calm. King Ravish himself was gathering forces from all over the country. Government troops will be on the move soon. I warn you all not to act rashly. Kael is not an ordinary person, and anyone who tries to search for her without preparation will only meet death."

In the main hall, Lirien Vael, the noble daughter of the Vaelsy Clan, stood with a stern expression before a group of selected disciples. His long silver hair fluttered as he placed a large map on the table.

"Hikani Island..."he muttered. "If Kael really takes him there, we can't just wait for the Royal Army. We must act now."

Next to him, Erik Jashin, a young man with a piercing gaze and cold demeanor, folded his arms. "I've gathered information from the underground network. Kael is not just an ordinary fugitive. He has a shadow army protecting him. If we leave, we must be prepared for the worst."

Duncan Varro, heir to the famous general's family, stamped his fist on the table. "I don't care who protects him. If we move fast, we can defeat him before he realizes what happened."

From the corner of the room, a soft but sharp sound was heard. Sylvaine Tsubaki, the daughter of the royal spy chief, stepped out of the shadows with a calm expression. "You guys are too noisy. If you really want to go to Hikani, we need a strategy. It's no use attacking without a plan."

Lirien turned his head, looking at Sylvaine sharply. "You have an idea?"

Sylvaine crossed her arms. "Of course. We can't use official channels. The government ship will be inspected, and we will definitely be stopped before reaching Hikani. But there is another path. I can get a small boat from my father's contacts. We can sneak into the island without anyone knowing."

Erik squinted. "We move in small groups. Five people at most. Who's coming?"

From the corner of the room, a short brown-haired man with golden eyes stepped forward. Reiner Falken, one of the best swordsmen in the Academy, grinned. "You can't leave without someone who can fight on the front lines. I'm in."

Lirien nodded. "Good. Then, me, Erik, Duncan, Sylvaine, and Reiner. We'll go first. We will not wait for government troops. We will save Shazmeen with our own hands."

News of Shazmeen's disappearance has spread widely across the country. The residents whispered in the marketplace, the merchants discussed it in concerned tones, and the Royal soldiers raised their guard. The whole country of Vallhala is now filled with tension, and war seems to be approaching.

In a small room in a wooden house on Hikani Island, Shazmeen enjoyed his lunch quietly. In front of him, fresh seafood dishes are served on simple wooden plates. His eyes looked towards the window, noticing the gentle sea breeze, carrying a characteristic salt scent.

However, on top of one of the old buildings on the island, Kael stood alone. His gaze glanced far into the ocean, his mind filled with confusion and seething anger.

"Hikani... I have felt this kind of freedom for the first time in a long time."Kael muttered inwardly.

He closed his eyes for a moment, enjoying the calm that was so rare for him—before suddenly, the ringing of a communication link from Ankara broke the silence.

"Hey, we're really going through a sudden crisis! Quickly bring Shazmeen here and leave Hikani!"

Kael frowned, her expression changing drastically. "Huh? What?! You said earlier that this island would be safe, asshole! I don't understand what you want, but what's the reason, damn it?"

The voice from across the communication sounded increasingly urgent. "Vallhala, Vreinhardt, Zathyria, Skallhied, as well as Jotunheim—all of them! They formed an alliance to attack Hikani, especially the village of Yeilheim."

Kael was silent for a moment, trying to digest the information she had just heard. However, anger quickly replaced surprise. "What?! How is that possible?! Why didn't you tell me this was gonna happen, asshole?!"

No answer could satisfy his anger. His jaws hardened, and his eyes lit up with anger and confusion.

Without thinking, Kael raised her hand and cast a teleportation spell. A deep purple light glowed around his body, before in an instant, he vanished from that place—towards where Ankara was.

Kael appeared with teleportation, her steps full of anger. The purple energy still glowed in the air as he walked swiftly towards Ankara, his gaze full of emotion.

"ARE YOU SERIOUS, ANKARA?!"Kael's voice echoed in the room. "WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME SOONER?!"

Ankara remained calm, crossed his arms on his chest. "I was sure last night."

Kael approached with sharp eyes. "So you just shut up until the situation is completely out of control?! Five great powers have united to kill me? "

PLAKKK!!

Ankara slaps Kael very hard,

"Control your emotions, look and watch carefully they are all aiming for your life and want Shazmeen back this is all the act of that bastard"

"Who?"Kael began to calm down a little.

"Zonkoku...I told you not if I can't see a future that intersects with him? I don't know what happened that they must have incited Ravis Daneen to kill you because they thought you kidnapped and held her captive."

"The bad guy is so sneaky."

"Now go where Shazmeen is and bring him here, this is the only safe place so far."

TLLLINGG!!!

A purple light suddenly flashed brightly before his eyes, accompanied by the sound of a rustling wind. In an instant, Kael had stood before him with an expression full of urgency.

"Kael -"

Without saying anything, Kael immediately grabbed Shazmeen's body, carrying her in her arms. He even took his bag and belongings with just one magic move.

"Kael! What are you doing?! Put me down!"Shazmeen exclaimed in a surprised tone.

"We don't have time!"Kael answered quickly.

ZIIINGGG!!!

In a split second, their bodies disappeared in the teleportation light, leaving the place before anyone had time to notice.

They arrived inside the headquarters, in a room lit by candles and lanterns. Shazmeen, who was still in Kael's arms, snorted irritably and pushed her body.

"KAEL! ARE YOU CRAZY?!"he exclaimed with an angry expression. "You kidnapped me?! Again?!"

Kael sighed heavily. "I have no choice, Shazmeen. You're in danger."

Shazmeen mendelik. "I know I'm in danger, but you can tell me first before directly kidnapping me like this!"

From the corner of the room, a heavy, authoritative voice sounded.

"That's enough," Ankara said, stepping closer with a serious look. "Shazmeen, I know this is sudden, but we don't have much time to explain in good manners. The world is after you and Kael."

Shazmeen frowned. "What do you mean?"

Kael took a deep breath, then spoke in a quieter tone. "Zonkoku has incited your father, Ravis Daneen, to believe that I am the one who kidnapped and detained you. Now, it's not just him—the entire kingdom has formed an alliance to capture me and bring you back by force."

Shazam's eyes widened. "What? That... that's impossible!"

Ankara folded his hands on his chest. "If you don't believe me, you can go out and try to go back to your house now. See if they will welcome you with open arms or even lock you up in the palace."

Shazmeen fell silent, trying to digest everything.

Kael looked at him deeply. "I don't want this to happen, but I won't let them catch you or kill me just like that."

Shazmeen finally let out a long sigh, his head slightly bowed. "So... what are your plans now?"

Kael glanced at Ankara, who then spoke in a firm tone.

"We have to hide for a while. We need to collect information about the movement of the alliance and understand what their next steps will be. And most importantly..." Ankara looked at Kael deeply. "We have to find a way to stop Zonkoku before it's too late."

The situation is getting tense how are the Friends of Shazmeen who want to help him?
