Chapter 319: Surrender! Earth's Situation is Stabilized! Bringing the Autobots to Heel!

Hiss—!

A sharp, ear-piercing metallic screech rang out as Megatronus's spear scraped across the chestplate of the Gipsy danger. David barely dodged in time, avoiding a direct hit from the spear's tip.

Yet, even so, the chest coating of the Gipsy danger was marked with a clear white scratch, much to David's displeasure.

He knew Megatronus's target was him, the pilot, but what the Decepticon leader didn't expect was that the cockpit of the Gipsy was located in its head.

"It's my turn now!"

David commanded the Gipsy danger to lunge forward, unleashing a swift punch from the mech's massive arm. As the fist swung, the anti-matter engine in the elbow roared to life, emitting a blinding flare of light.

Megatronus had anticipated a block, but the Gipsy's punch accelerated unexpectedly, barreling straight toward Megatronud's face.

This "fast-slow strike" method caught Megatronus completely off guard.

With a massive boom, the punch landed on Megatronus's face with overwhelming force, causing the Decepticon to lose his bearings. Parts flew from his head, and he tumbled from the pyramid, even dropping his spear into the tip of the tower.

Watching Megatronus's pitiful fall, David cracked his wrist, feeling an unexplainable sense of satisfaction.

"It's nothing special. The game's over now. Time for me to take you into custody."

Before officially embarking on this mission, David had reviewed the basic information on the Transformers universe and had a clear understanding of Megatronus's origins and capabilities.

To be precise, Megatronus's role was more akin to that of a "wizard," relying on flashy, skill-based bursts of power.

However, when his energy reserves were depleted and he couldn't find enough power, he had to temporarily switch to a close-combat fighter role.

Even in this form, Megatronus's combat skills were still formidable. He could easily defeat Cybertronians without a problem.

But against top-tier mechs like David's, Megatronus didn't quite measure up. He was immediately humbled the moment they clashed.

At this moment, David pushed the Gipsy danger toward Megatronus, attempting to land a powerful kick that would send the Decepticon flying. A few more punches, and Megatronus would likely surrender.

Bang—!

The Gipsy danger slammed its foot down, only for it to miss entirely as Megatronus suddenly vanished from his position in a flash.

As one of the most skilled disciples of the Primus, Megatronus couldn't transform, but skills like short-range teleportation were second nature to him.

Low energy cost, short cooldown.

Though he couldn't continuously use the teleportation skill, at this crucial moment, it was Megatronus's only hope of turning the tide.

As David was still in mid-air from his missed kick, Megatronus appeared behind him, seizing the opportunity to strike.

Ambush—!

Megatronus's fist swung toward the Gipsy danger's head, but before his punch could land, the Gipsy's AI system had already detected the threat from behind.

In the blink of an eye, the Gipsy danger's knee joint rotated, and with the propulsion of the anti-matter engine, its leg kicked out at Megatronus.

The surprise kick sent Megatronus off balance, causing his punch to miss entirely.

Before Megatronus could recover, David swiftly turned around and delivered a crushing elbow strike, boosted by the mech's thrusters, hitting Megatronus in the head and disorienting him.

Following the principle of "take advantage of weakness," David unleashed a full-power assault, driving the Gipsy danger to continuously hammer Megatronus with iron fists.

The barrage of punches echoed through the area, and Megatronus, who was on the defensive and unable to dodge, was helpless against the relentless onslaught.

Even when Megatronus used his teleportation ability, David was able to catch up with him and continue the beating. The teleportation skill couldn't be used endlessly.

Before long, Megatronus's metallic parts began to fall off in greater numbers. Seeing his body disintegrating, Megatronus couldn't hold back his panic and fury.

He was terrified because he couldn't believe that a mass-produced human mech could overwhelm him so easily.

Even the strongest Decepticons like Megatron would have seemed like novices in Megatronus's eyes, and when it came to hand-to-hand combat, none of the Autobots could stand a chance against him.

