I stayed in the tent for a week

I started walking slowly I got outside the camp now named Almswood the guards that were outside my camp helped me up and walked out of the tent

I made my way to the small shops that were buildup over time I just realized that one more month and it will be a year im going to be ready for that year I'm not going to be scared but imgoing to conquer that field it will be mine

" Sir wanna go eat there's this new place that was built about four months ago it's really good" Jake " suer I'm going hungry" we made our way it was right beside the council building I ignored it

And whent to smell of food hit me I was starving no to long ago Martin lead an expedition to the kitchen and got salt and other spices so the food tasted even better

" Hello I'm Julia I'm going to be helping you today" she was pretty I wasn't gonna lie " yeah can I get bird meat and pasta" " oh big spender I see for you or everyone" " wait what are we using to buy" " ? We are and enjoyed ourself I continued the day I went to the gov and seat down with the council Maurice " now Jake you seem to be recovering that's great we were very anxious for you" Jake " ah and I'm very thankful for that you also gave me a promotion in wish I could repay the favor" Maurice" now that you mention it we do wanna ask you a favor if we may elaborate

" we will hold a council meeting in new years we want you to vote in favor of an election"

I was surprised I thought it would be something else but this was easy

Jake " I see what you mean but I won't join you nor will I join him the vote thing I will support you on that but you will lose Martin has the people he wont lose to you"

I left going back to my tent I stayed up all night thinking what was best one person or many people ruling in a time of crisis mabey I should just govern my self and kick both out

Anyways that's just a dream I'm sure my men would put my head in a spike I continued to explored there was a man telling a story to some children they were laughing and enjoying themaelfs " hey imma go hear that story" Nate " no no let's go there's a book store didn't you wanna go see it"

Jake "yeah but it's not like I'm going to stay here all day" we walked closer and heard something very very embarrassing " and they say that the general killed the bird with one hand his manliness showed" not wanting to hear any more I left J" let's go to the book store" I heard Nate laugh

As we continued there were many tents homes for many people there were two children born not long one of the mothers died it's sad

BOOKSTORE okay im looking for military book especially from Napoleon and ancient like the art of war we spent the rest of the day here we found a book of Romans strategy. I had a good day got a great book saw a beautiful girl and now a myth after me

It was a satisfying day

Slowly I recover been a week I kept going to the pub just to see Julia

" Hey Julia how are you" Julia " been great business has been coming what about you "

" Just here to see a beautiful girl that will brighten my day up" she just giggled and blushes " alright but that happiness will cost you" Jake " hey buying food just to see you don't hurt at all" Julia " how about we go to the library tomorrow" Jake " I'm all for it"

After eating and talking I left to go for a walk my legs have been better everyday

I heard someone scream my name apparently I was being summoned to meet Martin

I went and met him and saw Cain men was a monster he was a definition of bodybuilder

" I called for you hear because you will be snent to the door two days from now you will work with my son to take control of the field that is outside and keep an eye out for the gangsters anyobjections"

" No but why put so much pressure on the army we bearly have enough to keep and eye inside why go outside now"

Cain " because we need farm land the food we have hear will go bad at one point maybe not now or in a month but it will go bad so we are planning ahead"
