Chapter 83: Chapter 83: Foolish Love
Letter from Camila
Su菲,
First of all, congratulations on your marriage with Sulei. I've always wanted to see him smile again like he used to—the kind of warm, bright smile that only love can bring back. I know I was the one who took it away once.
By now, you must have guessed—I'm Camila, the princess of Neptune, the girl who once swore eternal love to Sulei. You might know my name or not, but I've seen *you*. Back then at the Crystal Plaza in a foreign land, I caught just one glance of you from afar, and I knew—*you* were the one who truly loved him. The same way I did, so intensely, so completely. He deserves someone like you.
Please don't think I'm writing this letter to threaten your happiness or stir up trouble. From the moment I ended things with Sulei, I accepted that we had no future. I prayed every night for God to send him someone better than me—someone who could make him happy. And you came along. You made that happen—for me, for him, for everyone.
Maybe I should say I'm sorry. Back in the foreign land, I already knew he didn't love me anymore. He had grown into a man—no longer the reckless boy I once loved. When I found myself in danger, if it hadn't been for Sulei saving me, I might already be with my mother in heaven.
The day he left, I saw you during our goodbye at the plaza. I didn't know what you looked like before, but I *knew* it was you—the lucky girl who held his heart. Maybe out of jealousy, maybe as a final farewell to the past, I lied. I asked Sulei for one last kiss. It landed gently on my forehead, not my lips—but I was still satisfied. That was how I said goodbye to us.
When I saw your tears fall, I regretted everything. But by then, you were already gone, and I never got to say "I'm sorry." I picked up one of your tears—it was so clear, so pure. I know you're different from us, but your love for Sulei was no less real. Every night since, I've carried the guilt of hurting you.
Only when I heard of your wedding did I finally sleep in peace. Please forgive me. Forgive my selfishness.
Today I overheard my father and sister talking. I know she's going to Lamberpole to disturb your new life. I know how strange this request sounds, but please… don't be too harsh on her.
She's not evil. She lost her mother when she was only two—my mother died giving birth to me. So both my father and my sister hate me. I blame myself for taking their mother away. I thought leaving Sulei would give them peace, that maybe one day he'd fall for my sister instead. But even without me, he never loved her.
Now she's on her way to Lamberpole. I don't know what she'll do to you, but I hope you can forgive her. She loves Sulei, after all. If possible, try to avoid her. If she can't find you, she'll return.
May God bless you and Sulei with endless love and happiness.
With hope,
Camila

**Su菲's Reaction**
Su菲 stared at the letter and the ice-tear stone that came with it. She wasn't just angry—she was *furious*. But beneath all that rage… there was gratitude.
Love isn't something you pass around like a gift. You can't trade it for family loyalty or guilt. What did Camila think Sulei was? A prize? A pawn?
Yet… part of Su菲 felt thankful. If Camila hadn't stepped aside, she might never have met Sulei. They might never have crossed paths.
Still, Su菲 couldn't help but feel pity. Camila blamed herself for everything—just because her sister lost a mother at two, did that mean Camila deserved to lose *everything*, too? Her own parents turned cold, her sister hated her… yet it wasn't her fault.
Maybe Su菲 should help her. After all, it was Camila's mistake that led her to true love. But first, she needed to deal with the bigger problem—Camila's sister.
If that spoiled brat tried anything with her husband, she wouldn't hesitate to step in. Step one? Teach the girl a lesson. Step two? Make sure she never comes near Sulei again.

**"Mom, Who Is Belinda?"**
"Did you hear? Princess Belinda is back!" whispered Ella, one of the palace maids.
"Oh no, not again! I hope I don't have to serve her this time!" shivered Lilyna as she crossed her fingers.
"You don't need to worry," Ella replied, rolling her eyes. "We have *our* queen now. This time, Belinda won't get away with her usual arrogance. I can't wait to see Queen Su菲 and Belinda meet for the first time."
"Right! If Prince Sulei actually married Belinda, that would've been a disaster for the whole kingdom. Thank goodness Queen Su菲 came along!"
"Oh wow, what's that smell?" Lilyna sniffed the tray Ella was carrying.
"Oops! Got so caught up talking, I forgot the cake for the queen! Gotta go, talk later!" Ella hurried off toward Su菲's chambers.
Not long after they left, three little heads popped out from behind the nearby bushes.
"Milta, who's Belinda?" Charles asked, clearly very interested.
"Belinda? She's that annoying princess from Neptune," Milta rolled her eyes. "She pretends to be sweet—says I'm cute, pretty, like an angel. But guess what? Once I overheard her calling me 'spoiled' and 'ugly.' Like that doesn't hurt!"
"She's lying!" Agatha hugged Milta tightly. "You're *so* nice and pretty! I love Milta best!"
"So… is she coming here to steal Dad?" Charles narrowed his eyes.
"Of course she is! That's why she keeps coming back. But I don't think she stands a chance against Su菲 Teacher," Milta smirked.
"Well…" Charles scratched his head. Then he grinned. "Let's go check her out ourselves."
"Yay!" Agatha clapped. The three kids crawled out and dashed toward the palace where Belinda always stayed.

**Belinda Arrives**
"When will Sulei be here?" Belinda fanned herself impatiently, staring down the empty path.
"A guard has gone to fetch Prince Sulei. He should arrive soon," her maid replied nervously.
"Nonsense! Go find him yourself! Don't come back unless you've found him!" she snapped.
Belinda brought expensive gifts, rare treasures from Neptune, all to impress King Elroyland. He seemed pleased enough—but refused to say a word about marrying Sulei off to her. That made her furious.
She paced angrily, tearing leaves off a tree in frustration. Suddenly, a weird itching sensation on her neck made her stop.
"What the—?"
She scratched furiously, then pulled something off her skin.
"What is this—?! Ahhhhhh—!!!"
**CRASH!**
Just like that, Belinda fell face-first to the ground.