He thought of himself as an undefeated force with both magical and martial skills, but now, he was being completely humiliated by a crude human machine.

What frustrated him further was that he had full energy reserves and could easily defeat such a "toy" in an instant, yet he couldn't restore his strength, leaving him feeling completely helpless.

"You damned thieves, you stole the technology from the Allspark and built such a subpar machine to oppose me!"

Even as he was battered by the Gipsy danger, Megatronus still managed to sneer defiantly.

But one thing confused him deeply.

The Allspark had been guarded by the Cybertronians for so long, studied for years, and they hadn't gained any technological breakthroughs. How had humanity suddenly made a quantum leap in technology?

David, after hearing Megatron's words, delivered another punch, sending Megatronus crashing to the ground, before responding coldly.

"We've already introduced ourselves. We are the LA Universal Megacorp, a super-civilization from another universe."

With that, David stopped talking, focusing on finishing the job. He let the Gipsy danger's iron fists rain down for another two minutes, until Megatronus's facial sensors were completely destroyed.

A few minutes later, as Megatronus's parts fell apart entirely, David finally stopped.

By this point, Megatronus was reduced to a pitiful sight. His metallic body was nearly dismantled, with exposed wires and metallic bones clearly visible.

The once mighty Megatronus now resembled a frail old man, stripped of all his grandeur.

In order to avoid further attacks from the Gipsy danger, Megatronus's energy reserves had been drained, and he could no longer use his teleportation ability.

Now, his only hope for survival lay in his internal energy core. As a creation of Primus, he wouldn't die so easily, unlike Megatron, who had collapsed after just a few hits.

Looking at the once-feared metal monster, Megatronus was in disbelief. A mass-produced mech was this terrifying.

If humanity could build more, or even thousands of these mechs, could they not easily conquer Cybertron?

A chill ran down his spine as he realized the vast disparity between a single Decepticon and the sheer scale of a mechanized army.

"No more. I surrender. Stop hitting me."

Megatronus gasped, using the moment to collect the scattered parts from the ground and reassemble himself.

Although Megatronus was a prideful villain, he was used to being on the winning side. He was a supreme being, second only to Primus and the Unicron, and he could easily defeat other Transformers.

But now, he was facing an enemy who could potentially kill him.

He wanted to stay alive and figure out what the Universal Megacorp was all about. For now, he had no choice but to surrender.

"Good. You made the right choice. But I hope you're truly submitting. Otherwise, you'll learn the fate of those who betray the Universal Megacorp," David warned as he stopped his assault, making it clear that any form of betrayal would lead to a deadly end.

Megatronus didn't respond to the warning, instead using the opportunity to rest for a moment, keeping his eyes darting around for any chance to escape.

He had considered whether he could launch a surprise attack and flee.

But as he scanned his surroundings, Megatronus saw a fleet of giant mechs that resembled the Gipsy danger.

They were similar in size and design, but each had its own unique features and weaponry.

Seeing this, Megatronus's resolve shattered. If one Gipsy danger could beat him so badly, what would happen if all these mechs attacked at once? His ancient body would have been destroyed long ago!

Meanwhile, within the communications channel of the Universal Megacorp's jaeger mechs, the pilots began to discuss.

"This old guy's vitality is incredible. He's nowhere near as fragile as Megatron," Tang Weilong chuckled.

"This guy's rank on Cybertron is no small matter. What we're seeing now is just a weakened version. When he's fully restored, he'll be trouble."

"Let's just contain him for now. We'll have plenty of opportunities to use him in the future!"

"..."

After speaking, under David's command, the Jaeger Mechs advanced, quickly capturing Megatronus and preparing to escort him to the headquarters of the Universal Megacorp's frontlines.

On the other side, the severely injured Optimus Prime was receiving assistance from the Universal Megacorp.

Although Sam used the leadership module to revive Optimus Prime, after Megatronus took the leadership module, Optimus Prime, now lacking a power source, became weak again.

