Was it just luck?

" hey hey, shyam. Do you want to go shopping with me for a new pair of shoes this weekend?"

When shyam was preparing to go back home from school raitha came out of nowhere and asked a question as her nature suggests.

Shyam had no problems with that idea because he too had to buy a new game on the market so he accepted the offer without hesitation.

Days passed and weekend came the night before thier mabye date? Or just a casual walk to the store ? Well who knows.

Raitha was having problems with choosing which dress to were and we all know it's a problem of almost every girl out there,

Suddenly woaliam came in her room without even knocking the door, typical Asian dad's thing,

Just when he up after coming into the room ,

He noticed a mountain of dresses and it did not took him long to understand what was going on, he reads a ton of romaces books after all.

" So, you are going on a date with shyam ? "

Hearing that raitha blushed, her face had that embarrassed happiness emotion, she would just look here and there hoping she can skip this topic but woaliam was looking straight into her eyes as if he wouldn't move an inch before getting his answer.

Seeing no way out of this she finally gave up, she said.

" Yes, but I told him I wanted to buy new pair of shoes even though I have many, i mean, how could I ask someone to go on a date with me when we are friends for only a month or two. "

After saying all that she sat on the bed covered her face with her hands and started fake crying, as if she is trying to proof how ashamed she is by that decision,

Seeing her act like a little child her father smiled a little then he said.

" You are just like me, when I fell for your mother I did not know what to do but when our days of college graduation came closer and closer i realised if I don't tell her now then I can't tell her ever.

So don't stress out too much, just wear what you had on when you went to see his favourite place to relax ."

After giving that long speach he started laughing and going out of the room as if he was a god and raitha was his follower who was seeking a way out.

" That old man!, but should I wear that ? Hm i wander if he likes black or white hmm "

It took her all night to deside what to wear but at the end she just wore the outfit she had on when they were visiting the forest.

While here In shyam's side he didn't notice seem to have any kind of tension on his face, (we man are just a simple creature)

Finally it's the day of their meeting, the day when they were supposed to meet.
