THE LOVE I WISHED FOR

I was getting ready for the dinner.

I was thinking that whom we are going to meet.

I was wearing a black dress longer than knee length.

With white heels and some light makeup.

Than suddenly my phone rang. I see the caller id which says dad.

I picked up the call and dad spoke first.

"hello anna"

" yes dad"

"are you ready?"

"yes i am"

"okay than come to xxx restaurant in half-an-hour okay"

"okay bye."

I hung up the call and than pick up my purse and stuffs.

Than my phone again ranged.

It was an unknown number.

I picked up the call and the person who spoke shocked and kinda angered me.

"Hello!! Anna"

"jack!!!?"

" yes. Anna i want to talk to you but since you blocked me. I called you with another number."

"what you want to talk about? It's all over."

"no babe. It's not over yet. Atleast for me."

"I don't want to talk to you."

" Anna please listen to me once."

He was crying.

It melt my heart somewhere deep down still love him.

It's not easy to just forget someone so easily.

The person whom you loved so dearly.

I was also going to cry but I suppressed my tears.

"what is it?"

I said with my cold tone not wanting him to know what I am feeling.

" I can't on the phone. Please can I meet you."

" what? I can't meet you and I don't want to meet you."

" Please...I beg you just once. Meet me I promise I won't take much time."

" I...fine."

" Thankyou so much...I can come to you now."

" No not now I can't meet you rn. I have some important work."

"okay then tommorow 12 pm at xxx place...please."

" okay but don't expect much If I don't feel like it I won't come."

" okay "

" Now don't call me again."

"okay bye and baby i love you."

I didn't replied and just hung up the call.

I sighed what to do I still love him.

But one thing is sure that i am not going to forgive him.

I will erase all my feelings for him.

Without my knowing a tear escaped from my eyes.

I immediately wiped it before it can fall down.

No no Anna don't cry now you are gonna ruin your makeup.

I took deep breath and walked out of ny house.

Then I walked to my car and drove to the restaurant my father mentioned.

It took Me around 20 minutes to reach there.

I parked my car and entered inside the restaurant.

Anna entered in the restaurant.

She asked one of the waiter and he took her to the VIP table.

She spotted her father and walked to him.

Than she sat down on the table across his father.

" we are waiting for someone. When they will come i will tell you the reason about we came here."

Anna just nodded and stayed silent.

She was still thinking about jack.

After some time two men came toward them.

One was the same as her father and other one was young.

Then the old man waved at her father and walked toward them with the young man following behind him.

Than her father stood up from his seat and hugged the old man and then hugged the young man.

Than the old man looked towards Anna and said.

" you must be Anna."

Said while pointing at Anna.

"umm yes."

She was a little confused.

She don't know who this man is.

"I am harison william."

He said and hugged Anna.

Anaa hugged him back though she was still confused.

"I am Anna Smith. It's nice meeting you."

" She is really a adorable girl."

He said to Anna's dad.

Anna's dad smiled proudly at her daughter.

"He is my son Edison william."

He said pointing at his son.

' he is very handsome' Anna thought

He was a tall and handsome young man.

Both looked at each other's eyes.

" Hello nice to meet you."

She said pulling her hand for a shake.

" hello nice to meet you too."

He said and pull his hand for handshake.

Both were looking in each other eyes.

" let's seat and talk."

Anna's dad said.

Then they sat down on their seats.

Edison was sitting at the front seat to Anna.

He was staring at her continuosly.

'she is beautiful' Edison thought

There was silence until harison broke it.

"As your father told you that we are meeting here for a very important reason."

Anna nodded.

She don't know the reason but she know that it's something important.

" So Mr Smith please tell her."

He said to Mr Smith.

"Anna please... Dont freak out okay."

Anna thought for a second.

" Just say it dad."

"umm we are here for the discussion about your and Edison's marriage."

"Oka....wait..what!!?"

Anna shouted grabbing the attention of all people around the place and stood up.

" Annaplease sit down and let's talk about it."

Anna sat down and taehyung had no expression at all on his face.

He was so calm.

" Ann listen..it's for all your good and for the company.

As you know when you were at your business trip. It was difficult for me to handle the company alone. So i thought of marrying you. So you don't have to work that much. As after your marriage Edison will also help you."

" Dad i can handle it. I don't need anyones help...plus I don't want to marry."

" I know you can but you also need a life partner to live your life."

" But-"

" you are already in the age to get married."

" Dad i don't want to marry right now and beside I don't even know Edison and he Also didn't said yes."

"who said? He is ready for the marriage."

Harison said and Anna looked at him in shock.

" He knows about it and we don't want your reply right now. We can wait and you can take your time."

"yes dear you can take your time."

" um...I will think about it."

" We will wait for your decision. "

This whole time Edison was sitting in silence with no expression.

Anna felt weird but just shrugged the thought away.

Then they all talked about each other's family.

Mostly both the fathers were Talking on the other side their child were silent.

Anna was thinking about all the possible decisions.

She was thinking about what's going on in her life.

First her breakup with jack and now that marriage proposal.

She sighed and couldn't even eat properly.

After some time when they were ready to leave.

" we will look forward to your answer Anna "

Harison said and Anna nodded.

What else she can do.

Then Harison and Edison left in their car.

Anna sighed and looked at his father.

" I know it was shock for you but do think about it. It's for your own good. I know you will happy."

" I will think about it."

" okay that's like my daughter."

He said and hugged her.

She hugged him back and after sometime his father Also left in his car.

Anna sighed looking up at the sky.

The moon was covered in the clouds.

" I don't even know where my life is going right now."
