THE LOVE I WISHED FOR

EDISON'S POV

I was getting ready to visit Anna.

I don't know but why I am feeling very excited.

I looked myself for the last time in the mirror.

After getting ready i walk downstairs and did my breakfast.

I left for her company.

I was feeling nervous but I don't know why.

I have never felt this way.

I reached at my destination and parked my car.

I was standing in front of the company.

I took deep breath and then entered inside the company.

As I went in I asked the receptionist about Anna cabin.

I told her name and she showed me the directions.

Then I made my way ro her cabin but when I was outside her cabin I heard some noise of laughing.

I opened the door and see Anna and Jade sitting on the couch and laughing looking at the screen of phone.

Jade was holding the phone and Anna was peeking on the screen from Jade right shoulder.

Actually they were sitting very close to each other.

I was feeling uncomfortable they didn't notice me till now.

I fake coughed and now they noticed me.

They looked straight towards me.

" ohh you are here?"

Anna said.

Then Anna stood up an come towards me.

" Edison you came we were just waiting for you."

She smiled and i felt something in my stomach.

"yeah. But....what is Jade doing here?"

" ohj it's bit rude."

Jade dramatically said and i glared at him.

"you forgot i asked him to come."

Said Anna.

" ohh btw what were you laughing at?"

"oh we were looking at some videos."

Jade said.

"okay now you have arrived so let me give you a tour of my company."

" okay."

I said and Jade immediately stood up from the couch and stood next to Anna.

" okay let's go."

" wait where are you going?"

I asked Jade.

" I also want to see the company."

Jade said. I don't know but why I am feeling angry right now.

Why is it so frustrating?

"okay now let's go."

Anna said.

" But let me make a call."

" Go ahead."

" Hello jinie."

Anna said on the phone.

While she was busy on phone I kicked jade's leg.

" ouch..dude what was that for?"

"Why are you here?"

" what do you mean? Didn't Anna just told you."

" uhh..nevermind."

" well don't tell me you are jealous."

He said making a teasing face.

I looked at him being a little flustered.

" w_what are you saying? I am not. Why would I be?"

" Really then there is no problem with me being here."

He said with a smirk on his face.

This idiot.

Why He always have to make me mad.

" you..."

suddenly Anna came back and I stopped.

I will show him later.

" well let's go."

" yeah."

Jade said and I nodded.

Then we exist the cabin and start looking around in the building.

Her company is as big as mine.

She is also very successful.

I like girls like her who are independent.

When they don't need anyone to be rely on.

She is really a strong woman.

Anna was telling us about her company then I noticed jade was staring at her continuosly.

I shook him so that he can come back to his senses today Jade is giving different vibes.

There is something wrong with him.

Or maybe he....no. It can't be.

ANNA'S POV

We were looking around in the company.

Well I was telling them about our company.

" I am tired now. Let's first eat something."

He whined like a kid and he made a pout.

I giggled and pinched his cheek.

" cute"

Jade blushed slightly both were busy with each other completely forgetting the existence of Edison behind.

Suddenly Edison coughed and we both look towards him he had a poker face looking like he is very annoyed.

Well he always have a poker face on.

But I know no matter how rude he looks but he is very kind person.

"okk let's eat something first."

I said.

" yeah let's go."

Jade clapped and smile brightly.

His smile can really make your day.

Now we are sitting in the canteen and eating our order.

I was eating then suddenly Jade interrupted and said.

"oh_Anna there is something on your face."

He said pointing on the corner of my lips.

" ohh is that it?"

" Wait I will clean it for you."

Jade grabbed a napkin and his hand was coming closer to my face but suddenly a hand gripped his wrist stopping him.

He stopped and i looked at the owner of the hand and i saw Edison glaring at me and Jade.

He had a angry face.

I don't know why.

But other then serious expression this is another expression he makes.

" Edison what happened?"

Jade asked looking at Edison's hand grabbing his arm.

"umm she can do it by herself."

He said to Jade and took his hand back and glared at Edison.

What's wrong with both of them.

Then I grabbed the napkin and clean my mouth.

Well it's quite embarrassing.

We had our lunch and exited the canteen and continue roaming around in the company.

Let me remind you the company is hella big.

Well i like it when I talk about the company cause I love my company and work.

I didn't when the time passed by.

Now Edison and Jade are leaving and i am here standing to goodbye them in the front of company.

" so okay Jade and Edison. It was nice spending time with you."

" same here now we should take our leave."

Edison said.

" I want to spend more time with you next time."

Jade said making cute face.

I smiled and nodded.

" okay then next time. Let's meet again."

" okay."

" okay okay now we should leave."

Edison announced.

He said being annoyed.

I don't know what why today Edison was being little rude.

Not like that but it was like he was annoyed about something.

Did I do something to upset him.

Then jade ran towards me and caged me in a very tight hug.

I was shocked but after few seconds i hugged him back.

He is really nice person.

He became a good friend Just in a little time.

"bye i will Miss you."

He said still holding me in his embrace. I laughed.

" well I will miss you too."

" leave her jade you are going to chock her at this rate."

Jade left me and stand straight.

"ohh chim it is nice being around you."

"chim??"

Edison asked.

" yeah chim I gave him a nickname he is cute so that's why. It's suits him."

Jade blushed and he looked very cute.

I looked at Edison and he was quite but his expression were saying otherwise.

" okay Anna we will taking our leave. See you next time."

" bye and drive safely."

They entered in their car and left.

Soon their car disappeared from my sight.

I sighed and smiled.

It's good to meet new people in my life.

I made new friends.

Both of them are good.

Then i got a notification on my phone

I looked at the message that just popped up it was a unknown number.

I raised my eyebrow.

I think I have an idea who is it.

But still I opened the message.
