Chapter 429: A short story to everyone about "The adventure of a couple in a world of Darkness and Light." - Part II (End)
After a short break, Idan began to talk about the final part of their adventure.
He noted that they were aware that Erza had probably set a trap on the other side, but despite this, they dived into the portal, trying to escape from the Queen. Fortunately, the Queen helped them by destroying all of Erza's preparations with her attack.
Idan described in detail their confrontation with Erza. At first, they had the advantage, but the situation changed when the Guardian of Light, the second Diamond—ranked creature, unexpectedly joined the battle.
Everyone who was listening intently tensed up when they heard about it.
Idan told how Erza used a black stone similar to the one previously used by the Outsider Leader. He also noted that at that moment he realized his mistake and overconfidence.
"And? What happened next?" asked Eulalia, unable to wait any longer when Idan fell silent for a while.
Idan spoke bluntly about how they had lost most of their strength due to the black stone, and just a couple of attacks had nearly killed them.
Arabel even shuddered, remembering how she almost died from the shining spear of the Guardian of Light, which almost pierced her heart.
"But then something happened that neither Belle nor I know how to properly explain," Idan said, and began to describe in detail what had happened to him. Arabel also joined in and talked about what had happened to her.
When Geminia, Sierra, Milica, and Lucinda heard their stories, they widened their eyes and began to look at each other.
Unlike the couple, the others immediately realized what had happened, and it was a real revelation for them. They began to look at Idan and Arabel differently, and their already great value in their eyes increased significantly.
Idan quickly shared how he took the form of a Spirit and, using an inexhaustible source of the elements of Fire and Light, exhausted Erza and eventually defeated her. He then captured the creature of Darkness, which Arabel handed over to Sierra.
Arabel, in turn, described in detail how she had prevented the Keeper of Light from escaping by imprisoning her in a huge cage of darkness. She began to slowly squeeze this cage, while exhausting the Keeper.
No matter how hard she tried to break the cage, thanks to the boundless source of the element of darkness, Arabel instantly restored it. And in the end, using many spears of dark ice, she brought down the cage on the Guardian of Light, who was trapped, leaving her no chance of escape.
After the Guardian of Light died, Arabel noticed the appearance of a being of Light and effortlessly imprisoned him in a sphere of darkness.
"That might have been the end of it if Ned hadn't pissed the Queen off," Idan said.
"The Queen punched a hole in the portal just to get to Dan," Arabel added indignantly.
As a result, the Queen was unable to enter their world by herself, but she managed to create a rift to get Idan out, and she succeeded. Idan assumed that the Queen could not pass through the rift because of the limitations of not only their world, but also because of the limitations of the world of Darkness and Light.
Arabel took on the role of narrator of everything that happened after Idan's capture. She told how she followed him and managed to slip into the rift.
Idan used the sacrifice ability of his second Lumiar bloodline to free himself from the Queen's stranglehold. As a result, he lost consciousness for a while.
Arabel, looking at Geminia, told how Ned, taking advantage of Idan's unconscious state, managed to get out of the Star and decided to fight the Queen. He hoped to buy them at least a few seconds so that they could take refuge in their spatial storage.
However, the Queen, who was able to overcome the portal to another world in order to capture one person, easily overcame the space of their spatial storage and entered inside.
Arabel did not hide her thoughts and said that they decided to use the new ability of their spatial storage, which they acquired, and hoped to use it in the future to help Milisa and the others leave Limbo.
They accepted the attempt to teleport to Limbo, taking the Queen with them.
And they did it!
Arabel described in detail how despair turned to hope when they learned that they had managed to teleport to Limbo. However, they soon realized that they couldn't get out of their spatial storage due to the Queen trapping them.
"The Queen was very angry at that time and, using her absorption ability, began to absorb our power, including our second bloodlines," Arabel shared with a heavy voice, recalling that painful experience.
"In that moment of desperation, Idan made a decision and suggested that I attack the walls of the spatial vault to destroy it in the hope of freeing myself from the Queen's grip," Arabel continued.
"As a result, we destroyed the spatial storage with our own hands, which we could use in the future to help you leave Limbo."
"You already know what happened next. After we destroyed the spatial storage, we, along with the Queen and all our belongings, were thrown inside the Temple," concluded Arabel Idan.
There was silence after Idan and Arabel finished their story. Everyone present was deep in thought about what they had just heard.
Idan and Arabel, in turn, were expecting a barrage of questions and were ready to answer them as best they could.
"Is there a way to restore your destroyed spatial storage?" asked Sierra first, a question that worried many.
Arabel and Idan exchanged glances. Although Arabel wasn't aware of it yet, Idan had already found out what Sierra was interested in.
"Yes, there is such a possibility," Idan shared, which surprised everyone, including Arabel. "However, it will take some time, and I can't say exactly how long."
"Just the fact that it's possible is wonderful," Sierra nodded, and the others agreed with her words.
"What about your bloodlines?" asked Lucinda, looking at Idan carefully.
"Unfortunately, we didn't manage to destroy the spatial storage in time, and as a result, we lost our second bloodlines," Arabel said regretfully, shocking everyone.
"So... you only have one bloodline left?" Milica asked worriedly, not hiding her concern for her disciples.
"Master, there's no need to worry about that," Arabel said with a smile. "During my stay in the Ice Caves, I was able to sort out my bloodlines, as was Dan, who also managed to do this while in the Lava Lake."
Idan nodded, agreeing with Arabel's words.
"How exactly?" — Geminia asked, showing her interest in the couple's bloodlines.
Idan and Arabel took another look at each other and decided not to hide their newfound abilities. They transformed at the same time, and Idan took the form of an Alpha of Fire, and Arabel — the form of an Ice Valkyrie.
Everyone was not very surprised, but they immediately noticed that the rank of these bloodlines of the couple had risen to the Platinum level.
However, what happened next amazed and shocked everyone.
Right before their eyes, Idan's bloodline changed from Alpha of Fire to Alpha of Light, and the bloodline of the Ice Valkyrie Arabel turned into the Dark Valkyrie.
