Chapter 7 The Choice of Soul Ring
Early the next morning, Su Xiao and Tang San arrived at Yu Xiaogang's office, only to find it empty. After inquiring with other teachers, they learned that Yu Xiaogang had left before dawn to prepare something.
Su Xiao noticed Tang San looking tired and asked, "Didn't sleep well?"
Tang San sighed softly. "Ah Xiao, let me share your bed tonight. Xiao Wu is a girl, after all."

The two hurried outside and boarded the carriage. Yu Xiaogang drove them toward the Soul Hunting Forest closest to Nuoding City.

After some time, the carriage reached the edge of the Soul Hunting Forest. The group disembarked and ventured inside. As they moved deeper into the forest, a group of plant-type soul beasts suddenly surrounded them.
Yu Xiaogang remained calm. "Luo Sanpao, come out."
Two hundred-year-old soul rings appeared beside him as his soul power surged, summoning Luo Sanpao. The usually adorable creature now bared its teeth fiercely at the encircling soul beasts.
Yu Xiaogang's first soul ring glowed, and he commanded, "Luo Sanpao, wind like striking thunder, rumble the heavens and split the earth!"
