These primitively evolved Mutants have indeed developed some highly threatening abilities.

The news of the Mutant "Flooding" outbreak outside Habulav quickly spread into the underground building complex of the Heavy Criminal Prison, causing many to look grim.

In internal human conflicts, surrendering might at least leave a sliver of life, but facing the Mutants, surrender is useless; it's either you die, or I live.
