After hugging Valerica, almost losing my spine in the process, I pulled away from her and watched as she put on some underwear. "So, Valerica, how is the training going? Kat told me the other day that you have done nothing except that since I gave you the technique."

Valerica smiled as she put on a sports bra. "Well, of course I have been. It is amazing dear, but don't you be worrying about me, I would be training anyway even if I didn't have the amazing gift you gave to me."

The two of us then walked over to the nearby couch, which I proceeded to sit down on, Valerica followed suit, but sat right up against me, her head leaning against my shoulder. I could see the smile on her face and the blatant love she had for me was overwhelming.

Eventually, after a few minutes of silence as we basked in each other's presence, Valerica tilted her head so she could see my face and asked me. "So, what's on your agenda today Apollo? What made you come here? We usually come to you."

I smiled at Valerica at a joke inside of my head, but decided not to say it and respond normally. "I am here to take Kathrine out on a date, it was a surprise, so she is taking an hour to delegate tasks."

Valerica smiled and nodded her head agreeable to what I just said. "Good. I am glad the two of you are going to go on a date, while your relationship is steady and the amount of sex the two of you have is ludicrous, dates are important, they keep the spark alive. Kathrine's dad and I used to go on dates at least once a month, even though we were always super busy at the time. It is just a good way to tune out all the shit in our lives and just be there for one another."

He was in a great deal of pain almost the entire time Kitten was alive and it was like he was waiting till she went off to the military to pass away."

A tear then fell down Valerica's cheek that she quickly rubbed away. "But it was over twenty years ago now dear, I have moved on." Valerica then nestled against my shoulder and hugged my body tightly. I basked in the comforting silence for a while before Valerica spoke up again. "Sorry for the other day by the way."

"Huh? What other day?" I asked curiously. Valerica paused for a moment, seemingly unsure of what to say, before speaking up once more. "The other day when you came to check on me and I kissed you. She got lost in her work temporarily, forgetting to do the delegating for a bit. In the end, she just offloaded everything to Candice and she could do the delegation.

Kathrine then arrived at her front door and opened it, as she did so, she was immediately greeted to a cacophony of moans. "No... It can't be... Apollo promised I would be the one to set everything up!"

Kathrine knew her mommy liked Apollo, perhaps a little too much. But that was also a good thing as the sooner she knew her mother was safe inside Apollo's Mindspace like she was, the sooner she could start working on Rhea.

Kathrine's smile broke and then looked at her mother who was in so much bliss, she doubted Valerica even registered she was here.

"I will do just that then." She said to herself, initiating a challenge to her mother that no one else would know about.
