After meeting with Solista, the first thing that I did was head back to the Kite Kingdom.

At this point, I didn't care what anyone had to say.

The only thing that I wanted to do now was see my children.

After all, there was nothing that was more important to me right now.

After everything that had happened, I just wanted to completely isolate myself from everything.

So even if the people of the Holy Empire wanted to keep me, I didn't care.

Though it wasn't just the people of the Holy Empire that wanted to keep me, it was also the people of the Tide Empire, the Sorcery Empire, and even the Democratic Union that wanted to keep me in the Holy Empire.

They wanted to hold some kind of conference to discuss what had happened in the ruins.

They wanted to discuss how the forces of Destruction were making their move to reclaim the Relic of Destruction. As such, they wanted to discuss how to find the remaining Relics of Destruction.

For everyone but the Holy Empire, they were talking about multiple Relics of Destruction.

That was because they didn't know that we had already found two of the Relics of Destruction before this one, so they thought that there were still two of them out there.

They knew about the one in the Democratic Union, but the other one…

Still, even if they had a good reason for this, I also had a good reason for rejecting their invitation to go to this meeting.

"I'm tired after what happened in the ruins, so I need to recover first before anything else happens."

When they heard this, they couldn't help revealing strange looks.

Though it seemed like I was filled with energy, they really couldn't say anything since they had no idea what I was feeling. At the same time, I was the only one that they could count on to deal with these Relics of Destruction in the first place.

If I wasn't there, then they really wouldn't know how to deal with them.

I was the one that had gotten all of the Relics of Destruction before.

With this doubt, they had no choice but to accept my reason and allow me to go 'rest'.

Though in reality, I was just done with these things for now.

When I arrived back at the Kite Kingdom though…

"Why are you back?"

Even though they were my family, it was clear that they didn't want me back which caused a bitter smile to appear on my face.

Though I knew why they were acting this way.

They knew the danger that the Relics of Destruction posed and this recent incident just went to show how unpredictable things could be.

Since there was only a single Relic of Destruction that was left out there, they would naturally want me to take care of it as soon as possible. Only when this final Relic of Destruction was taken care of would the continent be relatively safe.

It would never be truly safe since there was still the God of Destruction out there, but it would be safe enough since the Relics of Destruction would be sealed.

In the end, I had to give them the same reason that I gave the other empires.

It was only then that I was allowed to return to my room.

In fact, I was almost pushed into my room by my wives.

The change happened so quickly that it was hard for me to react to it.

It was as if they had changed into completely different people.

Still, it warmed my heart when they acted this way.

I knew that they might have acted coldly when I came back, but they still cared for me.

Though as I was laying down in bed, I couldn't help feeling something strange.

I had been too focused on my wives before to notice it, but I noticed it as soon as things fell silent.

It was the kind of feeling that was hard to ignore since it was coming from deep inside of me.

It was the feeling that something had changed with the divine energy that was inside of me.

The feeling that was coming from the divine energy was actually stronger than before, as if it had grown in some way. But this wasn't the only feeling that was coming from the divine energy inside of me.

It felt like there was some kind of connection that had been formed with the divine energy.

It was as if there was someone that was connected to the divine energy and it was providing me with some kind of power.

The connections seemed to be what was making the divine energy stronger.

"What are these connections?" I couldn't help asking myself in a confused voice.

I couldn't really tell where these connections were coming from, but I could tell what direction they were coming from. So I couldn't help getting out of bed and walking to the door while following this feeling.

When I came out, I found that my wives were still standing outside the bedroom.

"What are you doing up?" Rose asked in a surprised voice.

But all I could do was look at them with a strange surprised look on my face.

I didn't even actually hear what Rose said as I was focused on something else.

It was the connection to the divine energy, it seemed to be coming from my wives.

And now that I was closer to them, I could feel the connection even more intensely.

This connection that I had with them, it was almost as if we were connected on a deeper level. In a way, it almost felt like this was a connection between souls with how I was connected to them.

Only why was this happening?

Also, I couldn't help worrying if this was actually hurting them since it was making the divine energy inside of me stronger.

I was worried that it was draining their power to make me stronger.

"Are you alright?" I asked in a worried voice.
