After Kathrine got dressed, she re-emerged into her living room as I said.. "Ok then Valerica, everything looks tip top and better than ever. Valerica?" Saying her name the second time caused the woman to open her eyes confused.

"Huh?" She muttered as she looked around, she then spotted Kathrine. "Oh Kitten, hello, You look nice. Why did you wear such a dress to work?" Kathrine shook her head at her mother and replied.

Valerica looked on at the scene in the living room from the kitchen as a tear rolled down her face. She didn't look away, she refused. Seeing her daughter with such an expression on her face made her feel mixed feelings.

She was upset because it was clear to her now how unhappy her child had been for so long, but on the silver lining, To see her as she was now, in the arms of her amazing Son, giving her the truest form of love, Valerica was proud of them both, especially Apollo...

The thought itself soured her mood a little so she simply got back to watching her babies for a little while longer, their love feeding her old, yet still in its prime, heart with the sweetness of it.

Valerica didn't linger for too long. If her kitten saw her spying, there would be shit storm incoming. Apollo had already noticed her and gave her a simple wink before returning to the moment.
