These 1678 people ascended to the 74th floor.

After arriving on the 74th floor, Almond and Lily had chosen their opponent in the first ten minutes. After that, Almond checked out the personal rewards he had so far to power up.

7th spin: Meditation Pill Bottle (10 pills).
8th spin: 1000 God Essence.
9th spin: 1,000,000 God Essence.
10th spin: 200 Trinity Force.
From the 90th floor to the 81st floor, Almond got ten Power Orbs, each holding 100 to 200 Trinity Force at random.
Almond used all ten of them and got 1640 Trinity Force. This was the best reward, and he hoped he got more of it, but from the 80th to the 75th floor, he got a Premium Exchange Ticket x 5 from each floor, acquiring a total of 30 Premium Exchange Tickets.
The tickets could be used to exchange items from the Premium section of the Grim Shops anywhere. This section contained random, but highly valuable and useful things, and they could only be acquired by exchanging them with a Premium Exchange Ticket.

The items changed every day, and it was better to gather more of them since Lily also had 30 tickets after she and Almond cleared the 75th floor boss challenge, and acquired 5 tickets each, making a total of 60 in their hands.
They still had 74th to 71st-floor boss challenges, and they were going to give these tickets if they broke all records, which they would, so they decided to gather more before using them.

One of the items in the Premium section of the Grim Shop was the Supreme Comprehension Stone, costing 50 Premium Exchange Tickets. Almond had already decided he would buy that and use the stone on Seeker Keymaker.
As for using it or any other comprehension-helping items from Grimworld for Voiderran? That was out of the question.