Without a continuous energy supply, Optimus Prime would slowly succumb to death, like a candle flickering in the wind.

In the original plot, at this moment, Jetfire would step forward, sacrificing his own life to revive the dying Optimus Prime.

He would give his energy core to Optimus Prime, using his old bones to assemble a powerful suit of armor for Optimus Prime, allowing him to briefly enter a powerful armored mode.

Thanks to Jetfire's help, Optimus Prime was able to defeat Megatronus and save humanity's civilization.

However, now, with the Universal Megacorp's intervention, Jetfire's life as an old Transformer was allowed to continue.

The weakened Optimus Prime was quickly treated by the Universal Megacorp, and with the help of a makeshift energy core created by the research department, Optimus Prime's life was temporarily sustained.

Afterward, the Universal Megacorp would create a new energy core for transplant into Optimus Prime's body.

"I really appreciate your help."

Sitting on the ground, Optimus Prime felt the energy core begin to power him, a continuous surge of vitality flooding into his body.

"I'm very curious—who exactly are you? There's no such thing as a Universal Megacorp on Earth."

Optimus Prime looked at the Jaeger Mechs flying in the air, as well as the various assault boats, fighters, and the battleship.

The more he observed the Universal Megacorp, the more curious he became.

Like many Decepticon members, Optimus Prime had conducted thorough research on human civilization upon arriving on Earth.

He knew that human technology was relatively low by comparison, or else the American government wouldn't be trying so hard to obtain Cybertronian technology from them.

But from the technological power displayed by the Universal Megacorp, it seemed that human technology might be more advanced than the Autobots themselves.

Otherwise, how could their regular mechs so effortlessly overwhelm Megatronus , who was the supreme elder of Cybertron?

In terms of hand-to-hand combat, no one in the Autobots or Decepticons would be able to match Megatronus .

Yet after watching the entire battle, Optimus Prime could clearly tell that Megatronus stood no chance against the Gipsy danger.

Megatronus didn't even manage to unleash his ultimate move!

Looking at the makeshift energy core on his chest, Optimus Prime could see that the Universal Megacorp had been able to provide a life-saving energy device in such a short time, which proved the depth of their technological expertise.

The powerful Jaeger Mechs, the replicated energy core, and the battleship escorting Megatronus —all these technological products showed that the Universal Megacorp's power far exceeded that of the Cybertronians.

This was completely out of line with Optimus Prime's understanding of human civilization—he had never seen any human force with such advanced technology.

While Optimus Prime was beginning to suspect that perhaps the American government had concealed the truth from him and the Autobots, making them act so arrogantly, David Martinez, emerging from the cockpit of the Gipsy danger, arrived before Optimus Prime, followed by a group of Universal Megacorp's advance team members.

"Everyone, we are employees of the Universal Megacorp. As you can see, we are humans, but we come from another parallel universe!"

David looked up at Optimus Prime, his presence calm and confident. After introducing himself, David quickly explained the mission and goals of the Universal Megacorp.

Upon hearing David's words, the Autobots and Sam, who were initially confused, became stunned and incredulous.

A super-civilization spanning multiple universes had come to Earth and aimed to unify the "Transformers" universe!

Before the Autobots could respond, David seized the opportunity to issue an invitation to Optimus Prime:

"Thank you, Autobots, for your contributions to humanity on Earth. If you don't mind, we would like to invite you to our headquarters in the Ideal City of the main universe of the Universal Megacorp."

"There, you can have a conversation with the CEO of the Universal Megacorp regarding the future and strategic cooperation between humans and Cybertronian species."

After that, David added:

"By the way, just recently, your enemies Megatron and Starscream were captured by our forces. They have shown a strong willingness to cooperate."

"So, I hope you will carefully consider this cooperation opportunity."

David deliberately mentioned the Decepticons' surrender to the Universal Megacorp in order to create a sense of crisis in Optimus Prime, hoping to force him to submit to the Universal Megacorp more quickly.

