The Villain’s Perspective

"Hurry up and put on this uniform."

Lucifer handed Mask the white uniform.

Mask tried to sit up even though she was still very exhausted. She received the white uniform from Lucifer using both hands.

Lucifer glanced at the clock, realizing that it was already 6:40 pm. There were only about 20 minutes left until the monsters woke up and killed all the humans here. After checking the time, he then turned back to Mask.

He suddenly dozed, his face was as red as a tomato. Lucifer quickly covered his eyes with both hands and shouted:

"What are you doing?"

The reason was very simple: instead of changing clothes in the bathroom, Mask was taking off her T-shirt in front of Lucifer. Lucifer could witness everything very clearly, but luckily she was still wearing a bra. But from the beginning, she only needed to put on the uniform, so taking off her clothes was unnecessary.

Mask looked at Lucifer blankly, not understanding what he was doing. Perhaps she couldn't think properly because she was seriously ill.

"You don't need to take off all your clothes. Just put on your uniform!" Lucifer said while still covering his eyes.

Mask looked down at her body, her cheeks suddenly reddening a little.

"Ah..."

Realizing her mistake, she instantly put her t-shirt back on and put on her uniform over it.

It took a few minutes for Lucifer to dare to take his hands off his eyes. Luckily, Mask had put on her uniform properly.

Lucifer slapped himself in the face because of the dark thoughts that were appearing in his mind. Mask was sitting next to him, blankly watching Lucifer hurt himself.

Suddenly, Lucifer's eyes turned to the clock on the wall. Five minutes had passed and they still hadn't started moving. They had completely wasted those 5 minutes.

Unable to waste any more seconds, Lucifer immediately grabbed Mask's wrist and led her out of the room. As long as they were in the hall, a hand suddenly touched Lucifer's right shoulder. Perhaps it was Mask's hand?

"Hey Mask, we don't have time to stop."

Lucifer turned to the left to face Mask. But Mask was on Lucifer's left, so who was on his right? Lucifer didn't dare to look back because of fear, someone's hand was still touching his shoulder.

Lucifer slowly turned around to face the owner of the hand. He shouldn't have done that. Lucifer should have just taken Mask and kept dashing forward.

On Lucifer's right, a person, or rather an entity, or rather a monster in the shape of a human was standing there. It had 2 arms, 2 legs, a head, 2 pairs of eyes and a mouth.

However, its entire body was pitch black. Its two eyes looked lifeless and emotionless, and its mouth was open a little.

"Where are you guys going?"

The monster's voice was transmitted directly to Lucifer and Mask's minds. It didn't need to open its mouth to speak.

Lucifer gulped and grabbed Mask's hand. Having watched many horror movies, he knew that if they ran in this situation, the monster would definitely chase after them. So Lucifer did something that had never been seen in any movie.

"We're planning to escape from here." Lucifer didn't run, but stood still and answered the monster's question.

"20 seconds."

"Huh?"

"I'll give you 20 seconds to run."

Without waiting for the monster to start counting, Lucifer grabbed Mask's hand and pulled her towards the stairs right away. They had to skip the elevator because 20 seconds was not enough time to use the elevator.

Lucifer had made a mistake in his planning. He forgot that the monsters would wake up around 7pm, not exactly 7pm. That meant they could wake up a little before or after 7pm.

20 seconds was a short amount of time for others, but for Lucifer, 20 seconds was more than enough.

Using all his stamina, he reached the 1st floor in just 15 seconds. Lucifer counted each second in his mind as he ran. For him, 1 second was more precious than gold.

The 20 seconds were up, he was now in the middle of the cafeteria and in front of him was the door leading to the exit. It was guarded by 2 white guards and 4 green guards. All of them were holding pistols.

As soon as they noticed Lucifer, all the guards seemed a little confused but then they all raised their guns towards him. Even if he was wearing a red uniform, he still had to follow the procedures if he wanted to go out.

"Watch out!" Lucifer shouted.

All the guards were disturbed, they didn't understand what he was telling them to be careful of.

"Got you." The monster's voice went straight into Lucifer's mind once again.

Immediately after, it appeared from behind him and smiled. It pressed Lucifer's head down on the stone floor right away. The impact was so strong that it caused the floor to crack.

Seeing the monster, all 6 guards were shocked. They endlessly fired bullets at it but the monster was unharmed. It slowly walked closer to the 6 guards while taking a barrage of bullets.

'Damn it!'

Lucifer tried to stand up, he reached into his pocket, took out a white marble and immediately smashed it. Now he just hoped that the heroes would come here as soon as possible.

Lucifer turned to Mask, it seemed that she was not hurt by the monster's attack, but instead it seemed that Mask had reached her limit. Lucifer had no choice but to let her sit and rest in the corner of the room.

As for the monster, it had taken all the bullets but still did not have even a scratch. Seeing this, all 6 guards threw their empty guns at it and tried to run away from this place.

Just as they were nearing the door leading outside, the monster's arm grew longer and shot towards the 6 people and grabbed all of them to take them back here. Then, it stood in front of the door so that no one could escape.

Its smile had disappeared without a trace.

Lucifer checked the time, it was already 6:51. If he didn't run quickly, the remaining monsters would wake up at the same time and killed every person here.

After a while of silence, the monster suddenly extended its arm and stabbed through the white guard's chest. The monster then retracted its arm.

Everyone present saw obviously that the monster's hand was holding the white guard's heart. The monster then put the heart into its mouth, chewed it a few times, and smiled with satisfaction.

After making sure that the place where Mask was sitting was safe, Lucifer left her behind and approached the only white guard on the first floor.

"Everyone! Use everything you have and kill it!" Lucifer shouted.
