"Not bad! You could've fought me at full strength all along, but you chose not to. Let's see if you can hold back now!" Robert taunted Tohru, his figure disappearing from where he stood and instantly reappearing beside Tohru, throwing a punch.

"Bang!" This time, Tohru managed to block Robert's punch with his hand, though his body trembled, and powerful dark energy surged from him, attempting to erode Robert's body.

"Now this is interesting!" Excitement flickered in Robert's eyes. It had been a while since he had a serious fight. Although Tohru's combat power was slightly lower than his normal state, and couldn't force him to transform into his Great Ape form, the dark energy boost made him a worthy opponent.

Moreover, these shadow army generals from the dark dimension had tenacious vitality. As long as Robert didn't target Tohru's mask directly, the battle wouldn't end quickly.

"Jarvis, slow down the battlefield footage so we can see what's happening!" Tony Stark's eyes narrowed, realizing something was amiss.

Shadow soldiers were under Tohru's control. While the current battle's outcome was unclear, the absence of the shadow soldiers hinted at something wrong.

"Buzz!" Following Tony's command, Jarvis slowed the footage significantly, allowing Tony and the others to see the battle clearly.

In the high sky, Robert's fists and feet clashed with Tohru's, each of Tohru's moves easily blocked by Robert. Only the dark energy could trouble Robert slightly, but he countered it with his own ki, not falling behind.

Overall, even Tony could see that Robert held a decisive advantage. Tohru's body had several large holes from Robert's attacks, but the dark energy kept healing him.

"This is bad, very bad!" Seeing the battle's dynamics, Tony and the others confirmed that Tohru must be planning something. Otherwise, he wouldn't endure such injuries without summoning his troops.

Tony had encountered the shadow army before, and the last controlled being, Morbius, stood nearby watching. When Morbius lost to Robert, he had summoned his shadow army, but they were too weak to affect the battle.

The shadow soldiers, however, were different. Tony had already encountered formidable ones stronger than his armor and stronger than Morbius when he was controlled by the shadow mask!

Such powerful forces should already be part of this fight, but their absence made Tony's alarm bells ring. He quickly issued the next order.

"Jarvis, monitor densely populated areas of the city. I fear the shadows might stage a massive attack, trying to break the Saiyan's telekinetic barrier!"

"Yes, sir... Warning! A large number of shadow soldiers have appeared in New York City. Warning!" Jarvis's alarm sounded as soon as he started monitoring, confirming Tony's suspicions.

Yes, Tohru was deliberately holding out without summoning the shadow soldiers because he planned to strengthen them in one last push.

Of course, "last" might not be entirely accurate. If Tohru's plan succeeded, either Robert would lift the barrier, giving Tohru a chance to escape, or the shadow soldiers would break the barrier, freeing Tohru!

Even at this stage, Tohru had no intention of fighting Robert to the death. He knew that if he fought recklessly, he'd lose his life and any chance of increasing his power.

"Looks like you figured it out!" Tohru smirked, looking at Robert with a hint of pride. "You've trapped us both in here, including your crucial combat power. Tony Stark and the others can't stop my powerful shadow soldiers! So, you have only one choice: let me go, or let those civilians die with me!"

"Heh!" Robert sneered at Tohru's words, filled with disdain. "You just want me to open the barrier so you can escape? Do you think such a simple trick will work?"

"Buzz!" With Robert's words, his figure vanished, and Tohru sensed danger, trying to dodge but hearing the crackle of electricity.

Tohru found himself unable to move, with even the dark energy around him immobilized. He could summon his shadow soldiers to help, but his plan to escape the barrier had clearly failed!

A technique akin to the Thunder Shock Surprise, enhanced to greatly restrict movement!

"Swish!" With Tohru restrained, Robert opened the telekinetic barrier. Clark and Kara quickly took Uncle and his team away.

"Think you can leave that easily?" Robert smiled at Tohru, stabilizing himself mid-air. "Your plan isn't a total failure; at least you drew away Supergirl and the others, leaving me alone to fight you. Ready for round two?"
