Pokemon:I'm redThe strongest champion

Chapter 1: Chapter 1: The Starting Point!

Elf World!

Kanto Region!

A few kilometers away from Pallet Town, near the edge of Changpan Forest, there lies a small mountain village. This peaceful place, resembling a paradise, is home to a grand villa manor with a sprawling garden and a backyard nestled halfway up the mountain.

"Beep! Beep! Beep!"

The loud ringing of an alarm clock echoed through the room, startling the boy sleeping under a thick quilt. With a groggy sigh, he reached out, fumbling to turn it off. He then sat up in bed, still dazed from sleep.

"Ah, what a comfortable sleep. And the sun is shining so brightly today."

Yawning, he stretched his arms and ran a hand through his messy hair, smiling at the sunlight streaming through his bedroom window.

"Twelve years have passed just like that, and the plot is about to begin. That means today is the day I officially set off on my journey."

Robert climbed out of bed and walked to the balcony. Sliding open the glass door, he stepped outside and watched a group of Pidgey fluttering around, playing joyfully in the air.

That's right. Robert wasn't originally from this world. In his past life, he had been a college student on Blue Star who had just graduated two and a half years ago. However, due to an unexpected accident, he found himself reborn in this world.

It wasn't mere time travel—it was true rebirth. He had grown from an embryo into a twelve-year-old boy. In other words, this was his body, not one he had taken over.

When he first regained his consciousness in this new world, he feared he might have been sent to an ancient civilization or a fantasy realm. But when he saw Pidgey flying past him, it became clear—this was the world of Pokémon.

After realizing where he was, Robert felt an overwhelming wave of excitement. After all, who wouldn't be thrilled to live in a world filled with Pokémon?

Growing up, Robert had been a dedicated fan of Pokémon, playing countless games, collecting trading cards, and surrounding himself with plush toys and figurines. His familiarity with the Pokémon universe was unparalleled.

Robert's New Life

Robert's new family was quite powerful. His father was a senior Pokémon researcher affiliated with the Pokémon League, and his mother was a successful entrepreneur who dealt in Pokémon-related goods and tools.

(In this world, Pokémon researchers are classified into four ranks: Junior, Intermediate, Senior, and Professor. Robert's father, being a Senior Researcher, held significant influence within the Pokémon League.)

With such an affluent background, Robert lived a privileged life. No matter what he desired, his parents provided it. However, despite having everything at his disposal, Robert never let himself become spoiled. Instead, he devoted himself to learning about this world.

Even though he had watched every Pokémon anime and read all the manga, he knew it was impossible to remember every tiny detail. More importantly, this was not an anime—it was a real world with real consequences. Thus, he spent years studying Pokémon diligently.

His dedication pleased his parents, who, due to their busy schedules, couldn't always be by his side. Knowing their son was responsible and self-motivated put their minds at ease.

By the time he was old enough to understand, Robert had completely embraced his new identity. He no longer used his past-life name and instead went by his given name in this world: Zifu Chihong. From this point on, he would be known as Red.

That's right. The name Chihong was the same as Red, the protagonist from the original Pokémon games. However, despite sharing the name, Robert—now Red—was not the same as the game's character. He still looked like his past self, retaining his handsome and cool appearance. (Or so he liked to think—haha!)

Even though he wasn't the Red from the games, he had a goal: to become even stronger than the legendary Red.

After all, Robert wasn't an ordinary person. He had something special—a system.

The Awakening of the System

Three years after his rebirth, his cheat-like system awakened. However, although it had activated, he couldn't access its full functionality until he obtained his first Pokémon.

With his family's wealth and connections, he could have easily asked his parents to purchase or capture a Pokémon for him, allowing him to activate the system early. However, he refused to take shortcuts. He wanted to follow the natural path of a Pokémon Trainer, waiting until today—the official start of his journey.

(By the way, Red's parents will rarely appear in the story, as the plot will mainly focus on Pokémon and his journey.)

The Start of the Journey

Knock! Knock!

As Red stood on the balcony, lost in thought, a firm knock at the door brought him back to reality. An elderly yet strong voice followed.

"Master, are you awake? Breakfast is ready. Today is the day you receive your first Pokémon."

"Uncle Fu, I understand. Please wait a moment. I'll be down soon." Red quickly gathered his thoughts and responded.

Uncle Fu, the butler of the Zifu family, had been managing the grand estate since before Red was born. It was rumored that he had also served Red's grandfather and was once a skilled Pokémon Trainer himself.

"Very well. I will be waiting for you in the dining hall," Uncle Fu replied respectfully before heading downstairs.

A Trainer's Attire

A short while later, Red stood in front of a mirror, examining his outfit. He wore a crimson jacket over a white t-shirt, azure blue jeans, travel shoes adorned with Pokémon designs, and a signature red cap with half a Poké Ball printed on it. (Similar to Ash's, just in a different color scheme.)

"What a handsome and stylish guy! Alright, time to embrace my journey!"

Striking a pose, he grabbed his backpack from the bed, turned around, and walked out of his room.

Click!

He opened the door and descended the stairs, arriving at the grand hall where Uncle Fu and several maids awaited him in the dining area.

"Good morning, Master Red!"

"Good morning, young master!"

"Good morning!"

The maids and servants greeted him respectfully as he approached.

"Good morning, Uncle Fu. Good morning, Xiaotao, and everyone else." Red nodded and placed his backpack beside him before taking his seat.

Uncle Fu, ever the composed butler, raised his hand and gave a simple order. "Serve the food."

At his command, Xiaotao and the other maids swiftly placed a lavish breakfast spread on the table.

The Beginning of a Legend

As Red picked up his utensils and prepared to eat, he took a deep breath. Today marked the true beginning of his journey.

He wasn't just a character in a story—he was living in the Pokémon world. With determination burning in his heart, he was ready to carve out his own legendary path.

And so, the adventure of **Zifu Chihong—Red—**officially began!
