It took about an hour for the army to arrive at the edge of the forest, landing into the battlefield before.

In those 1 hour the king had told his men to rest and recover lost "mana".

While some used stamina potions, and others mana potions.

The king knew that he will fight soon so he also rested,and although he did not fight he did use mental energy so he needed to refill that.

1 hour later and the demons have arrived.

With a sea of 350,000 enemies, the demons marched towards the army with more fierceness, with 4 lines, each line contain 70,000 enemies,they also seem to be more intelligence as they seem to have made a formation.

"Rank 2"the king said with a frown

"And look, they seem to be copying our style of formation"

"True, with spare demons(that have light shields) at the front, sword men behind, archers in the back and rear, and finally, mages! "

All the legion commanders and the king himself frowned harder as they knew what the mages represent in a battle.

A single mage can wipe out a team of 35 with a few attacks, that's how terrifying a mage is.

One most know that warrior class have more defence, physical damage more than any other class user, but 1 mage can wipe a team of 35 of them if they are not able to come close enough to kill him.... Dangerous.

"They have weaker bodies so all we have to do is make the archers aim at them, thier only rank 2 and our men can deal with rank 4 tier 3 with the above being impossible for them to defeat" andry concluded.

When they heard this thier furrowed eyebrows immediately relax a bit.

The archers proceed to load, take aim, pull the hamstring and wait.

By now the demons have arrived 900meters into the battle ground.

The distance between the battlefield and the entrance to monoliga forest was 2kilometers so one can try to imagine the speed at which the we're moving at.

When they crossed 670meters, the archers began to prepare thier skill attacks.

When they crossed 480meters the archers where already ready to fire.... But who would have thought that the demons will pull a dirty trick.

450meters and the archers shot.

The rainbow colored was formed again and the began to rain from the sky as the sly seem to burn freeze, melt, explode.

But like the others did not panic at all.

The shield wielder at the front row raised there shields and activated thier skill.

A giant dark shield with red edges was formed in the sky above the army.

But if the demons thout this was enough to withstand this attacks then there greatly mistaken.

Luckily for the demons, the mages got them covered.

The raised thier staffs above the ground and activated a skill.

A dark dome that was very dark that the demons inside could not be seen.

The arrows soon began dropping on top the shield and explosions could be heard.

The shield did not last more than 4seconds as it immediately turned to dust.

When the shield exploded a straight pillar of red hot energy fell on the dome formed by the mages.

The dome have cracked all over and will not last long at all.

With a sound of something breaking the dome fell apart and the pillar fell on the unfortunate demons of the first row.

By now the pillar of red hot energy has weakened greatly, so it did not have the power to do an overkill like the last time.

Suddenly the mages raised thier staffs high again and the swords demons on the second row vanished.

"What the... "

The more than 430meters separating the army and the demons was closed immediately when the mages began to chant magic.

"Space magic"the king suddenly felt a bad premonition but he did not know where it was coming from.

when the demon mages dropped thier staff a black portal opened around 60meters away from the human soldiers.

The sword demons did not pause for second and charge forward. reaching 30m the demons unsheathed thier swords.

10 meters and they slashed forward in a horizontal slash.

The slashes went forward and slammed on the shields finally shifting the tanks 1inch.

"That power.... That's not the power of a rank 2 its a rank 3"the yelled and immediately used his index finger to communicate with the army below.

Giving them a series of orders they immediately began to take action.

The demons have arrived and were attacking the shields, but the spare wielders did not allow them to do as they pleased as they stab forward while activating skills

Skills were being activated one after another on the demons.

Suddenly one of the demons bent slightly and another ran, matching his shoulder he flew into the human troops. the spare men were forced but did not expect this so they could not react in time.

But there have been some people that have been salient but they are there.

In third row, a guy with a mace saw the demon approaching and was about to pass him, so he stumped the ground and went high meeting the flying demon.

Without any hesitation he did an upward round-down swing and the mace hit the demon. the demon was sent flying, exactly we're he came from.

Hitting the demon that helped him to fly, they both fell, both taking damage, with one dying and the other being crushed but alive.... Berely

Things we're not looking good for the tanks and spare wielders as the second row of enemies have arrived and are pushing the tanks back inch by inch.

One have to take note that hey were dealing with rank 3 after them was rank 4 then the next level.

Even the soldiers, despite being golden soldiers, we're only rank one.

The tanks finally having enough activated some skills

Immediately after that thier shield vibrated and that's the magic happened.

A demon with a sword slashed in a vertically in hopes of of damaging the durability of the shield in front of him, but was not prepared for what happened next.

When his sword hit the shield the usual clang but he felt the tank pushing forward. Then he suddenly felt pain from his forehead down and he felt his vision split then it turn dark. If someone was to look at this demon right now, they will find out that he has be split in half from head to leg.

Similar scenes we're occurring in the front row.

When the tanks activated skills the pressure on them reduced greatly as they are now fighting back.

But it all changed when the archers came 300meters away from the human army.

The all stood at front with the mages behind them, they loaded there bows, took aim at the shield, and shot.

A Dark lines could be seen in the sky heading straight for the shield men.

The tanks blocked this and even managed to redirect some attacks to demons that were in front of them.

But the problem was not the archers.

The archers Despite being troublesome to deal with was not a problem, since they could not penetrate the shield and could not reach since the shield is as tall as 2 adults put together.

The problem was the mages.

Indeed moments the archers attack landed the mages shot there own attack.

Dark shards, dark spares, dark disks, dark arrows fly to the tanks.

The tanks seeing this attack activated a defence skill.

A transparent dome seem to have formed And it pushed the attacking demons were back more than 25meters by an invisible force of more than 100,000 tanks activated thesame skills.

The front was covered in dust so no one can see the inside of the dome except for the king.

at that time w when the archers of the human side fire with less power a the effect of thier skills can hurt an ally.

A rainbow colored arc this much less brighter than the first flew an landed at the reaming army of demon archers.

The archers and some magies were immediately turned to dust but not all.

The dome that the tanks erected disappeared and by the dark energy seeping out of there blades it seems like they are activating a skill.

Just when they have arrived at the front of the tanks....

A change happened

The third row that have been salient, only attacking when an enemy comes or passes the defence finally move.

They bent slightly and jumped stomping the grounds to propel them forward.

The stomps of more that 120,000 heavy men made the ground to tremble and where they stood where deep cracks.

As they crossed the tanks on the air they held the handle of thier weapons(hammer, mace), rising it and crossing it above thier heads they slammed downwards at the demons as the all activated skills

The attacks hit the ground

and with it a loud explosion that shook the battlefield occurred

all the demons that were hit by thr shockwave turned to meat paste immediately.

The ones that we're under the hammer soldiers landing zone perished before the attack even landed.

Because of this attacks that we're lunched almost at the same time, a large creator as large 250meters and 370ft high was formed.

The hammer wielders immediately stood at the front of the tanks.

And with that the third row have joined the fight.
