One Piece Solar Rift Conqueror!

Chapter 15: Chapter: 15 One month of training

Solian leaned against the counter of a tiny inn, letting a pouch of 20,000 berries clink onto the wood.

"That'll pay for a month's lodging," the innkeeper said, hastily counting the coins before stashing them in his pocket. "Breakfast and supper are included, but don't go getting into trouble, ya hear?"

Solian nodded and took the key. He glanced around the simple inn—no comforts, but clean and sturdy. His room was small, containing little more than a bed, a wooden desk, and a single window overlooking the town. It didn't matter. He wasn't here to pamper himself.

He was here to train.

The system's daily training exercises were punishing.

Push-ups: 200

Sit-ups: 200

Squats: 200

Running: 10 kilometers

Flame Projection Training: 2 hours

Teleportation Drills: 50 Uses

Completion Reward: 0.5 System Points

Initially, Solian endured. His muscles ached, his body creaked with pain, and at night he collapsed onto the bed, drained and sore. Worst was the first week—his arms would shake after doing push-ups, his legs felt like lead when he ran, and his fire burned badly when he attempted to throw it.

But he refused to quit.

He drove forward, day after day, forcing his body into shape.

And then something changed.

By week two, his endurance had definitely increased. The push-ups didn't scorch as much, his legs carried him further before they faltered, and his fires burned longer before they fizzled out.

His body was becoming stronger—without the system points.

It was just… glacial.

The system points, however, sped everything up significantly.

Every finished session earned 0.5 system points—a small amount, but consistent.

One week in: 3.5 system points

After two weeks: 7 system points

After three weeks: 10.5 system points

After a month: 15 system points

Solian reclined on his bed, stretching out his sore muscles. 15 system points. He could feel the difference.

His punches landed with more power, his teleportation was smoother, and his fire burned hotter before it fizzled out. He had tested on the wooden training dummies at the edge of town—his fire now incinerated them in seconds, something he had been unable to accomplish a month ago.

Still… it wasn't enough.

One evening, after the sun had dipped below the horizon, Solian was outdoors, fire in his hand, dancing. He looked at them, thoughtful.

His Solar Rift Fruit was strong. His build was stronger than ever before.

But compared to the inhabitants of this world—the Admirals, Warlords, and Yonko—he remained a wimp.

Too weak.

The awareness caused his hands to tremble.

I want more, he snarled, clenching his fist. The fire crackled and fizzled out. More power, more control, more experience.

And he just had the tools to attempt it.

His eyes flashed to the Marine wanted poster on the edge of town.

Amongst the numerous wanted posts, one bounty caught his eye.

A 5 million berry pirate had been spotted around the island recently.

Solian smiled.

A real test lay before him.

And he was ready.