After all, the Autobots and Decepticons had always been bitter enemies. If the Decepticons were to suddenly receive the support of the Universal Megacorp, the Autobots would be facing endless slaughter!

Thinking about fleets of Jaeger Mechs that could easily crush Megatronus , assisting the Decepticons in slaughtering the Autobots, Optimus Prime felt a chill down his spine.

Having fought the Decepticons for most of his life, Optimus Prime knew exactly what kind of foes Megatron, Starscream, and the others were.

A force capable of making these maniacs surrender would undoubtedly possess terrifying power!

At that moment, Optimus Prime turned his gaze toward the nearby Universal Megacorp battleship and various flying vehicles. He had already come to a decision.

No matter what, the Autobots should quickly form an alliance with the Universal Megacorp. Even if they couldn't form an alliance, they certainly couldn't become enemies!

As long as the Universal Megacorp did not engage in harmful actions against other civilizations in the universe, the Autobots would not be opposed to joining forces with them.

"I will seriously consider this matter!"

Optimus Prime did not rush to accept David's invitation immediately. He still needed more time and effort to further investigate the Universal Megacorp's various details.

In response to Optimus Prime's vague reply, David didn't get angry but merely nodded, allowing him the time to think.

For the Universal Megacorp, Earth's situation had mostly been brought under control, and now their focus was on dealing with the Creator Civilization.

However, before that, the Corporation still needed to unite all the forces on Earth to reduce their logistical burdens.

"By the way, what are you planning to do with Megatronus ? He's an extremely dangerous figure, and the Star Harvesters deployed in the solar system have not yet been dismantled."

"There is still a threat here!"

Optimus Prime remained concerned about the safety of Earth and human civilization. Although the Universal Megacorp had obtained the leadership module, the Star Harvesters had not disappeared.

As long as this terrifying large-scale weapon still existed, there was a risk that Megatronus might suddenly escape, steal the leadership module, and return for revenge.

"What do you plan to do with him?" Optimus Prime asked.

Although Megatronus was one of the ancient ancestors of the Cybertronians, the Autobots had a deep grudge against him.

After all, the six original supreme beings had all died because of Megatronus . Now, he had built Star Harvesters in the solar system, intending to destroy human civilization.

Before all this, no one knew how many similar devices Megatronus had created, exterminating countless life forms across multiple star systems!

Just because of Megatronus 's whims, billions of lives had been lost, and for such an evil villain, even execution would be too merciful.

David, however, answered nonchalantly, "Don't worry. Megatronus has already surrendered to the Universal Megacorp. He will soon be escorted back for trial."

"At that time, we will use him as an experimental tool to atone for the crimes he has committed."

"Additionally, we will strictly control his energy intake, keeping him in a weakened state and under constant surveillance."

David didn't mention what kind of punishment Megatronus would face, only stating that he would be closely monitored.

Unlike the Autobots, who were fixated on exterminating evil, the Universal Megacorp didn't care much about who was good or evil in the first place.

Their primary concern was whether someone had value for the Corporation.

For example, with a villain like Megatronus , although David knew he had done many terrible things and was ruthless in his actions, his power was far beyond the norm.

It could be said that Megatronus was the only being in the Transformers universe who was close to the Primordial Supreme Being in strength!

In terms of status, Megatronus was the leader of the 13 Apostles, having participated in ancient battles and conversed casually with the two Creator Gods, the Primordial Supreme Primus and the Cosmic Emperor Unicron.

From his personal ability, Megatronus was a terrifying existence capable of single-handedly annihilating entire star systems.

With such a villain, if utilized properly, the Universal Megacorp could accelerate its conquest of the universe.

Of course, Megatronus was still dangerous for now, so the Corporation's measures were mainly focused on containment.

Unless the Universal Megacorp could completely control Megatronus through the Headquarters Matrix and establish deep cooperation with him, they would not fully unleash his power.

At that point, they could allow Megatronus to reach his peak strength, release his full abilities, and assign him a new job.
