The Bizarre Wizarding World

Chapter 477: The White Ship

Time flies, and in the blink of an eye, Colin and the three others have already been racing day and night for two days.

The sea domain is vast; although humans are rulers of the Yanan World, many areas of the boundless sea remain uninhabited.

A deserted island with jagged gray-brown rocks.

Under the glow of the Concealing Orb, Colin and the four quietly landed, stepping onto a solid rocky beach.

Two days have passed, Colin's expression remains unchanged, except for a hint of crimson gold brewing deep within his pale blue eyes, but the aura he emanates is distinctly different, vast and deep like the sea.

Even Mill, whose injuries as a fellow Fourth Rank have mostly recovered, standing beside him, appeared somewhat dim.

This feeling doesn't stem from physical differences but is more like a disparity in the tier of life.

Yet at this moment, whether it's Colin or Mill, or even Kanilunka and Benita beside them, their faces were cast with a shadow.

The four wizards landed without speaking, only the constant sound of waves hitting the shore was heard, creating a stark quietness.

Colin stood aside, silently gazing far off at the sea domain.

Mill sat cross-legged, holding a Magic Stone, restoring his magic power.

As for Kanilunka and Benita, they stood silently by, exchanging glances, lost in their thoughts.

"Let's go, I'm fully restored now."

After a while, Mill stood up and spoke.

This was actually their only rest in the past two days.

On one hand, Mill had to carry Benita as they flew, and on the other, he constantly activated the Concealing Orb, making it very limiting to sustain up to now.

As for not sleeping nor eating for two days, it didn't significantly affect these four wizards who were at least Second Rank.

"Next, let me carry them in flight, Mill, please focus on activating the Concealing Orb." Colin turned around and contemplated for a moment before saying.

"Alright." Mill did not hesitate and nodded.

The four did not delay further, ready to continue their journey.

"Master Colin, Master Mill." Kanilunka and Benita suddenly spoke out.

"It's been two days, but we've only covered one-fifth of the distance."

Kanilunka's voice was somewhat hoarse: "At this rate, we might not be able to reach the World Barrier at the Extreme North within a week, right?"

Colin and Mill fell silent.

Indeed, the Siya Continent is vast and they could only go around in arcs farther from the Solid Wall of gold.

Therefore, even at the speed of a Fourth Rank Wizard, successfully arriving at the location of the World Barrier at the Extreme North within a week was a difficult task.

Kanilunka was silent for a moment, glanced at Benita, and the two together said:

"Master Colin, Master Mill, you need not worry about us, we were meant to die on Lanshengxi Island, living two extra days is already fortunate."

"Without us dragging you down, with your extraordinary abilities, perhaps there would still be a chance."

Mill opened his mouth as if wanting to say something.

But in the end, he remained silent.

Kanilunka's reasoning was sound; abandoning the two Second Rank Wizards, she and Colin could proceed alone and accelerate.

Yet even so, whether they could succeed and reach the World Barrier at the Extreme North within the remaining five days was still unknown.

The world's will seemed to have pointed in a clear direction, yet still remained dim.

'I wonder why it is this way, did the world's will miscalculate?' Colin felt perplexed and somewhat frustrated.

The sea waves crashed against the black reefs, breaking into foam and making a constant splash.

He turned to look at the resolute-faced Kanilunka and Benita, his emotions inevitably complex.

Whether it was Colin and Mill, or Kanilunka and Benita, they had all realized their current situation—

Kanilunka and Benita had become burdens.

But recognizing was easy, making a decision was much harder.

Whether they decided to abandon Kanilunka and Benita,

or as now, Kanilunka and Benita themselves voluntarily chose to make a sacrifice…

The waves continued to surge.

Mill and Colin exchanged a glance, seeing hesitance in each other's eyes.

"Don't worry, we don't intend to use it to gain your sympathy," Kanilunka continued softly, showing sincerity.

Benita nodded seriously beside him.

"You two are the future hope of the Wizard Clan, unlike us."

But the more Kanilunka and Benita insisted, the more hesitant Colin and Mill became.

They were, after all, wizards who still maintained a baseline of humanity.

Kanilunka and Benita's sacrifice and Colin and Mill's hesitation were not foolish, but rather reflected the brightest part of humanity.

Only the current situation no longer allowed them to hesitate too much.

Colin's gaze dimmed slightly, he paused and looked at Kanilunka and Benita, saying:

"Someday, wizards will completely defeat the Divine and reclaim the entire Yanan World."

He agreed to Kanilunka and Benita's proposal.

That was indeed the most optimal choice for now.

Mill pursed his lips and sighed: "When I was in the sky just now, I saw there's an island full of greenery to the south, it seemed uninhabited.

If it goes smoothly, on that island, as long as it's not discovered by the Divine, at least you could survive…"

"I understand Master's intent, but it's unnecessary." Kanilunka sighed, "If found by the Divine, I cannot assure that I wouldn't reveal your whereabouts."

Benita also nodded, looking at the waves beside: "Rather than die, we prefer not to become traitors of the Wizard Clan."

The four fell into silence.

But at that moment, Colin suddenly raised his head, looking at the sea in the distance, slightly stunned.

A uniquely shaped white vessel was floating swiftly on the blue sea!

"What's the matter?" Mill asked confusedly, following Colin's gaze to the vast sea.

"Can't you see it?" Colin murmured in astonishment.

"See what?"

"A floating white ship, about twenty nautical miles ahead… It looks like it's a wizard's creation from the exterior!"

"A ship suspected to be a wizard's creation?"

The sudden event shattered the heavy atmosphere.

Colin and Mill exchanged glances and decided to bring Kanilunka and Benita along to investigate.

After all, the ship's current location roughly coincides with their intended path. Even if nothing comes of it, no time will be wasted!

Whoosh!

To be cautious, Colin moved ahead alone, ready to face any danger.

Mill activated the Concealing Orb, keeping Benita in the rear, on standby to provide support.

Of course, Colin leading the way was also to guide the direction, as he was the only one among the four who could see that ship, for reasons unknown.

Leaving the deserted island, the four flew swiftly towards the suspicious vessel.

As the distance closed in, Colin's view of the white ship grew clearer.

He described the characteristics of the white ship to Mill as they flew.

Gradually, Mill's expression turned increasingly peculiar.

Finally, he uttered a term that was somewhat unfamiliar yet familiar to Colin:

"Nolan Continent..."

"The features of that ship resemble products crafted by those wizards from the Nolan Continent!"
