Chapter 251: 3 Heads and 8 Arms (Requesting Subscription)

The armor on Sarah's body clanged with powerful metal collisions as she moved gracefully, arriving at the pile of rubble burying Mei Simiao. Having crossed paths with him multiple times, she knew this man was difficult to deal with. For safety, she did not intend to stop. Lightly raising her right hand, incantations flowed from her lips, forming a magic array in the air emitting a brown-yellow glow. The scattered stones on the ground began to move and gather towards the center of the array. With the last syllable uttered, the ground rumbled, and sand and mud fell, covering the newly formed mound which was compressed by magic power into a faux mountain rising from the ground.

Done with all this, Sarah withdrew her right arm, her face concealed beneath the armor revealing no joy or sorrow. Her gaze, cold and sharp, swept the surroundings quickly, finding her next target: her companion, Liam.

This foolish companion who only knew brute force was in dire straits. Despite entering the second awakening of a werewolf, he was still no match for his enemy. His body was covered with dozens of wounds, large and small, while his expanded fur was soaked through with blood making him a blood wolf. However, his opponent was no longer the eastern woman who used puppets but had become a tall, silent, and fierce middle-aged man.

Although from the bottom of her heart, Sarah didn't think much of this low-level Dark Race companion, he was nonetheless part of the Magic Realm trio for this mission. She couldn't really stand by and watch him die. After mentally ridiculing his incompetence and uselessness, she reluctantly turned to assist.

But just then, the ground suddenly trembled beneath her feet. On this battlefield where heaven and earth were being overturned, such tremors had failed to catch much attention, but Sarah, highly sensitive to her own magic, immediately sensed something was wrong. She quickly turned her head to look at the faux mountain behind her. The surface of the mountain, which she magically compressed, began to tremble, and within moments, several cracks were forced open.

"This is such a troublesome opponent!" Sarah cursed quietly in her native tongue, spinning around and chanting again, her hands weaving another magic array. Under her full infusion of magic power, the cracked mountain showed signs of merging and healing. But it wasn't long before the mountain trembled again, cracks appearing, as the two engaged in back-and-forth power struggles.

This situation didn't last long, as more sweat seeped from Sarah's forehead beneath the armor, soaking through her lining. Eventually, in a state of exhaustion, the mountain exploded from within with a bang, scattering debris everywhere. Seeing her enemy break free, Sarah sighed deeply and casually flapped her wings, blowing away flying rubble. She coldly watched the disheveled man crawling out from the pile of rocks.

At this moment, Mei Simiao, with his head bowed and face covered in dirt, gripped a bent longspear with his left hand, while his right arm hung weakly towards the ground, blood dripping from his fingertips onto the earth. His right arm and back bore two gaping wounds deep enough to see bone, with exposed flesh trembling continuously with each breath.

"Hey! Five Finger Mountain? You used the wrong person for this trick; it's better used against that ape from Shangxing! Cough, cough!" Mei Simiao said, raising his head with crimson eyes staring at his opponent in self-mockery. As he spoke, he coughed several times, and coagulated blood flowed from the corner of his mouth.

Casually removing his helmet and tossing it aside, he slicked back his red hair, throwing it behind him, then grasped at the void, conjuring a blood-red crystal bottle into his hand. He opened the bottle and drank down the liquid within it in one gulp.

This is one of the downsides of cross-dimensional battles. If he were in his own plane, abundant magic elements would be available for replenishment, and situations of quick magic power exhaustion and subsequent weakness wouldn't occur. Helplessly, he drank down the cherished alchemical potion, feeling the surging magic power once again stirring within his body, Sarah asked fluently in Chinese, "Tell me your name, among my opponents, you deserve to be remembered!"

"Mei Simiao!" Mei Simiao replied casually, fingers caressing his ring as a pill appeared in his hand, tossing it into his mouth. As soon as it entered, its intense bitterness filled his mouth, grimacing yet teeth clenched, he chewed it apart and swallowed.

This pill, developed specifically for innate ability users from the Daoist Plane, despite its strict consumption limitations and strong side effects, had quick and remarkable efficacy. Mei Simiao felt his whole body heat up, as if his innate channel had forcibly expanded into a large hole, with abundant innate energy replenishing his body at high speed, rapidly healing his wounds.

Regaining strength to fight again, Mei Simiao straightened up, wiped dust from his face, and rubbed his hands along the Fire-tipped Spear. As innate energy continuously poured in, the longspear, bent by the enormous rock, restored to its original state, shining with dazzling brilliance once more.

Once everything was done, Mei Simiao shook the longspear in his hand, and his figure flickered, turning into a stream of light charging straight towards Sara.

"Really a fool who can't learn lessons!" Facing the longspear thrusting forward, Sara coldly snorted in mockery, using her left hand to shield her vital areas with a shield, holding off the opponent's spear, while her wings behind started to vibrate.

At this critical moment, an angry shout exploded in front of her, "Three-headed, eight-armed!"

In Sarah's astonished gaze, Mei Simiao's figure flickered, two identical heads emerged from his neck, eight arms stretched out accordingly, wielding a spear in two hands, a Chaotic Heaven Silk in one hand, a Heaven and Earth Circle in another, and two hands each holding a white and black longsword.

"You aren't human? You are Naga?" Having never expected to see such a scene in the current world, Sarah blurted out momentarily lost, while the opponent's spear had already reached in front of her.

At the brink of life and death, Sara hastily raised her shield to block the spear, using her longsword, but the opponent's white sword deflected it! She pushed her wings, feeling a tightness behind her, glancing sideways to see the drifting red silk somehow winding around her body, trapping her wings behind, just as Mei Simiao's other hand with the Heaven and Earth Circle came smashing down at her forehead.

"Hoo," at this moment Sara couldn't care about her image, opening her mouth wide, chilling air condensed into a mass, spit out to forcibly block this fatal strike. As she considered how to escape, a chill came from her throat looking down, Mei Simiao's last black sword had pierced her throat.

"Cough! Cough! Cough!" Blood foam spat out as she could no longer maintain the chill spraying, and before losing consciousness, she saw the copper circle smashing down, amidst the opponent's fierce and cold eye.

Bang!

Drawing back the longsword and flicking off the blood from the sword, Mei Simiao looked at the corpse being smashed into a thousand blossoms, but felt no joy in winning. He felt something was off but couldn't put his finger on it, deeply wary of this woman, he couldn't care about respecting the dead, using two longswords to cut off her head first, dismembering her and throwing the pieces into the fire for burning. Only then did he breathe a sigh of relief, leaning on the spear for support while standing, he gasped for breath.
