Summon of the Bloodline

Zhen Chen asked Zi Mo, "Zi Mo, can I bring Sister Yu Xue Yin into the pendant? She needs a good place to start her cultivation."

Zi Mo replied lazily, "Of course. Since I control everything inside, you can store both objects and living beings in the pendant. Even if you encounter enemies you can't defeat, you can trap them inside the pendant and imprison them."

Zhen Chen felt relieved. He called Yu Xue Yin and headed back to the cave entrance. Before leaving, he plucked a couple of medicinal plants and stored them in the pendant for future use or exchange.

At the cave entrance, the little dragon was fast asleep. Zhen Chen felt a deep respect for his reliable assistant.

Zhen Chen had Yu Xue Yin and the little dragon climb up the cliff first. He stayed behind to place the array and activate it, sealing the cave entrance.

The array fragment was easy to use. After dripping his blood on it, Zhen Chen could control it with his mind. The cave entrance was soon covered in golden spiritual energy, forming an eight-sided door-like structure.

When Zhen Chen commanded it to close, eight energy bolts shot out from the corners, converging in the center. Blue lightning threads spread out, completely sealing the cave entrance with a layer of blue energy.

Then, a mist of energy emerged, covering the entire area.

When Zhen Chen climbed up, Yu Xue Yin asked, "Zhen Chen, what about the cave entrance? Can we just leave it like that?"

Zhen Chen gently took her hand and said, "Let's go back. Everything's taken care of. Little Dragon, make sure you don't tell anyone about this cave, or I can't guarantee your safety. Let's go."

Zhen Chen contacted Zi Mo, and the two of them entered the pendant's space.

A bright light emerged from Zhen Chen's pendant, enveloping them both. They disappeared, leaving only the glowing pendant and its cord behind.

Yu Xue Yin was stunned. The space inside was vast, with misty peaks and a towering spire in the distance. The ground was solid, and the air was thick with energy particles.

Zhen Chen held her hand and asked Zi Mo to teleport them to the spire. They reappeared in the center of the spire's hall, next to a large crystal.

Zhen Chen taught Yu Xue Yin how to purify her body with spiritual energy and began purifying his own. Yu Xue Yin sat in a lotus position and started her cultivation.

Zhen Chen asked Zi Mo, "How is she doing?"

Zi Mo glanced at Yu Xue Yin and said, "She has an ancestral energy bloodline. Don't worry, she might even surpass you in time."

Zhen Chen asked, confused, "What? What's an ancestral bloodline?"
