Chapter 89: Grudges (89)
Sora yawned a bit... he felt no shame for what he did.
He gazed at the sleeping Rukia. She looked peaceful in her bunny-themed pajamas. After binge-watching an entire show, she had kind of just dozed off.
Sora yawned again. She looked rather cute sleeping like that, all adorable and relaxed.
She seemed quite happy. Sora was glad—it felt nice helping other people.
Speaking of which, she had not stacked donuts on it yet, nor had she done the split on it.
Was Sora's precious self really not taking his chances?
The answer to that question was simple.
Sora just liked spending time with her. Sure, he could do that after banging too, but that would be like aftercare, and that stuff required a lot of sweets or things she liked.
Currently, he did not have those things. The oversized plushie could work... though once again, he wouldn't trust the walls of his room to contain the sounds she would make.
He could see it now.
The sound of banging and bed squeaking echoing quite loudly throughout the house—yeah, no, he was not doing that.
And putting up a Reishi barrier wouldn't help either. Even if it trapped sound, whenever it was up, anyone would know what was happening inside, and Sora kind of liked his privacy.
He didn't want people to know if he was screwing his girlfriend or not, and that was why, if they ever did it, it would probably be in a hotel. A love hotel could work.
Using his eye ability, he looked into the future. Granted, he couldn't see that far, but he could still see some things.
Rukia would get home safe.
That was good.
Walking closer to her sleeping body, he leaned in toward her face.
Leaving a light kiss behind, he noticed her breathing became even calmer. Even in her sleep, his presence seemed to soothe her.
How nice.
After giving her the kiss, he made a little note for her and even prepared her some breakfast—he was a chef for a reason, after all.
He entered his bathroom, took a bath, dried himself, changed into more casual human clothes, and freshened up.
Once that was done, he dried his hair before stepping out of the room.
Heading downstairs, it seemed like the maid had prepared some eggs with toast.
Neat.
Taking a piece of toast alongside an egg, Sora ate the meal, thanked the maid, and then headed out.
His dad was off to work, and Uryu was somewhere out there training to get stronger.
He was probably trying to activate his Vollständig. Oh well.
Making his way toward Ichigo's last known location, Sora walked with one hand in his pocket before entering the Vizard compound.
The first thing he saw was Ichigo in his Hollow state... fighting Kensei.
"Jeez... he doesn't stand a chance," Sora commented, appearing behind Lisa as he watched Ichigo beat the dog shit out of Kensei.
"Heh!" She jumped up like a startled cat.
"Did I scare you?" Sora teased.
"Of course you did! Who just randomly appears behind someone like that?" she shot back.
"It's like you have zero presence," she added, to which he just smiled.
"This just means I'm getting better at controlling my Reiatsu," he shrugged.
"Oh, the little shit is here," an annoyed girl's voice said.
"A lot of talk coming from a little twerp," Sora replied, looking at Hiyori as the words left his mouth.
"If you're so confident, why don't you say it to my face?" Hiyori said through gritted teeth.
Sora practically blitzed her, appearing right in front of her and saying,
"A lot of talk coming from a little twerp."
He had a smug look on his face as he watched her annoyed expression, his spiritual pressure keeping her in place.
Fun.
"Love, did you finish the Superman comic?"
"It was plot armor through and through," the man said, tossing the comic away.
"What did you think of the pink Kryptonite?" Sora asked.
"What pink Kryptonite?" the man replied, confused.
It seemed like Love had forgotten what happened.
"How is Rukia? Is she doing well?" the big man with pink hair asked.
Sora looked at the man before smiling.
"Rukia is doing fine. Thank you for asking, Hachi-san."
"Why does he get a 'san'?"
"He's nice and a respectable adult."
"What about me?"
"Shinji... you're practically 500 years old, and yet you were planning to enter a school full of 15-year-olds, and you simp over a 15-year-old girl..."
"That was all in the past."
"That was three days ago."
Sora turned around—just as Ichigo's Zanpakuto landed on the floor in front of him.
He watched as the blade embedded itself into the ground.
A few seconds later, Ichigo landed, his Hollow mask on.
"Time for payback," the boy declared.
"What did I do?" Sora asked, acting confused.
"What didn't you do?"
Maybe it wasn't a good idea to carry Ichigo over his shoulder every time he refused to do something.
"All those countless times you carried me over your shoulder... you don't know how much I've wanted to beat you."
"Jeez, it's not that deep."
And just like that, Ichigo's Hollow mask was on.
Was he really that eager to beat Sora's ass?
A/N....Place your bet...who is winning...Bankai Ichigo with a hollow mask on an old man Zangetsu suppressant on Ichigo power being lower than usual, if it canon it was like a 99%, right no its a 60%.
Or, Suppressed Sora, He has the gloves on, so 80% of his control over Reishi is taken from him, and he is like 60% of his Reiryoku. No adaptation, no future sight, holding back...oh and no Volstandig. Just Blut and the system he created.
No killing intent, just jovial Sora.
This is 100% a fair fight
