"Tell your Hokage Assistant that Sunagakure Village Kazekage Rasa is here to pay a visit. Ask him to come out of the camp for a meeting."

Suppressing his anger, Rasa gritted his teeth as he spoke with the ninjas in the watchtower.

Yan turned his head and looked at Rasa with a smirk. 

"No proof. But… if I *suspect* they're spies, then they *are* spies. If I *say* they're spies, then they *are* spies. You get it?" 

Proof? 

Who cares about that? 

One word from me, and they're labeled as spies. That's more effective than any so-called proof. 

"So, all of this is just you deliberately targeting Sunagakure?" 

Rasa took a deep breath. From the way his face was changing colors, it was clear he was already furious. 

He had wanted to have a proper talk with Yan—keep things from escalating too much, since it wouldn't look good for either side. 

But Yan? Every single word was like a slap in the face.
