Strongest Warlock - Wizard World Irregular

Chapter 1061: Is That The Only Thing That Brother Poured Inside Of You?

"… I still can't believe Professor Rinehart has that kind of ability," Samantha said after hearing Ethan's retelling of what happened before he and Chloe disappeared. "He's actually stronger without his wand? Is he even human?"

"Hmph! I already told you girls about it. But none of you believed me," George commented with his arm crossed over his chest. "Am I not a trustworthy person?"

"Well, Sir George, your words are pretty hard to trust, you know?" Joanne, who liked kicking people when they were down, couldn't help but add fuel to the fire.

"Tsk!" George clicked his tongue and urged Ethan to continue his story up to the part where he disappeared.

Ethan nodded and told everyone how Professor defeated the Gargoyle Emperor and gained the recognition of the Will of Arkanthos.

Then how the Professor rejected the opportunity to become the ruler of the Realm, passing it over to Ethan by force. Continue your journey with empire

"Truth be told, I'm glad Professor Rinehart did what he did because the Gargoyle Emperor prepared a trap for whomever tried to gain authority over the Realm of Arkanthos," Ethan said solemnly. "If Professor merged the Red Crystal with his body, a tragedy would have befallen our world."

Ethan explained that the Gargoyle Emperor had hidden a part of his Soul inside the Core of the World, forming his Will.

If not for the fact that Chloe had come to his rescue and forcefully brought his mortal body to the Astral Plane to resist the corruption of his soul, he might have been devoured by Zorathul's Will.

This revelation made the expressions of Ethan's lovers turn grim. They also knew that if it really happened, it would truly be a tragedy on their part.

The mere thought of someone taking over Ethan's body was a horrifying thought for them because they would never have known.

At most, they would think that Ethan's consciousness had simply been affected by the integration process of the Will of Arkanthos, explaining the change in his attitude and character.

They all then shifted their attention to Chloe and gave her a look of gratitude for saving the man they loved.

Ethan then said that during the battle, Chloe had defended him to the best of her abilities, even damaging her soul in the process.

When Luna heard about this, she wasn't able to stop herself from crying out in shock.

She then proceeded to touch her best friend's face, shoulder, and waist, as if trying to check if she still had any lingering injuries during her fight against the Will of Zorathul.

Injuries to the soul were a very serious matter, and there were only a handful of things in the world that could help a soul recover.

"Don't worry, I'm fine," Chloe said as she held Luna's hand. "Ethan used the Will of the World to pour life essence inside of me, allowing my soul to recover."

"Is that the only thing that brother poured inside of you?" Joanne asked in an innocent tone, almost making Ethan pinch her cheeks for saying something she shouldn't have said in public.

"I only poured life essence inside of her," Ethan replied, doing his best to keep a look of calm on his face.

He didn't lie because he did only pour life essence inside Chloe's body, making his lovers look at him with mischievous smiles on their faces.

Joanne, who was about to say more, suddenly found her best friend's hand pressing over her lips, preventing her from saying anything.

Princess Ramona knew that Joanne had asked that question without thinking too much about it.

However, this question could be interpreted in many ways, so she decided it was best to prevent her best friend from talking, saving Ethan and Chloe from getting embarrassed in public.

"Taking full control of Arkanthos took a few days, so we were only able to return now," Ethan added. "Fortunately, Zorathul's True Body didn't appear, so the assimilation proceeded smoothly."

"Then, what happened to Arkanthos?" George asked. "Since you are now its Guardian, shouldn't you stay in that place to manage things?"

Ethan nodded. "You're right. But I found a workaround, so someone else can manage Arkanthos in my place."

Of course, Ethan couldn't disclose the fact that he had merged the Realm of Arkanthos with his Celestial Realm, making the world bigger.

This was one of his Trump Cards, so he couldn't discuss it openly.

Naturally, he also didn't discuss what he and Chloe had done while the two of them were together.

However, his lovers already knew what happened since Chloe was now very different from her usual self.

They had experienced the same thing in the past, so they could tell that the young lady was no longer a maiden and had become Ethan's woman, just like the rest of them.

"So, what now?" George asked. "Are you off on another adventure involving Otherwolders? If yes, I'm in!"

The Head Prefect of Dud Manor crossed his arms over his chest, trying to make himself look like an imposing Hero that was ready to fight against the forces that wished to destroy their world.

After experiencing the battle against the Insectoids and the Gargoyles, George was now fully aware that the peace that they had right now was short-lived.

He and those who had experienced such a battle, could instinctively feel that they would soon be facing off against other invaders that would descend upon their world in the not-so-distant future.

"I do have plans, but it's not as earthshaking as the battle against the Insectoids and the Gargoyles," Ethan answered. "However, rest assured, George. When the time comes, I would love to have your help on the battlefield."

"And you shall have it," George replied. "Well then, since your story is finished, I'll go and see Sabrina. We were going to have a date later this afternoon, but I changed my mind. We'll go on a date right now."

After making that declaration, George left without even a second glance at his Manor Mates, who were looking at his back with smiles on their faces.

Suddenly, the Golden Egg jumped on Ethan's shoulder and demanded that the young man take him in his next adventure.

"I really feel that I will hatch soon," the Golden Egg said. "That's why I need you to find me strong enemies to feed on. You can do that, right?"

"Fine," Ethan replied. "I'm also curious to know what you'll be like after you hatch. You're not going to be some kind of monkey, right?"

"Monkey?!" The Golden Egg shook its body left and right out of anger. "I'm not a monkey!"

"Then, what are you?" Ethan inquired.

"Of course, I am going to be born as a powerful, amazing, awesome, one-of-a-kind being!" the Golden Egg declared. "The likes that no one had seen before!"

Ethan chuckled as he picked up the over excited egg, who was trying to squirm away from his hand.

"Okay, I'll take you with me next time I go on an adventure," Ethan promised. "So, be sure to hatch as soon as you can because you're going to be my partner, right?"

"That's right." The Golden Egg nodded. "You should be thankful that someone as amazing as me will become your comrade at arms. I will take you flying!"

Ethan smirked because he was really curious about what would come out of the Golden Egg, which had remained unhatched for hundreds of years.
