After escorting the Celestial Dragon back to Mary Geoise, Ryuya was finally free.

Paradise, the neutral territory, had become officially recognized as such, both due to the Celestial Dragon's decree and its own formidable strength.

It quickly amassed a fortune from its operations across the Grand Line, filling its storage holds to overflowing.

Nami had to expand the storage, and eventually, Ryuya had to move the excess Beli into his system storage.

Nami felt like she was living a dream, overwhelmed by the sheer speed at which they were making money.

Just as Ryuya was about to return home, he received an order from Sengoku.

"White Dove, Dragon has been sighted near Loguetown. Go there immediately. I have a bad feeling about this."

Sengoku felt the seas growing increasingly turbulent. Dragon's recent activity in the four Blues concerned him; he wouldn't tolerate such defiance.

The Navy's authority in the four Blues was strong, making it easier to deal with Dragon.

Without hesitation, Ryuya set sail for Loguetown on his flagship.

A system notification echoed in his mind.

[Ding! Check-in mission: Loguetown. Reward: Peak-level Spiritual Pressure! Time limit: one day!]

Ryuya frowned. Spiritual Pressure, similar to Conqueror's Haki, possessed even greater impact force. It was incredibly powerful. Peak Spiritual Pressure would surpass Conqueror's Haki in strength.

Ryuya's eyes gleamed, but the time limit was a problem. He was in Marineford, far from the four Blues, and only had one day.

Ryuya smirked, deciding to use his Devil Fruit's abilities.

He shifted his consciousness into his King Sterry clone, then created a phantom—a figure in a white robe emblazoned with "Justice," the image of Admiral Ryuya.

He transferred his consciousness into the phantom, appearing in the first half of the Grand Line, near Red Line.

He could reach Loguetown within half a day.

The Yami Yami no Mi (Dark Dark Fruit), while not the strongest offensively, was incredibly versatile. Its teleportation capabilities far surpassed even the speed of the Pika Pika no Mi (Flash Flash Fruit).

Eight Gates Formation—Death Gate—Open!

Rokushiki mastery—Geppo!

Ryuya's afterimage remained as he rocketed forward, creating massive waves that resembled explosions, even generating a small tsunami, showcasing his terrifying speed.

In moments, he cleared Red Line.

Using his magic and other abilities, he reached his peak speed. Within half a day, he saw Loguetown.

He slowed down, concealing himself as he entered Loguetown.

[Ding! Congratulations, host! Reward: Plunder! This ability allows you to steal another's ability once. The target must be unable to resist; otherwise, the ability fails. Note: This skill can only be used once, but the stolen ability has no negative side effects!]

Ryuya's eyes lit up. He could steal any ability he desired! He pondered which ability would suit him best.

Suddenly, a figure emerged from the crowd, shouting, "My hat! My hat!"

Ryuya followed the sound and saw Luffy.

He hadn't expected Luffy to be in Loguetown already, signifying the story's progression.

Luffy sprinted to Roger's execution platform, retrieved his hat, and stood there, gazing into the distance.
