Skill Book Broker: From F-Rank to Tycoon

Chapter 6: Chapter 6

Chapter 6

The quiet hum of the Awakening Guild echoed through Adam's mind as he walked back to the house. His nickname from F-rank sent a sneer through his mind, but it also brought clarity: in this world, he would never be enough in the eyes of others. He preferred the less attention, the better.

Adam closed the door behind him, slamming it twice. He was used to being physically and mentally isolated. With a deep breath he pulled himself out The decorative key he had been playing with for hours.

"What's on the other side of this?"

This question had troubled him since the first time his system was activated. Unlike the rigid framework of the original world's system, it was fluid and almost alive, responding directly to his thoughts.

He hesitated. When he first opened the door, the shock of entering that world was overwhelming. Now desire was hotter than fear.

"Yes," he whispered. His voice was inaudible

The air trembled, bent, and twisted, until the light and shadow in his living room overflowed. As Adam walked away, his heart sank, the familiar feeling of shame overcame him.

The world he encountered was very different - sprawling forests under a red sky, the eerie sound of power filling the air. Adam straightened his shirt and took a moment to compose himself.

He reached into his pocket and pulled out a simple notebook. The pages were filled with written observations - market values, famous monsters, and most importantly, the locations of skill books.

"First thing, secure more skill books,"

he whispered to himself. Second, create a real business opportunity. "

The rustling under the brush stopped him. Adam bent down, fingers running to the hilt of the sword he had grabbed in his last move. Out of the shadows came A creature - Small, reptile-like, with bright blue eyes.

"It's a little lizard," he sighed, relaxing.

But something about the lizard's appearance caught his attention. It didn't look at him with anger, but with knowledge.

In the original world, the value of weak mana stones had increased dramatically. Adam's mind raced as he considered the possibilities. Could this lizard be the key to growing mana stones?

He thought about following. Safely, Adam followed the lizard through the dense foliage, his steps precise and deliberate. The creature led him to a spot where some shiny rocks had fallen to the ground.

Winner of all prizes.

He bent down and carefully picked up the stones, each one exploding with force. The lizard looked at him with great interest.

Adam said with a small smile, "I think you're my first business partner."

The lizard growled in response, and Adam listened for a moment A strange connection to the creature

Later, when Adam returned to his homeworld, he couldn't shake the feeling that his secret life was much more complicated than he had imagined. The power stones blazed in his hands, a reminder of the wealth and power he had created—a stone, a book, a secret.
